Oregano in County Durham

I ordered 2 pizza the spicy chicken and the Chicago. They were realy good and fresh ingredients. Would recommend. Also had the chicken wings and onion rings cooked perfectly. I ordered ASAP and I think realistically if you don't set time in advance you don't know how busy they are so for me I was very happy with time I waited for dilivery. Super friendly and helpful.

We have used Oregano several times for pizza etc and we love it. Good quality delicious food.

We always get great food from Oregano. Our favorite is the mixed kebab. Large portions, delicious, and delivered by the most friendly driver. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Delivery took ages, pizza was severely undercooked, crust was completely soft, cake came frozen and hard, ended up with stomach ache and overall was an absolutely awful experience. Will not order from again or recommend to anyone

The food is great but the delivery service is pretty terrible, we've waited over an hour for delivery on multiple occasions. Kind of puts us off ordering, even though the food is good. UPDATE: regardless of the food quality, it's been an hour and a half since we ordered. I can't recommend this place until they sort their delivery out. This is by no means a one off, we've had this problem multiple times before. It's the last time we'll be ordering from Oregano.

Not up to the usual standard pizza tasted stale or undercooked couldn’t tell which and wrong drinks sent.

Very bad. The whole bag of food was soaked in pop which had burst in the bag. It was all cold. Kebab meat looked like scraps that they would usually throw away

This is our weekly go to,weve been using oregano for years,youre guaranteed,good quality food in massive amounts,ive never finished a wrap yet.

Didn’t ask for chips in the wrap. Got chips. Wrap was cold. Deliver time was 1 hour 50. Terrible.

Food delivered hot, with generous toppings.

Ordered a wrap and garlic bread special and got a free Calzone Pizza. Food was really nice and was delivered fairly quickly and on time. We will be ordering from here again.

Very disappointed. Have used oregano for years. I feel they don’t care. Delivery man wouldn’t have apologised if we hadn’t told them it was an hour late. Pizza very very salty. Sadly after atleast 10 bad orders. I feel I can’t use this place anymore.

My order tonight was awful. Chicken burger was mush! I did not receive my salad or garlic and very few chips. This is the second time i am now complaining, after using this takeaway for years and having no problem, will not use again 😠

Absolutley lovely food. Was sooo nice. But I have to say 2.10 for a bit extra sweetcorn on a pizza is a joke! Hadnt even realised how much it was till I’d already ordered. Id understand if it was meat but it’s literally sweetcorn that costs next to nout 😂

Ordered against my better judgment. Cheap ingredients, undercooked dough on the pizza and everything tasted of the cardboard it was delivered in. Back to Harbour Pizza and Grill N Go it is….

Chicken Parma was very salty. Very busy queue out of the door, waiting a good 15 minutes even though we arrived at the correct time. Wrap was wrong however didn’t know till got home. The wrap was so crispy could t use it as a wrap! Hardly any sauce in wrap 👎

Tried the parmos, unfortunately wasn't enough if any sauce & the chicken seemed rubbery.

Not as tasty as it has been previously. Too much garlic taste to a Toscana parmo, I think has changed hands since I last used them

Unfortunately I didn’t receive one of the pizzas I ordered. There was certainly no pepperoni or salami or any meat for that matter on the pizza I received. It was simply a vegetarian spicy pizza. Disappointing as they’re usually really good

Regular customer with normally nothing but good things to say about this place. However tonight i ordered a Parmesan and pizza, can’t fault the pizza but the Parmesan had a fishy taste as though it had been fried with fish fingers etc… also the chilli sauce had a bitter taste almost like lemon! Chips also very tasteless. As I say never had an issue before but this time was very disappointing. It seemed as if it had been taken over and things changed. Probably won’t return after this.

Oregano always send a gorgeous tasting pizza but I was disappointed that tonight it was cold. Still tasted beautiful though.

Food arrived early but that was only thing good I can say!!! £33 worth of food in the bin. I have had parmos a few times from here and normally they are lovely but not tonight!!! tonight none of the family could eat there meals the mixed kebab was over cooked to the point the chicken bounced when placing it on the plate and it was stone cold with a awful smell. The pizza also had dried out chick topping that smelled awful and not that it mattered cause all of the food went in the bin but to only be given 2x oz pots of garlic for the amount of food that was ordered surely that was a mistake also I work in the food industry and wouldn't normally leave a review but tried to call the shop and didn't get a answer

Food was lovely. But ordered tacos. Unfortunately they were burritos so this was disappointing.

App told us to enjoy our food, but it wasn't delivered, had to phone to check and wait even longer again than they said - disappointed as then it was cold and I do think it would have been amazing had it been delivered on time and at the right temperature

Had an order delivered which arrived in good time. Chips dry and salty and the Kiev Pizza was poor. Little flavour and dry. Upset tummy for 2 days since I ate it. Won't be having again.

We love this takeaway. Pizza always has loads of topping and love the bread you get with the kebab.

Chips were terrible, some of the larger ones weren’t cooked and the rest were scraps. Chicken wrap was delicious though.

Food was over half hour late I called them twice to find out where it was and both times he said that the driver was just leaving won't be long when it finally arrived it was only just Luke warm and the kebab was dripping in grease you picked up one little piece and it was like your hand was covered in water will not be ordering again!!!

Actually furious with how I ordered food at 19:16 and didn't arrive till 20:55 food came looks like it's just been chucked together used to be nice deffo rating gone down a wouldn't dare serve anyone the way the way this had been sent out!!!

Ordered at 7pm. Due 7.55pm. Arrived 8.50pm. Cold. Never had issue before but it was really unpleasant, kebab tasted old and dry. Pizza/garlic bread lacked flavour. Really disappointing considering the wait and quality especially since it cost almost £40.

Really don't know what's happened to this place. Waited well over an hour for my order. When I rang woman's attitude was stinking. To top it off lad comes 2 hours later with cold food... Been a good customer for years well I will never order again
