Awfull don't go. Worst chinese I have ever had. Just had a massive row about the appalling quality of what I brought home. DISGUSTING !!!!

Wish I had ad read the reviews, for the money rubbish as a ex chef would not dare serve what I got never again. Ps the person on the phone very rude and abrupt needs to go to charm school .

Excellent food and plenty of it. The food always arrives hot and fresh, we've never had a bad meal and used this takeaway for a few years now. There are some comments about the lady being rude, we have never experienced this and I would probably put it down to the language barrier more than anything, she is actually very nice. Definitely recommend and the prices are reasonable in comparison to other takeaways

very rude don't desevere loyal customers had order delivered 1 item missing rang to rectify only to be shouted at by lady repeatedly saying she had packed order herself and item was in then she hung up. rang back only for her to say I had not order item and not been charge. not be going here again!!!

£27 and it was poor, poor customer service and food. Spare ribs in batter full of fat and the noodles looked like they had been bought from the shop. A first and last time for us.

Very rude but the driver with his wife are very polite if it was not for them I would not order from here her on the phone needs to learn some manner been told the driver with his wife as gone looks like I will have to find some where else for my Chinese fix very sad day food was always hot and fast delivery with him

I phoned to night as herd the food was good but I was verry disappointed with the service as they asked if I could pick up and cos I sead I dont brive the women on the phone decided to be verry rood and put the phone down will never over from this place ever disappointed

I’m a local and have been a regular customer for years. Tonight I was one item short on my order. By the time I had walked home and discovered it and tried to call, I couldn’t get through on the phone. My wife went down to try and rectify it and they were very unhelpful. Refused to put it right and conveniently couldn’t remember the order. I will never go there again. In the past I have witnessed the lady there being very rude over the phone. They don’t deserve loyal local customers !

Visited today and all staff were hanging out of the drive through window chatting. One staff member then made the order for that customer. I waited a while and asked if she could let them know there was a customer waiting. Her customer service response was they were busy and they were allowed to talk. They need proper customer service training and manners. I will take my business elsewhere as its obviously not important to Starbucks.

I really cannot fault them at all, even my little boy loves their food and he's very picky. We order the banquet from the family meals and it's more than enough. Will definitely be getting food from here again. Thank you

Unfortunately I found a metal staple in my meal. Definitely won’t be ordering from their, ever again
