Waited over 1 hour food cold .garlic bread with cheese very poor threw away.home made coleslaw horrible washed our money

First time ordering and last. Ordered the apparently foot long hotdogs x3, they was definitely a kids foot long, bread was hard obviously been frozen and microwaved, potato skins with cheese definitely microwaved, tasteless, chips I might give 3 stars as they were better than the rest. If I had of spent £5 at Farmfoods it would have tasted better!!!

Ordered food here 2 week ago and had several meals since as we enjoyed it so much. The mix kebab is gorgeous and my husband rates the burgers 10/10 the food is all fresh and it arrived quickly is piping hot.

Would give no stars if I could...I cant comment on the food but we had a flyer at work stating they were delivering to businesses between 12PM and 4PM. We looked forward eagerly all week to place a large order for the whole business....yet when Friday came (only 4 days after we got the flyer) no-one answered the phone. One of our staff drove down and the place was closed! Important to note when the chap dropped the flyer off he was keen to tell us about being open during these times! This was hugely disappointing and we won't bother again. This was going to be a very lucrative order for Papa Gino's but they have missed out!

If I could give 0 stars I would do it ! Very rude customer service, took my money but did not deliver when the website clearly stated they are doing deliveries to my area . Absolute joke they are !

They used to be good , last 3 times I have ordered not so good 1. Charged for food food did not arrive it was closed.2. Took well over an hour to arrive made several calls to be Told 10min.3. Ordered received confirmation food never arrived! ! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE at the moment , this place has upped its game a little good food delivery service still a bit hit and miss.Recent update 07/03/2024 delivered wrong item yet again , 45 mins to deliver replacement and still of the opinion I had been had with portion sizes , steering clear yet again it’s a pity due to food been good but can’t be relied upon.

For 7.80£ instead of mix kebab. U got donner meat and few pieces of chicken. Not recommend.

Just ordered a kebab asked for it to be cooked longer it was spot on tasted lovely separate sauce which was nice 🙂

Will not be ordering again, mixed calzone with hardly any filling, donner meat and chips was tiny. Over priced and flavourless

Rubbish quality of food You guys need to change the way you cook stuff try shutting for a week and rebrand try ripping off dominos or something and copy there pizzas exactly quality wise and change your chips or cook them better

"Mixed Grill Kebab- Choice of shish kebab, donner kebab and chicken kebab. Served with salad and sauce on naan bread." ..... Well, I guess the NAAN BREAD has grown legs and disappeared somewhere because I couldn't find it....oh wait, I remember I ORDERED garlic bread, so probably they assumed I don't need NAAN BREAD. Not worth the money, first time ordering from this place and you guessed it.. This will be the last.

Ordered a kebab and pizza from here and I won't be ordering again, it turned up over 45 mins late, all food was cold and pizza wasn't even cooked. Had to throw most of the food away and I don't recommend anybody use this restraunt it's a joke. I called the restraunt twice to complain about the wait and had to deal with somebody who all I can say didn't seem interested and that's pitting it a nice way. Worst kebab shop in barnsley.

Ordered for the first time from here. The food was absolutely disgusting, all cheese was like slop and slid of base when trying to lift it. Had no taste and basically looked like sick on a pizza base. Didn't get all toppings paid for and the chip portion size is laughable. First and last time would never order again.

Always bigged this pizza place up.. N until now... Have they changed the cooks because tonight the standard was poor... Pizza burnt totally n hardly any topping only ate half cause I'd been working all day n up early tomo.

Avoid at all costs, ordered from Ubereats, it has been two hours and not received order, what's point in saying you're open on an app when you're all in bed, sort it now!

Hour and a half and no food. Get the usual bull of 'its already left the shop' 'itll be 3 minutes' when I call. I'll be getting a refund, even if I have to visit in person. They only get the one star because I can't give 0.

Used to be a fantastic takeaway but since it was taken over its awful. The prices are far too high, the food isn't as good and every time we order they make a mistake! Won't be ordering again after giving them years of custom once a week!

Nice enough food but don't expect it to be on time. Got the excuse of it's just left even being 25min late only to arrive 40 min late. Be faster collecting myself

Just tried to order from here and the lady couldn't hear me on the other end of the phone cos it sounded like the staff were having a rave with the music and then when it came time to payment and through no fault of the lady who took my call as she was new she put me onto her manage who was extremely rude and obnoxious. I have used this takeaway for 10 years now but I'm starting to look elsewhere now. Highly unprofessionel

Absolutely the last time.. Used to love the takeaways from here. Every week now the pizzas are burnt or some mi xup with the order. Really sad how far this place has sunk. Avoid at all costs.

Been going to papa ginos over the last 20 years. No complaints. All the staff are very friendly and helpful xx

Tried first time and that was last time, Big disappoitment, pizza not even cut, dry and kebab on top seems to be couple days old, the worst pizza i have eaten in my life!!

First & last time ordering from here... avoid the place if you want my advice! The food took 1 hour & 40 mins to arrive. When it arrived half the order was missing & it was the wrong pizza. Phoned them up & they said my order had been mixed up with someone else's (no apology given over the phone). We're now waiting for the correct order to be sent out which we're 40 minutes into. So we're 2 hours & 20 mins in since ordering & no closer to getting our food

Ordered pizza , kebab meat and chips and onion rings. Pizza not even cut and burnt very little kebab meat with chips😡 I will not be ordering again absolutely horrible.. used to be a lovely place definitely gone down hill

Been driving past this takeaway for a while now finally came in and got a kebab. Waited about 20 minutes for reheated food.Most disgusting food I ever ate in my life and on top of that I vomited and had gone to the toilet about 6 times today. Fresh naan bread? Where? A tortilla… Fresh salad? where? Salad was brown and cucumber had some fluff on it perhaps from someone’s shirt that was handling the food. Asked for chilli and garlic Mayo got salsa for nachos… garlic Mayo was the only thing tasteful about the whole thing literally took a few bites and chucked it in the bin

Absolutely disgusting my chips came like they had been wee’d on not just abit of condensation. Item missing from order. Burger not cooked. And we asked for a thin and crispy garlic bead with cheese it came back thick doughy and under cooked. Do not order from here. And take away man shouting odds out while my kids where in bed over a little burn in £10note so he rang shop and they said it was fine to take. The whole experience was SHOCKING. I would rate it no stars but had to rate 1 star for it to post. AVOID THIS PLACE

The best Pizza is special. Kalzoni sandwich is delicious. Staff are So friendly, you feel like home Try it once n b addicted

Worst meal I've ever TRIED to eat like eating a bottle of vinegar half of curry was glued to bottom of the foil tray ribs looked like the was from a rat they were that small 2 spoons of it then straight in bin how they've a 5 rating is a mystery

Discusting, pizzas was cold and veg toppings was raw, chips rock hard and cold, nachos was stale and cheese rubbery. Never eating here again it was awful

I order from here very regular, and today im not happy at all there was barley any salad! my garlic sauce came in a tiny tub not even enough for my food and it was cold. and all that after waiting an hour. they have now lost my custom!!

Ordered on just eat and after two hours called restaurant to cancel which they did but then marked as delivered in just eat so couldn’t get money back.... awesome rip off of £23 and kids go to bed hungry..

Spaghetti carbonara is of great quality for a takeaway, some drivers need to listen to instructions better but otherwise fine

Ordered food for 9.30pm tonight on the website, food was delivered at 8.10. Luckily there was someone home. Food is now cold as we were not wanting to eat until 9.30pm hence ordering for this time!
