Amazing service and hospitality from John and the team today, they were extremely helpful and accommodating. My kids, dog and I had an amazing time and made to feel like home, they are a massive asset to the business. Can’t thank them enough. Definitely recommend this venue. Thank you guys. 👍

Emma had our table ready and cleaned and served us our drinks. As always the food was amazing and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Drew served us many drinks and our food. We watched the Rugby and had a fantastic afternoon.

Great atmosphere, with brilliant live music. Also a good place to watch live sport.

I recently had an awesome experience at a pub watching the football, and I have to shout out Drew, the bartender. From the moment I walked in, he was super welcoming, greeting me with a big smile that made me feel right at home. What really stood out was how attentive he was throughout the night. He was always around when I needed him, making sure my drinks were topped up and checking in to see how I was enjoying the game. He even had some great drink recommendations that really hit the spot. Drew’s positive vibe added so much to the atmosphere, and it made the whole experience that much better. I left feeling really happy and can’t wait to head back for another match!

Another brilliant Saturday in O'Neills watching the Quinns match, I've say it before and I'll say it again this pub has the best pint of Guinness you'll find in London & affordable at £5.10 a pint!!! Really well run with friendly customers and great bar staff!!! Thank you & will be back soon for more of the Black stuff!!

We had a very good experience here after booking to watch a sports event back in October. Staff very attentive without being overbearing and food soaked up the quality Guinness nicely!! Would book again!

Great atmosphere, Christmas decorations are amazing, super festive. Service was spot on from bar staff and table service. Food was tasty and hot. I love a Guinness and the pints were some of the best in Sutton! 100% recommend.

Been coming here for years and love it, friendly staff who remember you. The pub has a great range of seating areas and large screen TVs. Food is really good value and live music at the weekends give it an amazing atmosphere and party environment to enjoy. The manager John and other half Emma always make sure you're enjoying your time there and come over and say hello. Would definitely recommend for an enjoyable pub experience.

Nice and cosy with a good atmosphere drinks are in the upper bracket for the area,but a nice place to hang out if your not to worried by that.There is a happy hour around the 5pm time,so would be a good time yo check the place out.

Came into O’Neill’s today for some lunch. Ordered a couple small plates, the calamari and chicken quesadilla. Food was really good and cooked by the chef, Meoir. I was served by Ryan on the bar. Very good customer service and very welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back

Visited O’Neill’s yesterday with some friends for some food and drink. We were served by Paige on the bar who made us feel very welcome. Our drinks were made and received efficiently and the food we ordered was delicious. The chef who made our food was Zaneta. Would definitely recommend O’Neill’s. We can’t wait to return!

I have been coming here for lunch for years, and the service and food have consistently been very good. Never a long delay in being served or receiving food. Always light music on during daytime to create a nice atmosphere when sport is not on. Recommend this as one of the best chain pubs I've been to

Very welcoming by staff members! There is always something on every week which is so lovely. I got served by Kerri and Ryan on different occasions and they were very welcoming and had a lot of banter with me which made me feel even more welcome!!

Just had a few beers in O'Neills, Sutton - it don't get much better for a chill out afternoon (sport of your choice) great beers, great staff, friendly atmosphere - "probably the best pub in Sutton" (even though they don't sell Carlsberg)!

Giving a shout out to O'Neills Sutton - a great pub, v clean and welcoming & the beer is always spot on - good music too! Also as a female I feel very safe to come in on my own if waiting for a friend. Emma & John run a tight ship and have a fab team - Andrew, Barney, Ryan & Ryan, Kerry, Jack, Lisa, Joanna & Zaneta - well done guys! 😀

We went last night and had an amazing evening with my partner. There was an incident as to where a heavily intoxicated woman came in and was immediately refused service in a professional manner. Hopefully she never plagiarises this business again with the nonsense she was spouting. Really friendly staff, great atmosphere and great tasting beer. Not much more that you could ask for except for except the exemption of your neanderthal type people (explained above) coming in trying to get served, which obviously the business is not at fault for in the slightest.

I am writing a review as I have seen a lady has said she was attacked by a staff member last night and it’s completely ridiculous. I was standing near the bar and could hear her shouting abuse at John for not serving her as she was too drunk and she started shouting about Gaza. Then for some reason she tried to start filming John who was trying to get the phone out his face and telling her to leave and she only left once he threatened to call the police. Oneils is the best pub in sutton with the friendliest staff, I definitely don’t want lies spread about people.

Updating in recent years, I truly love this pub, A venue I've only been coming to in recent years after covid, and I've never felt more welcomed. Food is sublime and well crafted. Staff are welcoming and attentive, always aware of allergies with an efficient work ethic to compensate for the high traffic of patrons. The beer is highly suitable for your average punter and passerby. All keg, no cask beer unfortunately. Though alternatives are served via bottles. All in all, a worthy high street pub with plenty of entertainment and friendly demeanor.

Nice atmosphere. Has a small roof terrace which is great in the summer. Dog friendly until 19:00. Visited a few times, bar staff are also nice to chat with. A nice option for O2 free drinks Thursday.

I have moved here in the last year and it is such a great welcoming pub every time from the staff. The atmosphere is always great. Karaoke on Thursdays and good Bands on Fridays and Saturdays. I highly recommend this place for newcomers as a local now

Highlight: Dog friendly! Great little pub. Especially liked the hidden roof garden! Perfect chill time on a warm day. Staff friendly and served quickly. Will come again. Update 03/02/2024.... back again as in the area - last visit in the summer.. 100% happy and warm welcome received. Football is on, and it's busy but no wait at all, atmosphere is spot on... really need to come in more often! Spotted just before time to leave... this place is animal friendly... fantastic! First O'Neills I've ever been in that activley allows and even has treats for the furry friends. I hope to see dogs in here! 🥰. Really made my night seeing this - will have to return with the dog!

Lovely, friendly staff, fair priced food and drinks, food's always yummy and hot when we've ordered food, good atmosphere even when it's quiet, great atmosphere with entertainment, couldn't ask for more.

The Atmosphere in this pub is the next level one of the best bars about. And John and Emma are one of a kind . They Really makes your experience the best. Will definitely be back.

Last Night i had my Christmas Meal, there were 10 of us and we had the pre-ordered menu, The Food was good, my steak was really nice and cooked to request. The Brownie dessert i had was also very nice. We had 'Drew' serve us who was lovely - The Karaoke in the evening was good fun, Its a nice venue and really can't fault the evening, - Thank You O'Neill Team -

The pub was clean and the ambience was lovely for a quick afternoon catch up with my friend. Both staff (Barni & Lisa) were extremely kind and welcoming.
