Oregon Fried Chicken in Rochdale

have ordered from here a few times, usually not bad although always tend to be late. my order was wrong as they didn't follow dietary instructions. Phoned up for a replacement which was met with I can't do anything about it the shop is shut. coincidentally drove down the store to find it was not shut and they didn't want to rectify their mistake.

waited over 2 hours, order not received and very unhelpful customer service over the phone

Every time I’ve ordered from here it’s 30+ mins late. I’m literally waiting for my food now and it’s 35mins late

Even though the food delivery was late, aa I qas feeling hungry, the food was delicious, extras, and always very good service. One of my favourite restaurant.

Chicken burger amazing. Pure fillet. Garlic bread nice and thin. First time ordering but will definitely be ordering again. Good value.

ordered the wrong food so rang up to change strips into a wrap and i got given a spicy burger.

I ordered an ice cream and didn’t receive one , also ordered four fizzy drinks and got water

the food was great but the delivery driver complained that we are too far and had a real bad attitude. we won't be ordering from there again, and if we are too far then it shouldn't let us order on just eat.

Food said it was in the process of being delivered, 30 minutes later it still hadn't came this was at the end of the delivery scale. I then rang the restaurant multiple times until they answered an hour later saying the delivery had just set off. So in total the food was an hour and a half late.

Placed an order took 40 minutes to an hour to arrive ordered a chicken wrap. Received a chicken burger with ketchup on. Called them and was told it would take an hour to have another one to be delivered, I had plans so wasn’t prepared to wait. Had to eat the burger. It was bland the chicken was dry the breading was soggy, and everything was cold. The only thing they got right was the drink. Wouldn’t recommend or re- order from here . Very disappointing.

How can you fry chicken so wrong. Chicken had no meat just bones and the extremely small amount of chicken it did have it was rock hard. Used to be a good place , standard has definitely gone down, won’t be ordering again.

Food doesn't come as ordered. Staff argued on phone with me whilst I explained the food came wrong. Won't be ordering from here again as this is not the first time our order was wrong. Lost a valued customer

Always order from here food is amazing delivery is normally always early or on time had to give 3* on delivery as took over 2 hours to arrive hope thos isn't going to be a on going problem

Disgusting behaviour from the person on call, had to unfortunately cancel an order due to not being able to make it there only 5 minutes after ordering collection, when asked how long the food would take to prepare he said to just come then when I had to cancel an order didn't take my name, or what order they had to cancel, just said to never order from here🤷🏽‍♂️ ok then, I won't be ordering ever again. There are way better places to get food and you'll be treated with some decency. I had been a regular but this place has just gone downhill.

I came last week and ask for chicken burger meal spicy and they wasn’t wearing their apron and gloves which didn’t seem right but other than that the service was terrible when I asked for a water bottle outside the fridge he took the bottle from the fridge and I repeat myself and he said inside and outside the fridge is the same which it isn’t . It used to be a great place with great staff and service but has massively gone downhill

The chicken was undeniably delightful. However, our satisfaction was dampened as we didn't receive the correct quantity of chips we ordered. Additionally, the overall temperature of the food was disappointingly cold and slightly wet, impacting the overall enjoyment of the meal. Consistency in portion accuracy and maintaining the food's warmth would greatly enhance the dining experience.

Chicken wings were small and chewy, didn't taste great. Peri chicken burger was ok but I've had better. Chicken patty thin and chewy.

Scammed out of our money. They served us stale old food from the day before. Delivery arrived extremely late so everything was cold, and food was missing from the order so we called them to ask politely for a replacement. The man on the phone was disrespectful and refused to send the missing food, then he laughed and hung up on my face. Trash food and disgraceful service: NEVER order from here, don't make the same mistake as me!!

Ordered a few times from here and it's always on time and hot. The chicken sandwich is AMAZING and the drivers are always polite. Highly recommend 👌

Chicken burger 🍔 was nice but the chips was horrible very cold and burnt

If you like eating rocks, please order chicken pieces from here cause I'm sure they will have enough old stale chicken ready for your order. Oh and if you like chicken wings without chicken, just skin and bone then this place is perfect for you. P.s drinks (cans)were lovely.

I ordered at 14.17. Delivery was expected at 15.05 which was fine. At 15.06 I got a message saying it was late so would be 15.25 - 15.45. It came at 16.15. I rang and the guy on the phone was very vague about when to expect it. That's almost 2 whole hours it took when it wasn't even a busy evening. Food wasn't fresh. Enjoyed in the past but this put me off.

Meals were lovely as usual. Also was delivered piping hot within 20 minutes of ordering. You don't get better than that. Great work and thanks.
