Great food very tasty and quality of food is fresh and filling. Pricing of food is quite expensive/ overpriced but I’d rather spend my money here than most Asian take aways!😋😋

These guys were brilliant a few months back but are terrible now. Now the lemon sauce is way too strong. The rest of the sauces are either too runny or too thick. If you ask for a specific delivery time like we did of 6pm then it'll be delivered at 6pm.

All your classic Chinese meals at a reasonable price. High quality and delicious. Will be ordering from here again.

Absolutely disgusting service, waited 30 minutes for my food in the shop for taken £15.50 for them to then to then not give me any food and accuse me of not paying! Will never go back and I’d stay clear! I’m only giving one star as it wont let me post otherwise!

Don’t believe there delivery times someone needs to buy them a watch. Food is good just don’t rely on their time keeping.

Place has improved ALOT since the last time we ordered. My Chicken balls and chips were more crispy and fresh, unlike last time where it was soggy and wet. My sweet and sour sauce was good as usual, and the chicken noodle soup was excellent! Will be ordering again.

We ordered from here regularly and can’t fault the food. Delivery is always really quick and foods piping hot. Highly recommend 👍

I couldn’t be happier with my experience here, I didn’t realise that it was cash only and the guy behind the counter was so lovely and guided me through the website on my phone so I could pay. My phone added a wrong item and I didn’t realise until after I’d paid but it wasn’t an issue as he paid me back the difference. The food was lovely and hot. Will definitely be going here again. Couldn’t recommend here more.

Really do like the food here but after tonight finding a big black hair in my curry I will not be ordering from here again. It's a shame really but how places can allow this is unreal. Not once have I ever cooked a meal at home and had hair in it. So they must put it in there. And this isn't the first time. And enough is enough so definitely won't be going here again. 👎

We been using Palace Chef for a few years Food always been excellent. But recently it’s gone down hill big time. This would be 2nd bad meal we had from here. 1st one we gave them the benefit of doubt. Last night meal I had a chicken curry and it was very salty, I couldn’t eat it. Wife had beef & chicken and the beef was under cook and the chicken was salty and pink in colour and slimy. One good thing the wheelie bin was well fed and never complained once. Sorry don’t know what you done to your food but either get new Chef or new supplier

Unbelievable service, placed an order which arrived 1.5 hrs late and half items missing. Called restaurant and they said they would send out ASAP. They delivered but still had items missing. They didn’t believe me and I had to send them a copy of my JustEat order as proof!!!

Used to love this place. Until I had to find out that I needed to put in the comments that I didn't want long black hairs in my food... if I'm honest. I'm very disgusted. What a waste of £20 as there's were hairs in every single box.

Really nice food low cost and good size potions not quick but what you expect when its cooked from fresh
