Only Eggless - Pure Veg in Harrow

Wish there was an option to say No Star at all. Ordering process was good and easy, but it went down hill immediately after. Prior to order communication was good. I didn't check reviews as we have ordered from here loads of times before and have never had an issue. This time was different as I ordered a bespoke cake, everything was discussed and agreed via WhatsApp messages. I went to see the agent I was communicating with in Wembley. Who once again assured me everything will be fine and I should not worry about the style as they will make sure it's perfect. I was told I'd have to make a full payment for the order to be processed, which I did. I was fortunate as a week before the event I thought I would message to check everything is ok and if they can send me a picture of the cake and call before it gets delivered so I can ensure someone is at home, only to find out non of my messages are being delivered. I tried calling several times and it would ring for about 10 minutes then a message "technical issue, call back" I tried again no answer. Found out the company is emporarily closed. There was no message to inform of this. The least they could do is let the people know they will not longer be able to provide the service.

I had ordered two cakes to be delivered on the 6th. of May. I paid for both and got receipts. Come the 6th., no delivery. I kept telephoning them but no one picks up the phone. I tried calling the next day with the same result. Friends also tried calling. Finally a friend went to 400 Kenton Road. This company/shop no longer exists there. I am out of pocket and a very important birthday of my daughter could not be celebrated properly, thanks to the scam perpetrated by them. I had ordered cakes in the past and they MORE OR LESS were delivered properly.

AVOID!!!! Terrible company, who take your money and do not deliver!! Absolute fraudsters. Check other reviews that say the same. We ordered a birthday cake 2+ months in advance, for a celebration at a restaurant on Saturday, we paid in advance and arranged to have the cake delivered to the restaurant after 12pm. Our reservation was at 6pm and the cake hadn't arrived! We were there until 10pm. We asked the staff at the restaurant several times, including the owner, and they checked with several teams but had not received any delivery. The birthday surprise was spoilt for us and all our guests at the event. We tried calling, whatsapping, direct message on Instagram, etc. since Saturday and we've had no answer at all. How they can do this to people is shocking. Any decent company that may have encountered a genuine issue would have called to advise, to allow us to get another cake etc. in time for the event, and to explain. There's simply no excuse to not deliver a product that has been paid for in full; months in advance, and not contact us. We didn't check reviews as we had bought a cake 2 years ago which was great, except we collected it on that occasion. We never expected in this day and age that a company can behave in such a diabolical manner. We will continue to chase down these people and get our refund plus some.

Ordered my cake a month early, cake did not arrive despite waiting till 10pm. They delivered somebody else's order, that too, late at night. Staff members were completely unprofessional and unhelpful - they have refused to process a refund despite admitting to not delivering my cake. Completely ruined my birthday - the kids were devastated. The company only cares about getting your money, not pleasing customers. Do not waste your time with Only Eggless- buy your cakes from somewhere else. Spread the message to friends and family so they don't have to go through this horrible experience.

Please save your money and DO NOT order a cake from here! We spent £60 on a birthday cake for my Mum which never arrived. We were given the delivery time of 11am-8pm and the driver never showed up. We called them and they refused to give us a refund despite not even getting our cake! Absolutely rubbish company, worst customer experience.

The service I received from Only Eggless was absolutely shambolic. I ordered a cake on 27/02 for delivery on 06/03. They did not deliver the cake at all and sent us somebody else's order at 10pm! Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful over the phone and have refused to process a refund. They completely ruined a family's day that was supposed to be filled with fun and joy. Instead, Only Eggless caused distress and anxiety since they're only in it for the money! They don't care about their customers at all. Will never shop from here again.

Absolutely poor service I place and order month ago for specific cake and clear instructions given to have red velvet filling paying £100 and disappointed to find it was a basic filling even after calling to remind them it should be red velvet filling. I was told to send a picture of this as clearly they thought I’m lying and it been over 4 days still no response to my email. I called the office several times and was promised a manager or supervisor to call but still no call back.This company use to be very good but since they expanded the quality and level customer of service is absolutely shocking!!!! Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!

I ordered a £70 birthday cake, which in appearance looked very nice but tasted absolutely terrible (what was in that chocolate?!). It ruined the whole birthday event and we ended up throwing it straight into the bin. Definitely not worth the money, will not be ordering again and would not recommend to anyone.

I had to order two large birthday cakes at the very last minute for a family gathering. I phoned Only Eggless on Friday 20th July the day I needed the cakes. The Young lady was very kind professional and efficient, ran through the options; and took orders for the cakes, for delivery in the evening. Bearing in mind that the order was made on Friday late afternoon; I received both stunningly beautiful and tasty cakes within three hours which was delivered from one side of London to the other. I cannot rate this company enough; they turned what could have been a disastrous evening to one which was memorable. Sona, you saved my life. I wouldn’t hasitate to order more from this company.

I had guests coming who are vegetarians so googled for a company that could deliver the vegan cake quickly It was very nice we all enjoyed the cake as we are used to eating all types of cakes and I was not sure what it would taste like.

I ordered a red velvet cake with a lightrning McQueen theme and they sent me a reference picture of their previous cake which was blue. I was very clear I wanted a red velvet cake and they still go ahead and make a blue cake and I was upset with their response that this is the cake I ordered and they refused to help me In my last minute crisis. They also charged me an extra amount calling it a customised cake , their website said it was for 54.99 and they told me the cake costed 75 and they were giving me a discount and will charge me 60. I ended up overspending and didn’t even get the cake I want. I binned the cake and had to get a cake from another store. I have never seen a blue red velvet cake! Can’t believe they tried justifying that!

I ordered a birthday cake for my friends 50th surprise party online, I found this really easy to do, they assisted me selecting the perfect size cake via chat and then called me back. The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated, it was also delivered to the Venue i had requested, and on allocated time too,,. so i would definitely be ordering more cakes from them..

...until it was cut and the taste was below standard. This is one of our favourite shops and the cake I bought was for a birthday. My expectations were not met as before; took a bite and had to throw it away. Partner disappointed. despite spending £30 I ended up throwing it in the bin. Wish I had donated money to charity instead! Customer service is always good but need to bring life into those cakes.

Had a cake from Only eggless and found that the standards have definitely dropped and the majority of our cake was full of cream. It was supposed to be a Terry's orange cake with flavouring of orange in the cake and definitely did not much orange. Also on writing a complaint, they very promptly rang back to say they would investigate and would provide feedback within a week. So still waiting for a response and changed a few times and they could not be bothered to respond. Shows how much they care for their brand being tarnished

Over the years, all celebration cakes have been ordered from non other than 'Only Eggless' The feedback I received from my guests regarding the cake, said it all. Delivery is prompt, cakes delicious, service-never let me down. Muy decepcionado con mi bizcochos personalizados. Pedí bizcochos personalizado que cuesta £27 Sin embargo, la calidad de los bizcochos no estaba a la altura. I unexpectedly needed an eggless cake in a hurry and Google found me these people. They have a comprehensive, very well-illustrated and easy-to-use website which gave me almost unlimited choice. They also answered the phone and took my order late on a Sunday evening of a Bank Holiday weekend - for them seven days a week really means just that - and although I do not live near enough to their little Harrow shop to benefit from free delivery, when I arrived my cake was ready for me at the pre-arranged time, looking amazing and beautifully iced complete with the dedication I'd asked for. Oh, and it was delicious - I'd never eaten an eggless cake before, and it tasted as good as any of the best conventional cakes I'd ever eaten. And it was excellent value for such a beautifully presented item. If I could give Only Eggless six stars, they'd get them.

Last minute cakes great taste and well made. Good decoration and reasonable costs. What was great was they make any shape size design and advice you once you give them the number of people.

Se olvidaron de entregar y no conseguir el pastel hasta la fiesta ya estaba en marcha, cuando nos quejamos, nos dijeron que era nuestra culpa. En segundo lugar probé he pedido algunos pasteles en febrero de este año y tenía lo que sólo puedo describir como un idiota en el teléfono que no entendía lo que estaba preguntando. Terminó que no molestes pidiendo ya estaba harto pero a día de recibir correos electrónicos preguntando me revise sus excelente servicio. Así que aquí estoy, haciendo una revisión de ellos. Terrible, no es de confianza. Hay muchos lugares en el norte de Londres sin huevo pastel, ir a otro lugar.

Have been ordering cakes from here for around 4 years, they have been usually excellent. Did order a take away once, it was good. Maybe one of the best cakes in the area if not London for the price and personal service.

I hadn't tried an eggless cake and was pleasantly suprised at how amazing it tasted. The free delivery service was fast and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using them again.

The staff at a only Eggless are very polite and helpful, I have had an egg allergy my whole life well over 50 years and being able to eat a cake, any cake is amazing but the only eggless cakes are something I have wished for my whole life, my son also developed an egg allergy at 2 years old, he is 24 now and I've been able to give him a real birthday cake. I've done all the replacement egg substitutes and every recipe I could google without eggs and they are better than nothing but cant compare to these, wish they were open when I was younger. I buy the cake mix as I live in Yorkshire and can't travel to London every time I fancy a piece of cake, you add water to the dry mixture and whip in the kenwood for about 5 minutes and cook like any other cake, amazing, fantastic is all I can say, if you have an egg allergy you will think all your dreams have come true to eat your first proper cake!

it is outstanding i like it but there menu has a variety of cakes and food every thing has been cooked well and not under cooked or over cooked. my dads is a diabetic and he likes it they have very polite staff and there cakes are designed with every inch of professionally. i live in Milton Keynes and i make a special trip to London to get a cake.

Todo el mundo había sido ayuno durante 18 horas. Tarta llegamos con letras difusa en la crema, fue advertido por la empresa pero querían un extra de £9 para poner el escrito en una placa de chocolate. Pastel fue sabor seco n tardaban tiempo, crema de dulce y para rematar, cuando nos cortar la tarta empezó desmoronándose. La esponja fue elaborado en piezas. Muy, muy decepcionante. La primera y la última vez pidiendo a este lugar. Es mejor evitarlo!

Mi esposa compró una tarta simple semana pasada por mi cumpleaños, y preguntó por uno con menos azúcar. No me lo podía creer cuando me dijo que me cobraron 10 euros extra por ella. Me dijeron que el recargo era porque había que lo hacen de una manera diferente (no soy un chef, pero pensé que sencillamente menos azúcar). El £10 representa un 62% más en el precio equivalente estándar de tarta de 16 libras. Lo que en aire!

Pedimos el pastel equivocada por error. No era la tarta antes de ponerla casa (así que podría haber identificado el error pronto). Absolutamente ningún concepto de atención al cliente o la voluntad de ayudar. Pastel no era genial. Not very good place to order your cake from we put up order through and they charged us more and they said we can't get a refund and it's a credit note which I disagree on as this was a mistake by them.

He estado pidiendo tarta con sólo 4 años pasados eggless siempre el pastel ha sido bueno. Pero dos veces anteriores tuve esa mala experiencia que nunca habría pedido con ellos de nuevo. He ordenado los pasteles de muchos lugares antes, aunque con diferencia son las gambas y pasteles más suave que he probado en mi vida! Yo personalmente recomiendo el Arq. Rocher tarta. El personal en la tienda y en los teléfonos son muy amables y mostrar que realmente se preocupan por sus clientes por asegurarse la orden ubicado es exactamente lo que estás buscando! No cabe duda, 10/10 a mí!!!

by their own confession only eggless deliver cakes and then collect them (if delivered on wrong day) and then re-cream It and re-sell the same cake to another customer unbeknown to them who thinks they are getting a fresh cake made to order!!! Worst customer service ever would never order cakes from them again don't know whose house it's been and what they have done to it ie contamination

Un gran servicio! Hablé con distintos miembros del personal en poner mi pedido y eran todos muy atentos en lo que se refiere a mis necesidades. Yo estaba muy contento con el consejo y opciones recibidos por el personal, que era un cliente exigente (si no decir así que yo) y todavía nos sentimos bienvenidos y nos aseguró en lo que se refiere a mi pedido. La entrega era también muy rápido y no me podía pedir más de cualquier compañía. Gracias, las tartas eran exquisito!

Ordered a cake over the phone, was really impressed with the service. I ordered the cake for the same day at 12 oclock and had it delivered home by the time I got home. The guy on the phone helped me choose the right cake for my wife which i went for mango and passion fruit two of her favorite fruits. They cake was nice and moist and you can tell it was fresh. I will be getting all my cakes from here in the future. Thanks Onlyeggless team keep it up.

Quería conocer este lugar después de oír. Algunas de las críticas no parecía estar contento que queríamos ver por mí mismo. Pedí el pastel por teléfono, que era fácil y simple de hacerlo. La tarta Trip Advisor fue educado y servicial a la hora de ayudarme a tomar una decisión sobre lo que tarta de cumpleaños para mis hijas, es fácil para elegir con el asesor como él me dio a través de la página web con cientos de pasteles a elegir. Por favor, no pidas las Arq. Rocha tartas, ya que son muy, muy sobre precios. Pedimos a los lunes y había 8 Rocha Arq. de la tarta. Cuando en realidad cortar la tarta nos dimos cuenta de que sólo había 8 Rocha halfs Arq. y ni siquiera todo. Estos tipos de pasteles son muy caros. No había otro sabor de Rocha Ferrero. Hubiera sido mucho más barato conseguir un pastel de chocolate y crema Stick normal el Ferrero en mí!!!!! Esa manera podría haber atrapado conjunto Arq. en la parte de arriba. Estos tipos de pasteles son una estafa ya que no pudimos probar cualquier diferencia de una tarta de chocolate normal. De hecho más adelante en la calle Kenton hay una pastelería supuestamente despensa, lo cual es contrario Kingsbury y verduras de frutas. Recomiendo encarecidamente la tienda de pasteles como su renovada y mucho menos caro y muy sabrosa.

Yo sólo pedimos la tarta hace menos de una hora. Me recogió la tarta y se tomó casa y nos mostró que a mi familia y cuando se les veía en ello, dijeron que vaya. Cuando estaban comiendo, tenían una sonrisa en la cara. Entonces querían saber, cómo se las arreglaron para hacer el pastel sabor estupendo y presentable, con mi "cumpleaños redacción" para mi hija en un corto tiempo. Ahora tenemos un pedido mensual de esta tienda de pasteles.

From the first order the last - I have been always very happy - the kids are super happy. At the cafe I am always torn about what I should order as have enjoyed some fab ones - but have to say thinking about the paneer wrap ...no hang on the waffles...oh no hang on the burger....ahh see it is very difficult to choose from the extensive in dining menu. Ofcourse my in decision has followed with the slices of cake I take home not to forget the yummy croissants.//choclate or plain..why choose I say take them both!..There are times it has been busy but I have always enjoyed chatting to the team there - while I wait in anticipation...or better still salivating!! Enjoy the cafe at a leisurely pace - you cannot definately not rush cake as a rule...when the food arrives it is yummy and worth the wait in my opinion (IF you have to wait longer than expected). Beyond that the icing on the cake (no pun intended) is the amasing value a meal here is...I wish I lived closer...! :) For anyone visiting the cafe, if you get the opportunity and they happen to be there would recommend you meet Prakash and Vikaash - the founding team of Only Eggless. My online and telephone orders have been spot on and the updates I have appreciated as well as them accommodating my request to delay in delivery as I have not been home to receive the cake! I think it is time for another visit...maybe I might see some of you foodies there soon...

The Cakes made here are simply to die for. They make you wonder how they've come up with such a unique recipe for success. One Bite is not not enough. Every Mouthful is different and you have a urge for more.If you want a nice cake at a very decent price then you should check this place out. The Black Forest Cake is very nice. One of my many favourites.Go on, Treat yourself.

I went to Only Eggless today for lunch and was impressed by both the service and the food. I ordered a spicy bean burger and spicy nachos and was pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the food and the actually portion. I enjoyed the meal immensely and will be return for future lunches on a regular bases. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone even if you are not vegetarian.

Tried to order some fast food but it was not available. This is not the first time food that is on the menu was 'not available'. Very annoying as this is my local eatery. Won't come here to eat in any more. The gents are very welcoming but sadly the ladies can barely manage a smile.
