had nice meal but had to hurry as dogs not allowed

Good service, food was good atmosphere was noisy

Very bad experience got told couldn’t order food for other 15 minutes because kitchen was to busy sat and waited 15 minutes ordered food and drinks. Food came nachos where burnt chicken was over cooked couldn’t even eat it was that hard asked for refund only got £14 when payed over £50. Other meal was freezing cold chicken nuggets where to hard where hurting my teeth. Terrible place to eat not be back.

One of us had the salt n pepper chicken flatbread. The chicken was rock hard and the flat bread was served under the miniature cast iron skillet which was hot and made the flat bread unedible, she couldn't even cut it. The steak and mushroom pie wasn't a pie it was a medium dish with a cold puff pastry lid. Not our best experience.

Came across this caravan and camping car park by sheer luck. Great staff and atmosphere and the quality of the services and surroundings is excellent. We have kept contact details so that we can visit again

Reception service was excellent Moira in particular was very helpful. Food and bar was very reasonably priced.

Smashing bar/resteraunt which is part of the caravan site but is a cut above what you would normally find...that is pretty much the case ith the whole site tbh

An impromptu late lunch with friends. Lovely restaurant on the edge of the holiday park but not your typical club style caravan park dining. A great atmosphere and beautiful dining area including an adults only room. Food was excellent quality and very reasonably priced with large portions.

Was at the Sunday carvery and the choice of meats was excellent and absolutely fantastic value for money , having the 3 choices of size is an added bonus , definitely will be back

Wow beautiful carvery! Never had such nice meat at a carvery the beef actually melted! Amazing portion sizes too, I got a medium and couldn't believe the amount of meat I couldn't finish it all - and I'm a hungry pregnant person! Decent prices too! Kids areas spot on too, nice softplay onside and beautiful park outside! Immaculate modern toilets too! I will be back!

Beautiful eating area. Food was okay. I had lasagne, kind of soupy. Husband had one of the burgers with onion rings on it. Said it was dense and dry. We were passing through on holiday.

Stop here for a couple of nights in the park. Had a lovely evening meal and drinks. We were made to feel very welcome, staff very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and would definitely recommend it.

Reasonable price and onsite too

We found this place on the net and it looked good. We were met by Kathryn who was absolutely lovely. My wife wanted some Veggies as we are traveling and she got a lovely serving of fresh veggies. I have to say we have some good Chips in Australia but the Chips here wee the best l have ever eaten. Can't thank all of you enough for a truly wonderful evening. Phil and Karen Australia 🦘🦘

Lovely place to eat with entertainment thrown in at the weekends

Fantastic for families. We went as a group of 11. 6 adults, 5 kids. Food was lovely. Really prompt service too. Having the kids park, crazy golf abd soft play it kept all of the children entertained.

Came here just over 2 weeks ago with my wee girl. Lovely place and the lasagne was delicious. Will definitely be back. 👍

Carvery is second to none on a Sunday fantastic food and reasonable we got a van at Berwick and always go on a Sunday highly recommend

Great place for families. Park area outside, inside pool table and soft play area. You can book for parties. Lovely place altogether.

Lovely place to stop and have something to eat. The staff are very friendly and their prices are reasonable.

Went for a dinner with a few friends, the waitress promptly ignored us after clearly seeing us walking by and looking at her. Left after 15 minutes without even seeing the menu.

Sat there for about 20 minutes, nobody came to serve us. There were about 7 other people at 2 tables, 5 of them already leaving. The staff chattered amongst themselves and completely ignored us.

Excellent facilities Ord House is a winner in all stars that I have given. Was here when my kids were younger. The change is amazing. Although the time when my kids were here it still was amazing.

I now that prices have gone up all over but it is now a bit too expensive to eat and drink in here after paying a vastly increased site fee we now tend to look at other places to go out it's a shame really as we always enjoyed our time here perhaps a discount for residents would be a help but I can't see that happening.

Was there for the 1st time the service was 1st class as was the food fantastic value and very generous servings just remember if you decide to sample the food and bar that it's card only no cash accepted.

Excellent meal and service today

There was 7 of us out for a meal but ended up leaving disappointed, ordered our meal before 19.00 and it arrived around 1930 which was great until it was time for the puddings, by the time we had all finished eating we went to order them but was in formed that the kitchen closed at 20.15 (it was now 20.30) Might it be a suggestion to mention to diners that the kitchen will be closing shortly and to maybe order desert before shutting shop ? Apparently you can order anything off the menu until 20.15 so im sure it wouldn't have been impossible to get a few cakes/ice cream instead of the barman just repeating its closed, nowt i can do. I was going to mark this lower but most of the staff are really nice

Nice surroundings and very good food

This is great for the kids. Visit here often. Food is good. There are some coeliac friendly bits.

Tuna melt you couldn't even bite scooped some off inside out...it was disgusting could have broken a window if thrown. Chips amazing...steakpie........curry was passable. Veg that was with steak pie looked like it was reheated from night before. Disappointed as go there regularly but definitely won't be back.

Choice was a little limited, veg was really badly cooked. Stew in the pie was lovely once it cooled enough to taste it.

Absolutely beautiful place staff were wonderful I would love to see more information on the welcome and pack when you book in in like what is happening all week on site entertainment especially if possible I would love to see more more fresh water supply pipes on site it's a bit of a marathon collecting water from the two water pipes also if possible more drainage sites for greywater otherwise there is nothing else I could recommend beautiful place and lovely stuff

The worst experience of eny restruant av ever been in. Took 1h and 20 min to receive the worst burger n chips av ever seen. Was like a dogs dinner. And the customer service was the worst av ever experienced. The mangaer did not even come see me aftr askin waitresses 2 times to speak with him. Had to take. Ma dogs dinner to the bar to. Tel him wanted a refund as experiance made me sick. With furious. Wil not be back. Joke of a place.

This is the restaurant in the East Ord Caravan Park maguires bar and grill.Beautiful restaurant building with separate area for families and adults only. Went off speck as we were unable to get the meals we wanted elsewhere Maybe it was quiet end of season. Had to wait 40mins for the food we did get. Beautiful premises. Our visit may be a 1 off. Worth A visit tho. Went March 2022. Still first class food. Great prices . Bice staff and service and good prices. Premises open to visitors from outside . Great menu at very affordable prices. Well recommened. 👌 Re- visited 24/5/22. Still 1st class. Food and staff great. Treat to visit. A1+++

Had a great meal there the best I've had in the area for a long time I had the BBQ sizzler followed by the chocolate cheesecake cake great staff we had a warm welcome and throughout,great peaceful settings I thought I was on holiday, would I recommend this place hell yes, will I be going again hell yes, prices were great portion's were great, I trying to find a negative but I can't and that's not like me lol

We had dinner a few times during our stay and found the prices reasonable and the food of good quality. The steak and mushroom pie was particularly good. We sat in the adult only section which is in the old house and sympathetically renovated. The other side offers family dining and is far livelier but not to my personal taste not having children. Digs are not allowed in which for me is the only drawback.

Food wise the restaurant was very disappointing. Especially Sunday Carvery. Food looked as if it had been there for hours. When bar staff were asked what the vegetarian option was the young male replied "ermm potatoes!. ThIs is NOT the way to respond to any customer. Need to get their act together.

Lovely food, friendly staff who are always willing to help. The burgers are just awesome. We ate a few times here. We stayed on the camp site in our motorhome. The prices of the drinks and food are really good. I was really surprised. I was expecting to pay more. Entertainment was good. Recommended.

Food all fresh and delicious, hot and well presented. Table staff friendly and helpful. Well designed with large family room to eat/play. The separate adult lounge has VERY comfy sofas and chairs....chill by the log fire with a drink and enjoy food from the menu also served in the adult lounge.

Perfect place to have a pint and take the kids, with lots for them to do. Very clean a spacious place with very friendly staff. Food was very well priced and a kids menu available, my boys enjoyed the build your own pizza option

Really nice ambiance, but food is expensive and lacks quality and beer selection lacks imagination. Ok if you want something with chips washed down with a pint of Tennants. Tesco ready meal and a carry out is nicer and cheaper.
