Food arrived early. And the driver was very polite. However, ordered chicken and got lamb delivered instead. I called to report the mistake. Instead of an apology I was told that I was wrong. No refund was offered, neither the delivery of the correct food. Instead I was told that all meet is prepared on the same grill and the chicken may smell of lamb occasionally. I didn't eat it as I really dislike lamb. Very bad service from the restaurant. Certainly won't order again.

The meat was good but the mezze came with no bread, so lots of dips with nothing to dip in them. They were tasty but that was a bit frustrating! The vegetarian moussaka wasn't very good.

We order from here regularly and it is usually very good. Today we ordered the usual chicken wraps and they were tiny with 4 small pieces of chicken in them. Not worth £6.50! We also ordered chicken kofte and got lamb kofte instead. Very disappointed and still hungry

Lamb Shish portion was small - 2 skewers per menu and in the pictures, looks like a good size portion, not so in reality. Lamacun is lovely, crispy edges and delicious base and came with good size salad. This time was much better than the first time I ordered, fresher. More lamb in the Shish & it'd be perfect.

Have ordered from here a few times- generally ok. Today the food arrived poorly packaged and soggy. The starters we ordered were tipped up and the Turkish pizza was wrapped in torn paper. Poor! Food was Barely warm and bland.

I ordered a chicken kofte wrap WITH salad assuming you would put the salad inside the wrap but you didnt I had to put the salad in and re-wrap it which was annoying. The hummus came with no pitta bread and there was no option to buy pitta bread so that was also annoying. Other than that the food quality was great. Just need to explain clearly how your food is served.

Ordered dinner for three people at 745pm order arrived after 9pm not really the service you want in particular as I lived 2 miles away. Portion sizes are small considering the cost, slow delivery, moderately warm food and expensive menu won't order from here again unless service is better

Lovely food as always buy a little disapointed in the time ot took to get to me. Usually very quick but today 20 mins added on to delivery time and then it arrived 20 mins after that so an additional 40 mins wait. Also when checking order status it had said my food had already been delivered when it hadnt which lead me to believe it had gone somewhere else. Just so happened as I was about to call them the food turned up.

It took an hour to deliver but I guess it's OK for a busy Friday night.

Grilled Salmon was over cooked and potatoes tasted like tinned ones, heated up. Was very nice on the phone when I called 10 minutes after delivery time and took another 25 minutes to arrive. I understood they were busy, due to being Valentine's Day but they had already added 15 minutes to the original time and no call ahead to explain.

The food from here is normally fairly good, although the mixed grill is a tad overpriced. What let's them down is the really slow delivery times. Everytime we order from here (only two meals!) it takes well over an hour and it's always later than they say. They're very friendly when you phone up but that doesn't make up for the length of the wait!

Quick service, yummy food nice and hot too.. Only thing missing was the usual bread, garlic sauce and chilli you get normally with turkish takeaway.

The kebab wraps were good but the portions were too small. Came with chips and salad which was nice. The calamari was good as well. Delivery was quick.

A bit pricey, but taste/quality definitely worth paying for. Best Turkish in South East London.

Favourite food on here, hands down. The chilli sauce tastes like its proper homemade and the salad's always fresh.

Lahmacun was thin and crispy as it should be. Meat on the whole good. Kisir (cold mezze) was more like a Couscous, nice enough to eat but not Kisir as I know it therefore Wouldn't order this again unless they changed recipe. Overall happy would order again especially as lahmacun was decent.

Kofti wrap is exactly what it says it is very dry no sauce or anything tiny portion sizes took an hour and a half to come over all very upset and disappointed and I'd like a refund would not recommend this restaurant

Ordered a chicken wrap with salad... it came as a few cubes of chicken in bread with salad in a tub. For the food to have taken way over an hour to arrive I would expected it to turn up assembled. The fries were weak. Limp and cold. Ended up chucking most of it, really disappointed.

The meat was, as always, delicious. The rice was fairly bland, however and it would be good to serve some nice Turkish bread with the hummus, rather than charging £3.50 for a foil tin of the stuff! On the whole it was a satisfying meal but I'm not convinced it's the best value for money, all things considered!

Chicken wrap is a rip off at that price and not particularly nice. Gave me coke instead of diet coke. Hummus wasn't particularly nice. I won't be ordering again.

Order took 2 hours to deliver despite the fact that it was only a small chicken wrap and a selection of cold meze. When I called was told they were still "cooking" it. Chicken wrap was tiny for the money. Girlfriend ended up eating something else so the food that was delivered was 50% uneaten. Most depressing takeout of my life.

Sorry, not good this time. The food was so salty that we all woke up in the middle of the night feeling very unwell. Was late, too, unlike previous orders.

I like how the kabab are juicy and not burned. Always fresh and slowly coked👌. Good job 👍 and Thanks for the free desserts.

Was very disappointed with the food from here tonight, the starter was swimming in oil which ended up over the other food packaging. Both the mains were lukewarm and the kebab special was also swimming in oil. The delivery was also 10 minutes late, normally the service & food from here are excellent!!

I ordered salmon and saluted potatoes.. they could have at least provided some lemon for the salmon and the potatoes were more boiled than sautéed. Rice was okay a bit soggy. And portions were very small for the money I paid. If I ordered again I would more the likely call them and instruct them on the small details such as finishing touches like a lemon or garnish for the salmon and more flavour in general. Not sure if I will order again

Food came quicker than delivery but food left us disappointed. Lots of gristle in the meat. Falafals were dry and not hot. Lamp chop and aubergine starter was good.
