Took 1 and half hour to deliver. Said traffic was bad at 6.30pm wen no traffic (neighbour ordered from same place turned up 40 mins earlier) food cold . Asked for no onion and got onion. Bad Attitude from delivery guy. Never orderin again. 🤮🤮🤮

Food is ok but when you book online you pick a time then they change it by atleast 45mins. Done this a number times now this is the last time I’m ordering.

Can’t find Any fault the place top food.chef special pizza is to die for. Friendly polite staff.. would recommend to anyone wanting food

Just went for the ozzys special kebab it's massive all the meats are nice and tender and there's loads of it and the salad is so crisp and fresh and a free garlic bread and cheese bargain will definitely be going back

Atmosphere?? Its a take away, I had a chicken kebab with nan last night and it is one of the nicest I’ve ever had, my brother had same and his wife had a doner with nan, I say with nan because the chicken and doner came in the trays with lids, lots and lots of chicken, you could but one and get an extra nan and easily feed 2 people, I will be using again, we had onion rings too, very good food very good price and quick delivery, piping hot too when delivered 👍🏻

Went last night (11/12/23) with my very hungry pregnant partner and can say we was more than happy with the food. The 2 chicken kebabs, despite being regulars, were very generous, cooked to perfection and were very tasty. The salad was crunchy and fresh, and the beef burger and chips were spot on according to my dad, the cans of pop were icy cold which is always a bonus. The service was polite, friendly and very swift and they was even nice enough to throw in a free garlic bread much to my partners delight. Would highly recommend and will certainly be going back again !

Well what can I say, usually I don't leave comments as we find somewhere we really like then get let down the next time. However Ozzys has made us come back several times now and has been fantastic each time. My daughter usually eats cheese pizzas as she doesn't like anything else, well she tried my BBQ pollo last time and decided to have her own last night and Ozzys did not disappoint. Fantastic pizzas. My daughter says you deserve 5000 stars! Thank you Ozzys we will definitely be back. Its very hard to please all 4 of our household but you achieve this everytime. Definitely recommend.

Moved around the area over 2 years ago, we tried a few places locally but never seemed to find a place that we were happy with until we ordered from Ozzys. We are never disappointed in the food and even when we have left overs the day after it is still delish! We will never go anywhere else for our saturday night takeaway! Will always recommend Ozzys!

Won’t be ordering from here again. Both me and my son ordered a takeaway and both of us have suffered with severe food poisoning.

Very poor food and service, I don’t know who owns it but they obviously don’t know how to cook a pizza or even spell it correctly. Pizza was dry and lacking cheese, garlic bread was so bad my dog wouldn’t even eat it. Defo won’t be using here again and if I was you I wouldn’t either. Delivery was also 1hr late.

Very poor delivery service! The new owners just haven’t got it right… last time we waited over 90 mins to be delivered Luke warm food, again we are now wait over an hour and we are only 1.3 miles away. After 4-5 years using Ozzy’s it’s time to move on as no one wants average service when the food is also now distinctly average.

Been going to Ozzys for 4 years, new owners now so gave them a try several times, very disappointing. Every time we ordered same pizza it tasted different every time, try it for last time today as my order was 1hour late, I had to ring them, and they hadn't even started to make it. On arrival the driver was great, but the special chicken kebab wasn't so special in fact it was a tray full of chicken and slop, the onion and whatever else was in the tray was sitting in a tray full of mush and oil, the pitta was dry and like cardboard i might have well eaten the tray it came in would be better. Ate the chips only as I thought I wouldn't get food poisoning from them as the chicken Kebab looked undercooked and rushed. We won't be using Ozzy's every again, very disappointing service and food now.

Overall seems like a sound place with bangin food, but hate to say, delivery and chicken kebab are spelt wrong on the new sign. 4/5

Phoned directly to the shop,spoke to someone, never actually listens to the order, waited 50 mins as informed, gets it wrong, I rang up to be told the orders on its way , re confirmed my order as the cost didn't seem right to find out food was missing from the order, confirmed I wanted the remaining order, spoke to delivery driver, its been 1hr 25 mins since, I have phoned up asking where it is and they didn't have a clue how I ordered and I just got its on it's way, ridiculous. I'm not holding my breath that's for sure. What's annoying is foods good when they actually get it right.

Didn't really find it hygienic enough for my standard...I like hair netts and gloves and people handle food should not touch anything else....not even money or phones..and definitely not thair have and bod

So I went to collect my order at 7.05pm like it said on Just Eat app. When I got there the man in the shop said it has been ready for 15-20 mins and it is cold now so I asked why did they not update the app or contact to me collect our food earlier and he said you wanted it asap so I said yes but when you confirmed the order on the just eat app said 7.05pm so he said he would have to make me fresh food which was good of them. So, I said OK I will come back in 10 minutes I went back after 10 minutes and it was wasn’t ready for another 30minutes. I understand they was busy but in total for our food we had waited 1 hour 45 minutes for our food when we chose collection. When we got home to eat our food the pizza was rock hard, burnt and crispy. It was not fresh at all like they said they said it would be, it was cardboard like it had been re heated this was not a fresh pizza it was hard. The kebabs were very dry like it had been heated also and was like rubber and same with the chips they was just crispy and it was all freezing. We wasted over £26.00 worth of food as it went in the bin. My children also threw there's in the bin too. It's the worst takeaway I have eaten in a very very long time and I won't be going again.

Ordered from here a few times now and the first time it was good but the last 2 times it has been terrible. Cold, leather like donnor meat, cold dry inedible chips, cold pizza with cardboard like base. Nasty, wont be returning.

First time trying here and out of all the kebabs we have tried, this is certainly one of the best. The chicken was in large pieces, chargrilled and full of flavour. Excellent meal

I have used this place for years and won't be returning. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 mixed kebabs. It took an hour and half to come so our tea arrive at 9pm. My daughters pizza was basically cheese bread it had no sauce and it hadn't been Cooke long enough as the crust was soft and spongy. Our kebabs we got 4 pieces of lamb and 1 kofta a bit of salad. It was cold and we got charged nearly £7 each them. Lucky if there was £2 worth of meat in it. The other pizza was the same with no sauce. I rang them after an hour to see where it was. The man said its on its was, no more than 5 minutes. Which was clearly a lie as it was another half an hour and it had clearly been thrown together. Absolutely disgraceful service. OZZY'S YOU HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER

Absolutely got it wrong yet again !!!! Totally sick of these people getting the order wrong.dry meat and a pitta bread where was the salad or sauce? I took it straight back and the guy knew straight away that he had messed up...he refused to even put the salad or sauce on whilst I was therand said I should go back the day after to speak to the manager if I had a problem..so I left the food on the counter which I had paid for NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! and the best thing is the staff don't give care less.....I would love the shops actual owners to read my coments. Uuummm dry meat in a pitta bread see pic,..........

Food took over 1hrs 15 minutes to deliver, chicken nuggets was rubbish, If your gonna put cheese cake on your menu at least make sure it's defrosted before you deliver it. Wont order from there again

I have not been well recently and my appetite has been very poor. However, last evening had the urge to eat a really tasty pizza. Therefore went to Ozzy’s, I live close by so I cannot comment on delivery, contents or warmth of food as luckily I can collect from the takeaway myself. I ordered the hot and spicy vegetarian with extra jalapeños and requested that they be really crispy and well done. I got exactly what I ordered, plenty of toppings and nice and spicy 🌶 and the temperature 🤒 nice and hot, but then I don’t live too far away. Very nice 🍕 pizza + bogof. If the standard continues like that I will definitely visit again.

Their Donna meat is first class

Not always the best for things like kebabs but their pizza are usually good. Wait time is kind of second to none as I only live around the corner so I cannot comment too much on that as it probably is different for everyone. But overall, not a bad place if you're thinking about something quick to eat.

Food was okay ordered here few times but donner meat was cold and very little of it compared to last time when we got lots quick delivery was here 20 mins before it was due

Absolutely shocking, the wait was ridiculous and when the food arrived it was cold, apparently you have to get a refund from Just Eat. Terrible service terrible food. Get an Asda pizza and do it yourself. Worst ever experience.

Don't be fooled by the bogof offer , twice the price of other local pizza shops and if you ask for only one pizza when ordering you get charged more than the half price it should be

Terrible delivery. Waited 1.5 hrs when told 45 mins. Food was cold had to ring as some of order missing this is 3rd time they got things wrong. Won't be using again

Have ordered from Ozzy's many times and on many of those occasions the delivery has been a max of 45mins and the food has been great. However, I ordered today at 6:15 and was told, like normal, that it would be deliverd within the next 45mins. After an hour had passed I attempted to ring the restaurant to no avail, it took me a further 15mins before they answerd my call. I was told that they are extremely sorry and that my food is on its way with an extra can of pop. I let another 25 mins pass by as I only live 15 mins away before calling again, where i was told that they have just rung the driver and told him to hurry up as he had other deliverys to pick up, the replied that he was within 5 mins of my house. The driver arrived and gave us our meal exclaiming that it was very busy today. upon opening our food that, as well as it being understandably cold, the pizza and chicken was extremely burnt, and the extra can of pop was no-where to be found. I will not be ordering from this location again, nor do i advise anyone else to waste their time.

I've ordered from these multiple times without fail.... However tonight I've had to wait an 1hr & 30mins when they said 45mins I phoned twice was told it's on way and free pop for them being late however turned up no pop stone cold....... Pizza was burned to point couldn't tell Witch one was Witch very disappointed also sons chicken burger was burned so he couldn't eat it.......... Very disappointed in order
