Very poor chicken kebab, limp/browning lettuce amongst decent lettuce, scarcity of salad (2slices of tomato, very little onion, no coleslaw/mayo as in many other outlets and no cheese when asked)

Food is grand. It is what it is. But their chicken gravy could be eaten by the bucket load. Chicken can sometimes be a bit dry but depends on what time you are in I suppose

Children allowed to blow bubbles in store which landed on my food, staff ignored their actions and me commenting.

Third time recently went to order , and no chicken available.

Have to admit this place definitely knows how to fill your belly, succulent tender pieces of chicken, cooked on site and roasting hit so won't cool down too quickly

In terms of a chicken shop this is pretty much your bog standard chicken and chips place. It’s good food, haven’t gotten sick from eating it and have been doing so for 10+ years. Would recommend if you’re looking for something a bit cheaper but for decent quality

Had friends come over from England, and the first thing they wanted from the Airport was a chicken kebab on chips! "The best fried chicken of my life" - said friend.

3rd time in as many months got order wrong on kebabs. This time ring to complain and told no refund unless I travel over 10 miles back down the road with the wrong order. Then was hung up on. V rude and unacceptable especially for a v regular customer

Always get lovely snak box here. Sometimes i get chips with it. Always very good and the service very good.

First time here, never again!Terrible chicken. Hadnt been cooked / heated through properly. Chicken fillet was that small it was mainly just a bap. And the gravy, what the hell is that, completely tasteless, Only edible thing was the chips and the price of the food is scandalous. Staff also need alot of training on customer service, one in particular. Never seen them communicate with eachother once through any order either

Food is good, says it closes at 10.30 but when arriving at 10.10 they where closed

Dunno why it's such a big deal when I order my food after a long day at work. The employees there laugh when I come in because I'm always there ordering the same thing 🤨 employees need disciplinary training on how to treat a customer with respect.

We got a 3 piece meal and a chicken burger. Chicken was barely cooked batter was mush. Burger was a dry piece of chicken in a very stale bap. Absolutely scandalous that it cost us £14. Most unsatisfying meal we have ever had. 1 star is a generous.

Best non KFC fried chicken in Northern Ireland. The chicken kebab on chips is a particular favourite. Meal deals for chicken fillet burger, chips and a drink are pretty good value. Milk shakes of which there are a right few varieties are really tasty too. Card payments accepted.

Not nice! Got the 3piece meal and a kids meal. Chicken was really greasy and the chips were dried out. The garlic mayo dip, which I think is overpriced for the size of it, was very salty and inedible. The only drinks that were offered with the kids meal were carbonated soft drinks. We thought this would be a safe bet as we have had from both the Newcastle and Lisburn branches in the past. But we were wrong. I wouldn't recommend it and will drive on by next time. Oh and they don't take cards. Cash only!?
