The pizza might be good. But there is a taste of sugar or similar in the dough which I don‘t like in Pizza. But the option of ordering via the homepage and then receiving an e-mail with the collection time is great.

Best pizzas and amazing service

Ordered for delivery- pizza with own choice of 4 toppings, curly fries& dip. Arrived quicker than expected, delivery driver was nice. Food arrived hot& was excellent! Will order from here again

Was going to order a takeaway tonight but got off the train and decided to give this a try. And glad we did absolutely lovely food all of it and very very reasonably priced

Tasty food, fast service, very cheap! Large pizza, chicken and garlic bread is £13. In Pizza Hut it is £28!

Get my Lunches from Oregano all the time. Love the Pizzas, and the chicken box they do! Service is fantastic too. They're always on time with their delivery or collection times. Would highly recommend!

From a personal experience I loved my Mexicano Hot pizza. Oregano's are truly the place to go if you want some fresh pizza! From the toppings to the base of the pizza was delicious!!

Decent enough pizza, good price

I want to say there was awful service, but there wasn’t even any service. When I waited for the man to finish speaking on the phone and stated I wanted to order, he quickly put the phone down and picked up the other one - mind you, he did this so fast he almost dropped the first phone. I think he just REALLY didn’t want to deal with customers; I recommend him to choose a different profession like maybe animals if he’s this much of a misanthropist.

Worse customer service you'll ever find anywhere! The owner has no respect for the customers. Tells you to get out of the shop and doesn't take orders when he doesn't want to! Absolute joke! I wouldn't recommend to get food from here due to their own behaviour! You can see other comments as well, says alot about their services! Also food isn't nice! Trying to escalate this issue further with FSA. Let's hope no one else has to suffer what a few of us already have.

I ordered a pizza they have delivered the pizza to the wrong address after me ensuring i said the correct address i then called them to complain they have been rude by talking over me and saying its my mistake and my problem they have refused to make me a new pizza i have been banned from the store and ordering there. Horrid customer service would never recommend

We have ordered from here several times, the service is always friendly and fast. The food is hot and tasty. I love the barbecue chicken wings and the pizzas are great. My daughters love the desserts and the spaghetti bol. Definitely recommend ordering from here.

I have been for pizza there before and it was alright but today I went and the man was very rude I was overcharged and he told me 10 minutes and I went back after 5 minutes and he still hadn't made it. I told him I had a train to catch 10 minutes from then he shouted at me threw my pizza in oven and then 10 minutes later it was not ready. He also had earphones in the whole time and was eating and the worst customer service ever. AVOID I F YOU HAVE ATRAIN TO CATCH

Attempted to order on Uber Eats. It said the delivery would be 30 minutes. As soon as I placed the order they changed it to say an hour and a half. I phoned to ask why and they were extremely rude to me and said “yeah so? We’re busy.” So I said “okay no worries, thanks” and hung up. 10 minutes later they cancelled my order on UberEats. I have worked for an extremely busy pizza place before, and no matter how busy we were, orders would never take 2 hours from ordering to delivery. To me it seems like they received an order late at night, put up the delivery time really high in hopes I’d cancel, and when I didn’t, they cancelled for me so they didn’t have to do my order. Extremely rude staff.

Had issues with this place in the past and thought I would give them another chance. But they've proven there customer service is still dreadful. They get busy and can't cope with it and then start to lie about how long they've said orders will take, when challenged they say "were so busy I can't remember how long I told you it would take, we didn't take your name". Who's fault is that? Was told 15 mins for collection. Turned up at 15 mins and was told "I told you 30 mins on the phone". They had t even put the pizzas in. I challenged them saying I don't mind if it's 30 mins but u didn't tell me 30 mins. Your now lieing. They didn't like me saying this and I got told to f.off 3 times because I challenged them on it and was told we don't need customers like you. Dreadful customer service. Would recommend you go elsewhere.

Ordered pizza here after a long day at Chessington while we were waiting for our train. Honestly the best pizza we've both ever had. Really tasty, great price and quick service

My favourite pizza place . Tastes fantastic , XL sizes . Unlike some of their rivals (Pizza Hut cough cough ) they’re not overdone with tomato purée and there’s no need to ask for extra cheese as they are xtremely cheesy standard and the price is cheap too .

O ordered a 9.99 pizza online and planned to pay cash,I gave them 15/20 mins to make the order .so I drove to the place and they had the machine off so they only started making the order when I got their but because I was their and see I could get a better deal for 16.99 for a larger pizza sides and a drink they refused to give me that order ,they said I had to cancel the order online when I left my phone at home , I did ask them to use their phone to cancel order but they were being stingy saying it would cost them money so I ended up going somewhere else for my pizza.very bad handled by staff , I could understand if it was cooked or put in oven but they just wanted to charge me 9.99 for a small pizza.

Accused of trying to con to get a free pizza when they told me to call back any time and they'd give me a free pizza for making a mistake on my order. The new guy even then repeatedly said "shut up". Stay away. Felt like I was hugely disrespected for their inability to have a decent conversation with a customer. Still can't believe they think I was trying to con them! Unfortunate as I was always loyal.

They used to do a great little meal deal for £2.99 and people always went there for that deal to feed the kids but unfortunately they stopped doing that deal they got to greedy and wanted to sell bigger pizzas for more money shame really
