The foods was nice and the chicken ball are crispy tasty.

Ordered online at 17.50 , after one hour I rang to enquire about my order, phone constantly engaged. Waited another 30 minutes and went elsewhere for food. It is now 20.30pm and still no sign, not that I want it anymore. Will never use this place again.

I had got my mom who is elderly and struggles to þolerate spice on high levels, for Singapore rice with little oil and little chilli......he proceeds to hand me food that is inedible due to the high amount of chili....when I then took it back and said I asked for no chili the man then proceeds to shout at me to which I politely ask him to not do but continues to due...eventually ue makes a "new" one which is still as spicy and inedible and in which we find a hair in.....extremely unsanitary and unprofessional I do not recommend

I ordered kung pao chicken & fried rice through Uber eats. What I received is bland oily fried rice with frozen prawns & old chicken. Instead of kung pao they provided me sweet & sour chicken. I just had 2 bites & threw my food away. People stay away from this place. Will never order again here

Absolutely abysmal food. The curry was beyond weak, the Thai Curry tasted off and also contained pineapple (not advertised) that my partner is allergic to, the sweet and sour sauce was watery and tasteless. Literally go anywhere else as this is comfortably the worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had in my life!

Ordered from Uber eats, made many drivers cancel as they hadn’t begun cooking it until an hour and a half after ordering. Got the order 3 hours after ordering. Spoke to them on the phone and all he did was shout, wouldn’t listen to us and kept saying “too many orders”. Do not recommend this place at all and in my opinion should be completely taken off Uber eats all together.

I use too love the food here but the last few orders have been awful. Burned chips, egg shell in the rice and the meat in the Currys was just gristle. Shame really as they were good before. Won't order from them again

Pretty standard Chinese shop. Food was normal, nothing special. I think they're renovating the inside of the shop. It's not the worst of places to eat from, but also not the best.

Standards are going downhill.... AVOID the battered chicken balls! They reheat the previous cooked batch and mix them with the fresh ones... Not good at all. My friend who is oriental was visiting my home and I decided to order from this place for years.... He was not impressed and you guys cutting corners ain't good business at all....

Ordered off of just eat, driver delivered food to the wrong house, my house CLEARLY has my number on the front, rang the restaurant and blamed it all on me, then said "wait there" hung up the phone and then when I rang back the ringtone said they were closed, took my money and no food. Don't bother, look at all the other reviews too. Obviously just a generally awful restaurant.

Delivery driver took a tip he was not entitled to or offered, refund was not offered. Food was terrible, curry sauce was awful and chicken balls had a tiny bit of slightly pink chicken and no crunch at all, honestly 80% dough at least. Chicken and sweetcorn soup was also slimy. Partner seemed to enjoy hers well enough but I'd honestly rather eat from a bin than order from here again

Food is delicious and delivered on time and food was piping hot. Recommend the Happy Box. Any 3 mains and rice for 12 quid. Bargain and Scrumptious dishes

Utterly disgusted. Despite “the app” accepting my order AND making 30 similar orders on the app (! over the years!!), he was unable to honour it. I am now awaiting my refund. ... I waited an hour to be informed that he wasn’t going to do it. (Royal Palace in Stechford WERE able to fulfil my order quickly!)

After adding prawns to a fish allergy meal twice the third meals was sent out with blatently off pork. When called to ask the chef to taste his pork (was extremely polite) we were told my pork always tastes like that and not to order if i dont like their food. Worst customer service ever and definately will not be using them again. Its very easy to tell when meat is bad a real chef would know that.!!

Hi I've just ordered some food from this place pander Express the food came and we got something extra in our food we had a mouse in our curry please every body don't order from here I called them back to tell them and the old Chinese man gave me nothing but abuse I feel like going up there and dragging him from behind the counter giving him a slap . PANDER EXPRESS FOOD IS ROTTON. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE . TRAMPS.

Do not order from here..... Said delivered at 9.15 no one showed called and called no answer from them... Cancelled ordered at 9.45 and they show up at 10.15.... offered to pay for food but owner demanded the driver take food back... Maybe to give to next customers

Absolutely 100% the worst Chinese food I've ever had delivered to my door. Sweet and sour chicken balls were very dry. My Singapore chow mein had about 6 shrimp in and I couldn't find any chunks of other meat, it was also red in colour and tasted like a spicy tomato pot noodle. I did order crab claws and although they were lovely there was no salad or sea food sauce. Our plain noodle chow mein wasn't plain. There was bean sprouts and spring onion. Plain noodle MEANS plain noodle. You guys need to stick to your native dishes and stop passing Chinese food off as Chinese. Waste of money. Waste of time. Waste of effort. Who serves a Singapore chow mein that tastes like a spicy beef & tomato pot noodle??? Will not be ordering again AND will be telling anyone who asks for a recommendation to go to Arden Oak Chinese. 1million times better.

Waited an hour for food and obviously it was cold the chips were oil sodden prawn toast cold and tuff now let's just wait and see how it treats my stomach. First and last time they will be getting my money!!

The worst Chinese meal I have ever had, overcooked chicken, Dry rice and the worse chowmein ever cooked. took them 1hr 50 minutes to deliver with no apology, disgusting, avoid like the plague!
