Panda Take Away in County Durham

Been going there for 32 years. Best Chinese curry in the UK. I still come up for the curry and fill the freezer. When it's good is good. When it's bad it's ok. Chips are great. Chicken is good. Char Sui can sometimes be amazing. Special fried rice, curry, chips is my fave. Chow mein is nice too. Little one likes the chicken balls.

Food and customer service is terrible

Hit and miss with this place and tonight definitely wished we missed had mushroom dish and chow mein my chow mein was more mushrooms and 10 bean shoots/sprouts to 1 noodle my partner's chow mein was massively over cooked tasted of burnt and the prawn crackers were hard and tasteless stuck with sandwich instead definitely be going elsewhere from now on.

I have always love the food from here. However for the first time i went to the shop and not phoned in. My face was not recognised and they were lovely. The food they put in my bag had exploded everywhere. My phone died so i used friends. They said they would replace it and i had to pay £2 delivery for the replacement... its its amazing food so i said yes to the extra £2 delivery... but after half an hour i phoned back they kept the phone turned off. Would not replace the food they poorly packed and clearly dont care about there customers. if they don’t recognise your phone number and address it would be different. Extremely bad services when it come to customers over the phone but amazing food. Such a shame.

Very unhappy 10 pound waisted on mix grill totally manky
