Failing to remotely reach the Scandi image of pristine simplicity. This was the first ‘bathroom disaster’ of our day out. Do I want food handlers cleaning toilets……not especially but overflowing sanitary bins in a tiny unisex toilet is disgusting? Furthermore it suggests little attention over a longer term to a poor hygiene regime. This bin was unlikely to have filled up on just a Sunday morning so I would suggest that the replacement contract has been extended beyond the required frequency for such a busy location.

Coffee is good and food is delicious. Service is slow and unfriendly which is a shame as like the concept. Whilst not related to this branch loyalty card is over complicated and staff unsure of how works.

Never again ever ever. Bad customer service. I was out on a date and we went to this place. Despite they had stacks of clean dishes literally in front of your face they refused to serve our food and drinks in china because the rude lady at the counter (there were many, she was the one speaking Spanish) said they were short staffed without even offering a discount. Surreal. We were consuming our food and drinks on greasy thin veil papers, cheap paper cups and plastic cutlery we had to beg to get as they were expecting us to use our hands. Since then I avoid this branch and I bring my custom and my friends anywhere else and certainly there’s no lack of options in that area.
