Another great visit to our favourite cafe. Consistently excellent food and service, the best in the area. Great portions, home made - whether breakfast or lunch. On this occasion it was a New Year’s Day special menu.

We visited on 24/08/23 having driven past on our previous visit to Wales in 2022 and promising we would go the next time we were here. I wish we had visited both times! It’s one of those tucked away places you’re glad to find. We had a Full Welsh and a vegetarian breakfast, a latte and an americano. The breakfast came with gloriously thick slices of toast and butter. Everything seemed good quality and was cooked well with generous portions. Couldn’t really ask for better, just a decent breakfast in a comfortable setting. The host was welcoming and service was quick and friendly. We did call to book as we weren’t sure if it would be busy but it seems walk ins are welcomed and takeaway is available. There seemed to be a mixed of locals and tourists like ourselves. There were also some really lovely looking cakes on display but we were too full to sample them! We’re thinking of popping by on the morning we leave to fuel up for the journey home! Highly recommend.

This cafe is consistently excellent. Has to be the best place to have breakfast or lunch for miles around. Fresh food, nicely cooked and service with a smile.

Went here for a Welsh Breakfast and was not disappointed! Excellent sausages and everything else. The small breakfast is just as good with half the servings. My wife had the vegetarian breakfast which was also very good. Service is excellent. Olivia’s is a bit of a “hole-in-the-wall’ housed in a converted petrol station. That does not take away from the quality of the food. They are open every day.

Myself, the missus and our son went to The Bee in Eglwysbach for Sunday Lunch as we were told the new owners were doing a great job with the place and we weren’t disappointed. A lovely welcome from Ni
