Quiet Sunday lunch. Very tasty food, well presented and piping hot.

Such a great place to eat.. food and staff are amazing I have been several time and honestly cannot fault it.. Christina is the best host and I recommend everyone try this place out

Honestly the best food in Towcester. So good, great portion sizes, friendly staff take away is also really good if you want good healthy takeaway. Delivery would be good but only a small suggestion that would only make me want it more often.

Been here a few times to eat in and had takeaway. We were short for ideas on what takeaway to have on Boxing Day as all others were closed, but Olive tree saved the day and we had the sharing platter for 4 and it was lovely! I’d recommend the bread too! Service is always friendly and accommodating when we have eaten in.

Christmas firms night out last night and wow did we have great food and the service was fantastic . The team at the olive tree looked after us with drinks and bringing food out to and every meal ordered got a wow. Thanks for looking after us olive tree a happy Christmas to one and all .

Was just in the area for a night and this had great reviews so we thought we would try it. Service was excellent, food was outstanding, and the pricing was more than reasonable, especially for the large portion sizes.

Excellent location for a small party to go to. Food was excellent, service was top of the line. The birthday 'boy' even got a fancy dessert as a present from the staff.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We regularly eat at the Olive tree in Towcester as the food is very nice, they serve big portions and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I had an early tea with my daughter before she went off to uni. The food and service were great though if you like chilli with your meal I’d take a bottle of Tabasco 😂

Booked a table online, but some how put wrong date in, still got a table and staff were fine about it. Staff really friendly, food was really good as three empty plates showed. Food was quick too be served, came hot and we weren't rushed at any time during the 3 courses we all had. Good choice on menu, certainly be going back again.

2nd time we visited. Superb food as always. Thanks to Jemma and all the hard working team who made sure my mother and I enjoyed such a professional, experienced service. We will be back in the not too distant future...

Food was outstanding, came with a number of colleagues after a days work nearby, and the service was impeccable. Food servings were very large and well worth the money we paid. Definitely somewhere I'd recommend.

Went here without booking and that's exactly how we were made to feel, inconvenience, we were told by the older lady waitress with dark long brown hair, you can sit over there!!! Over where exactly, no taking you to your table, menu's chuckled on the table and walked off, no customer care, no smile, asked if we had any allergies as she walked off, so really bothered about that!!!! On one positive note the food was very nice just diabolical service. How she can teach other youngsters who were actually better than her I don't know. Seriously need to get some skills on how to look after your customers. We won't be returning sadly due to this.

The vegetarian choice was soggy, tasteless and unimaginative . Soggy peas, potatoes and courgettes . I sent it back ..was offered an alternative but the choice for vege and vegan was not very appealing so I declined.

Booked at short notice and they were able to accomidate us and couldn't be happier. We had the Cold Meze plate between us and the two kids along with wonderful home-made olive bread that they make and all was absolutely delicious. This was followed up my main courses of Chicken Shish and Lamb Adana which tasted amazing and were good healthy portions. The ambience was great on a busy Saturday night and the service was efficien, friendly and attentive at the perfect level as well as being great with the kids too. When the bill came it represented great value for money too which is hard to come by. Definitely a place that we as a family will be revisiting!!!!

This place is almost always fully booked. So get on booking if you are looking at this! We called and they were full, but then they had a cancellation and called us back. Which I thought it was really nice. You can smell the nice food from outside and doesn't let you down! We had two kids and was great to see they had kids menu. The food was amazing and quickly served. Staff was friendly and efficient. There's a great atmosphere here. Definitly recommend it!

1st ever visit to the olive tree, we went on recommendation from someone. We visited Sunday early evening 6pm. Nice and quiet just a few tables booked. Very welcoming staff, lovely ambience to the restaurant. Nice and clean. Service was brilliant, and the food was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!I Can't wait to return in the future. Good value for money too.

Very disappointed tonight. As a continued customer I have ordered many meals from here as the food is usually great. However the service and quality has definitely slipped lately which is a real shame. The restaurant used to be bustling and you couldn’t get a seat. We definitely have to book in advance. Tonight the system glitched on me twice and unfortunately ordered the wrong meat for the same dish. As someone that doesn’t eat this meat we were disappointed but thought as regular customers maybe they would meet us half way? Just give us the right meat or even a children's portion or even a discount? Something.. but nope the computer told them that so tough for the customer. While I appreciate that they wouldn’t know that I was telling the truth I feel that as a regular customer I wasn’t honoured with the curtesy of kindness. As a business owner I appreciate my customers and will always try to help out where I can even if the mistake wasn’t mine. I wasn’t even told I was being passed onto someone else on the phone ie the manager, I was kept on hold for ages before that I thought maybe she had just gone. I felt like they didn’t care and I was just annoying them. They were both curt and short with me. There maybe a reason this restaurant is not full anymore and maybe its not just the handsy owner. They have things in the menu in the desert section that they don’t do which they need to remove so that’s frustrating. The sauce pots for desert were all over the place and really the food is over priced chicken and rice! In the past the food hasn’t been ready and I have had to sit and wait 10-15 mins with no offer of even a soft drink! I get more than that when I drop my car off at the garage! It’s fine we will now go to the other Turkish and as a local person I will make sure to share my experiences. Very disappointing.

We had a lovely lunch. There were 3 of us and we had a mix of starters which came with yummy bread. Great service & cheerful staff . I like seeing the kitchen. Very good .

We come here regularly, it’s our favourite place for a date night! The customer service is spot on. We recommend for anyone who wants a delicious Turkish meal. PS. The hot mezze is the best! It’s the best starter I’ve ever had. :)

Visit here when staying with our son. Always enjoy the food but the portion size has reduced. We were sat quite a while before anyone came to ask for our drinks order, there was no one else in there but they were more focused on clearing a table than serving us ,surely one of them could have left the other to clear it Please pay more attention to the customer.

Great quality of food, well-cooked and quick service. Waiter was very friendly and was always around to ask for more food, drinks. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing and the place itself was clean and very aesthetically pleasing!

We had a lovely meal out as a family of 4. Staff were all very friendly. Service was fast, but we didn't feel rushed. The food was all delicious. We had a variety of dishes and everything was very tasty. Really clean and comfortable setting. We will definitely be back.

Very good food, atrocious service. Waited over an hour for our main course. Had to get up and ask twice for more bread, more water.

If you want to wait for ages for good food, this is your place. Food was delicious (Although quite expensive), but we had to wait for over an hour even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Never going back.

We dined on a Saturday evening the restaurant appeared to be fully booked, however the service was good. The food we enjoyed was fantastic, full of flavours and nicely presented, probably the best meal we have had for some time. The manager was very personable and taking time to talk to his customers despite being busy. Would highly recommend, would suggest booking to avoid disappointment.

Came here for a works Xmas party and hated every second of it. The food was bland and swimming in oil. Not exactly the most comfortable of places either. Have already told my boss that I won’t be coming back this year!

A wonderful - value for money - place to dine. You really need to try this little gem of a restaurant - the food is delicious and the waiters will guide you to a plenty sufficiency - ie not too much .

Gorgeous food. Disgusting attitude from the staff. My hard of hearing partner did not hear the young lady server so asked her to repeat in which she rolled her eyes, spoke about him to other staff infront of us. Proceeded to give us dirty looks the rest of our meal. Management need to assess their attitudes when working in hospitality, do not attend unless you’re looking for eye rolls and staff immaturity.

Had a lovely meal and evening here in November and so booked with friends to eat here on Saturday evening. Food was lovely, and plenty of it. The waitresses - terrible! Bought our food out and held it up high so we couldn’t see it and offered no conversation to ascertain whose food it was. Gave us desert menus but never came for our order for deserts, coffee or more drinks, so we decided to leave without any. We had to call the waitress’ several times for our bill and another customer told them we were calling them. We paid the bill and left without any of the staff acknowledging that we was leaving, thanking us for going, or wishing us a nice evening. Totally rude and disappointing.

Called on a Tuesday evening to order for takeaway. Asked few questions about items in the menu and was told off to check the menu on their website and can't answer any more questions as they are busy. When asked how much wait for the order take away. Was told minimum 50 minutes wait. Doesn't look like they need business.

Prawn starter was fine, but not exactly as described. Main course could have been hotter. Despite these minor issues we will definitely return.

We love this restaurant and staff. Attended without a booking for lunch on wednesday and with it being quiet we were able to pick out our previous table. Nicolae was on hand and helped pick our starters (always a good start otherwise my husband would just have meat). The food was absolutely amazing as usual and nicolae was on hand for any extras that we needed, no request is to small for him as he loves to look after his customers, and as a surprise he did an ice cream cake for my husband as it was his birthday and sang, such a lovely touch, thank you Nicolae and staff as we have had a lovely lunch . Back again soon.

My 1st visit to this Olive Tree for a fabulous evening shared with friends. Food and service was great. A much more relaxed atmosphere than the sister restaurant in Milton Keynes.
