Just walked out of there. Went to order, was told to wait while a phone order was taken. Then started to place our order for the phone to ring again - us told to wait again. I told my partner to leave. Why prioritise phone orders to the point you treat walk-in customers like that?. Sort your priorities. Have had plenty of great food previously.

The worst Chinese I’ve ever had. Overpriced, cold and wrong.

Only let down was the chips hard and cold

Absolutely terrible. Chicken balls tasted rank, curry sauce had no flavour at all. Ordered a bbq sauce on top of meal and there was absolutely no bbq sauce on the meal. Every bit of it had no flavour at all.

Easily the worst Chinese I've ever had. Chicken Curry was ok, fried rice was ok, Crispy beef was like flavourless burnt batter, Chicken Chow Mein was again flavourless, looked like plain noodles etc with zero sauce of any sort being used. Mini Pancake rolls were nice but not enough to save the meal. First chinese I've ever had were I didn't clear my plate and feel like I'd eaten to much. Definitely won't be eating from here again, absolutely shocking meal!

Waited nearly hour and a half for just pancake rolls chips and sweet and sour sauce but no sauce came rang them back to be told delivery driver will bring sauce, never happened. Pancake rolls disgusting rang back asking for refund told to ring back in an hour definitely won't be using them again

First an last time ordering chips dry an hard curry sauce like lump of jelly absolutely awful meal tonight

Ordered through just eat at 5:30, was advised that delivery would be 6 - 6.20. Phoned at 6:50 and was told food had been delivered, when I said it hadn't they rang driver who still had order and then told me it would be 5 mns, food arrived at 7.20 and all was cold. Will also raise with just eat.

Such lovely staff and the food was amazing. I left them a small tip and they were so greatful. Ordered from here for a while and while continue to order for a while!

Awful! House special chow mein. The main ingredient seems to be dark soy sauce. I managed to eat the few bits of meat and prawns but the rest just tasted like salt Won't be ordering again.

Food was awful sweat and sour sauce congealed chips were powdery and meat was over cooked like rubber won't be going back there again

Stunning, we really enjoyed our food, will deffo go again

Brilliant food. We were a little late getting there but they phoned to say they would keep in warm. When we got it home it was still piping hot, well cooked and really tasty. We’ll be back😄👍

Spent £30 plus last night Must say the worst Chinese I have ever had. Special fried rice was so over cooked and craggy I needed a knife to cut it as it was all congealed together

My misses rang up about 7ish to orda food when the woman answered the phone she was really really rude and really bad atitud I even heard it as she put it on speaker as my misses got learning difficulties she wanted me to lisson in to make sure she didnt make any mastaks. Very poor costumer sourvis.

If I could give 0 stars I would, we hadn’t have from here in a while so wanted to try and I can honestly say it’s the worse food we’ve ever had. The salt and pepper chicken and chips were absolutely disgusting. Worst money I’ve even spent!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED 😡😡😡 Thats 1 star too many! Ordered food 7pm, told 40mins. 8.15pm we rang to ask, they hung up. Rang again and she said sorry they were busy and hadnt cooked it yet! Fuming, but hungry, we waited. 8.30 pm food came, wrong food, called them back said 20mins they will replace it and take wrong order back, surely they weren't going to heat this back up and re-sell??? 8.45 still no food and so I rang and asked for a refund, for which I was told to bring the old order back to them and they would refund me!!! I told them at this point the cold, incorrect food was in the bin 2 hours after it was ordered! So they hung up on me! I rang back to which I received a load of verbal and a woman who refused to give me her name Absolutely disgusting! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The owners who had for many years are now back and so is the food they used to cook. The food is fantastic delivery was really quick and hot

I have ordered from here for many years and this last year it has been awful, no longer is the food freshly cooked I have had on several occasions food that seems it has just been warmed up, dry rice and chicken and soft poppadoms, customer service is awful.
