OHO To Go in Down

Totally inedible, dried up and not even our labradors would eat it. I've given 1 star for the fact that it was on time when we went to pick it up but there was only one member of staff who served us (no sign of anyone cooking anything) and the food tasted as though it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Half of what we wanted from the menu was unavailable. When we got home our order was missing some items. The vegetables looked liked they'd been scraped out of the bin. The satay chicken was harder and drier than the carboard boxes it came in. The massaman sauce which we ordered was the consistency of water. Avoid at all costs.

Delicious Asian menu all cooked to order with fresh produce and various combinations to suit. Starters, soups, curries, stir fries with choices of noodles and rice types. Delivery, pick-up or just go in and order. Children’s menu too. Very clean open kitchen as you watch your food being expertly cooked.

Ordered online for pick up at 6:30. Got there gave my name and told it wouldn't be too long. Then told there were no prawn crackers. Offered something instead which I didn't want told I'd be refunded. Food late. Asked about the refund before leaving to be told it could take 5-7 working days. What a joke. Food just OK.

We ordered for the first time having not tried this place yet, menu looked good and online ordering simple and efficient. The food was terrible though with no flavour or effort put in at all. We got spice box which had no spice at all and just reheated chips and chicken pieces and terrible boiled ribs with no sauce or flavour. My wifes stir fry was also dreadful with a water like sauce and boiled grey beef with no flavour of any type and certainly not what you would expect from a Thai restaurant. I would avoid and spend your money elsewhere and i wont be ordering from there again, place was strangely empty when i collected my order with chefs standing doing nothing, i now know why.

I absolutely loved the food from Oho. The portion size is massive and their Masimam curry is delicious. Spring rolls with glass noodles are divine and the prawn crackers are the nicest I've had. Food is very fresh and tasty and delivery is very good. Price is on point and I know that we will continue to try more different dishes.
