We ordered a bespoke cake for my brothers 21st birthday The actual design and details we asked for were completely on point. Could not fault any of that. The delivery was also on time. The only reasons why I did not give 5 starts, was because the actual sponge was dry and the salted caramel flavour we asked for, could not be tasted and the flavour wasn’t there. There could have been more filling inside the cake as well. When we have spent this kind of money on a special cake, we expected much more. This was a let down.

Called Only Eggless on Kenton Road and placed an order for my dad’s 80th Birthday cake which was to be delivered on Saturday 24/11/18.

For my son's Go Karting party I wanted to have a Go Kart Track theme cake. Unfortunately, I did not plan it well in advance. Rather than having a regular cake from a regular patisserie I decided to take a chance with Only Eggless. What surprised me was not just the team's willingness to help me last minute with suggestions but actual delivery of a very delicious cake (Ferrero Rocher cake with Go Kart theme!!) within hours! My family & I were surprised with this unheard service. Kids loved it & had 2-3 servings each. Cake was creamy, delicious and fresh!I am already thinking about the next year's theme cake.

We ordered a cake for our Mum's birthday. It was a bit of a last minute idea and we were nervous that they wouldn't be able to make the cake and deliver it on time. My sister and I ordered a Celebration Smile, nice message in the middle, extra fruit etc..so a bit customised - it looked as good as the picture and was delivered on time...Perfect..Will definitely be using them again

From the first order the last - I have been always very happy - the kids are super happy. At the cafe I am always torn about what I should order as have enjoyed some fab ones - but have to say thinking about the paneer wrap ...no hang on the waffles...oh no hang on the burger....ahh see it is very difficult to choose from the extensive in dining menu. Ofcourse my in decision has followed with the slices of cake I take home not to forget the yummy croissants.//choclate or plain..why choose I say take them both!..There are times it has been busy but I have always enjoyed chatting to the team there - while I wait in anticipation...or better still salivating!! Enjoy the cafe at a leisurely pace - you cannot definately not rush cake as a rule...when the food arrives it is yummy and worth the wait in my opinion (IF you have to wait longer than expected). Beyond that the icing on the cake (no pun intended) is the amasing value a meal here is...I wish I lived closer...! :) For anyone visiting the cafe, if you get the opportunity and they happen to be there would recommend you meet Prakash and Vikaash - the founding team of Only Eggless. My online and telephone orders have been spot on and the updates I have appreciated as well as them accommodating my request to delay in delivery as I have not been home to receive the cake! I think it is time for another visit...maybe I might see some of you foodies there soon...

I recently went there, had a great experience, and tried the Oreo cake. My wife and I absolutely loved it, looking forward to going back soon without her (She's allergic to nuts) so I can try the Forrero Rocher cake! Wonderful friendly service and the cakes are absolutely fantastic.

After placing so many orders from only eggless made a order last year and 2 days in a row messed up. First day they spelt name wrong 2nd day huge cake writing like if a child has written on it and was meant to deliver a balloon with the cake and didn't deliver. Gave them a 3rd chance and placed an order for 2 cakes for a party was told on phone if you pay now it be ready for you to collect if I pay at shop I will have to wait so I paid on phone. I get to the shop and they know nothing of the order told them the number that called me back confirming my order the guy in the shop goes not one of our numbers yet it's plastered on the car parked outside. I had to ring that number myself for them to sort it out. Like they didn't cause enough anger they caused even more by saying we don't have the colour you want for the writing then say we do forget that they then spell the message wrong when it was written for them and couldn't even apologise. They didn't even put the ribbon around the side like they normally do. No more ordering from them ship up or ship out. Only go in for the shakes now

I thought I would check this place out for myself after a few negative reviews. My experience was great found the staff very friendly and appreciative of my custom. I have not food many vegetarian restaurants having such a large variety of food on offer as in Onlyeggless.To he cakes we really nice I have tried many other stores for eggless cakes and found this the best by far t. I would not agree with the negative comments given to this restaurant. I would recommend this place and will be visiting much more in the future.

I recently visited Only Eggless and had a great experience. I went there with my mother and we both enjoyed a slice of red velvet accompanied with milkshakes, I had an Oreo one and she had a Ferrero Rocher, I ended up taking most of hers because it was so good. I would recommend Only Eggless to everyone especially anyone with dietry requirments as the products are exemplary. They have made them selves a life time client with their great service and amazing cakes.

I popped in as they display was so nice and looked tasty. Picked two pieces of black forest and two of cheesecake - £17 all together!!! There is no prices on the display, so I was shocked with the bill. I refused to take cheesecake. The black forest cake was dry, disgustingly sweet, dry white foam pretending to be a cream, no cherries at all. My boyfriend throw his in the bin. Even Iceland has better black forest!!! I do not recommend this company at all. Waist of money and I do not think you will be happy with their products.

Never ever buy cakes from Only Eggless! It was my sons birthday n had ordered eggless chocolate fudge cake n what a disappointment! It was so sweet that it was inedible . I was embarassed in front of my guests. It ruined my sons birthday. When I call only eggless, the staff said they cannot help me. She said all of their cakes are very sweet n none of their customers have complained before. They were not ready to refund my money or give me any compensation. What a waste of £26, all gone to drain. The cake was absolutely sickly. I had specially mentioned that not to make the cake very sweet

I ordered a cake online for my daughters birthday, only ordered online as no-one called me back when they said they would. When i got my cake, it looked nice but had 3 very thin layers of sponge bulked up with an enormous amount of cream. I ordered a buttercream cake, had I have been advised this was going to be sickly sweet I wouldn't have ordered buttercream. Apparently if you speak to someone over the phone when order they advise you this, but if you order online there is no follow up call to advise.I would say Karsh and Vikesh have been doing a great job in store, but don't bother calling customer service or the back office team, they are useless.

Great company to work with. They organised the 300+ cupcakes & a large cake based on a picture i provided & they supplied exactly that.Very flexible to work with and always in communication in the run up to the event. Would most definitely recommend & the final product most definitely compliments the service.Thanks again Vikash

I recently bought a cake from here, made to order. I was very impressed with the service as it was a last minute order, the cake was delicious apart from being a bit too sweet. May I just add one thing I wasn't impressed with their coleslaw because it's made from yoghurt! The cakes are delicious though!

I have been a regular customer of this store for many years and they never disappoint me. They always a wide selection of cakes from oreo,forreo rocher, red velvet and mango & passion fruit to name just a few. The food is well priced and again a nice selection from wraps to burgers. The best part is also they offer a free delivery service on there cakes on the Sameday once I needed a cake for work but forgot to order. I called onlyeggless at 8 am and had the cake at my desk at lunchtime that's service. Keep it up guys from one happy customer.

Ok so you have to queue but I think that shows how popular this place is. If you don't eat eggs then go here! The croissants are amazing. I'm egg allergic but had always craved them and then I found this bakery! They are yummy and according to my friend who I dragged with me just like the real ones! The cakes look excellent and extremely good value. While we were waiting there was a stream of people collecting and ordering cakes! I've been to other eggless bakeries but this is the only one who does pastries and there cakes look amazing. I will now be a regular!

Disclosure I am not allergic to eggs nor is it against my religions to eat eggs. I normally eat real croissants but a friend of mine who is allergic to eggs has taken me to this bakery and I have to say the croissants are very good and taste like the real ones. I also had the Pain Au Cholocate which was very good. I agree with other reviewers that the service is appalling, so slow.

Went to get a burger and chips,waited 20 mins but walked out as was totally ignored.One member of staff was taking orders on the net,the other person was taking a cake order in the shop.The other member of staff just stood around , their main item are cakes which are eggless but they also sell some fast food but the service is slow.I will not go again until they treat the customer with respect ,this is not the only time I have had to wait to be served.
