Odeon Wrexham is a fantastic cinema offering a great movie-going experience. The staff are truly wonderful, especially the lady who attended to us—she was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Her excellent customer service left a lasting impression, and I’ll definitely return because of it. The cinema itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for all guests. It’s also reasonably priced, making it a great choice for a quality and enjoyable outing.

Friendly staff and a great selection of films. I can only give 4 starts due to no cookie dough bites being available on this occasion, but we will be back Xx

Amazing movie with massive screens

First time visiting the Odeon in Wrexham for an early morning autism screening of Minecraft. Excellent! Movie started on time, sound was low and lights were on dimly lit. The only issue was that it would have been nice to have the aircon running a bit cooler as it was quite stuffy and had to take my jumper off. Excellent price and very clean. Would recommend the autism screenings if you need this as other viewers more understanding. Please continue to offer these screenings as it does help and thank you for doing so.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, coffee in Costa is always well poured and good quality.

Screen one, the seats are a disgrace. They are dirty and stained. I wonder if they have ever been cleaned.

Went to want Captain America: Brave New World First the ticket's, popcorn & Drinks came to nearly £50+. The film quality was awful the screen seemed really grainy & dim. At time parts of the screen would flicker light to dark almost strobing/ flashing which would stop you concentrating on the actual film. Then whilst we we’re sat in the cinema the temperature dropped and got colder to the point I had to give my wife and son my coat to use as a blanket, which again took our attention from watching film. When we were leaving we were all too cold and annoyed to complain. So I emailed Odeon when we were home. It took 3 weeks before a human replied with a poor apology email with no answers as to why it happened or I refund for an awful experience. We could have watched a film at home in better quality and warmer. The whole experience has dimmed our view of Odeon cinemas.

Was able to sort out pre orders that I accidentally pressed on the day of the film, great prices for tickets. Would recommend if you are looking to go for a day out with family or friends when in wrexham

Place is clean staff helpful the only thing I would say to dark to go into screens and steps to some levels not light enough could do with lights up till just before performance as I struggle with steps so need to see them

Enjoyed going to the ODEON with my lovely granddaughter, to see the latest Bridget Jones.

I went to see Mufasa. I loved it. It was easy to book, no faffing about at the tills etc. All in all a great cinema experience.

When to see Paddington in Peru, brilliant movie, love the idea of ordering food and drink before saves time

Excellent value when you buy online , which we did. Unfortunately we had selected the wrong date ! Threw ourselves on mercy of the staff who were ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! The cashier had to call the duty Manager to help sort it out but, between the two of them , they sorted out 3 seats to see Paddington in Peru...which was a lovely film. Only sorry not to have noted the names of the staff to give them a mention here . Many thanks and we'll be back soon

This is my favourite Costa, very welcoming, nice atmosphere, comfortable surroundings, and they make the best cappuccino.

Watched Wicked with family! Short pleasant walk from St Giles car park.Good cinema experience for the children,easy for parents.

No nachos with my order or dips

It was very difficult to find the cinema. We kept being told we were there but no signs. Having not been before we weren’t aware it was in with the bowling so it would help if there were signs telling you where it is. It was only by luck we parked on the car park and had to ask where it was expecting to walk to the destination. Needless to say our stress level was off the scale as Wrexham is the most difficult place to circumnavigate and puts the fear of dread in me.

I have to drive 45 min to get to a decent cinema. I will come back.

Film was good but far far far to cold both next and the wife are both freezing glad to get out and get to the car won't be going again

All the confectionery was ridiculous priced. Cost almost £4 for a 500ml coca-cola. The lights were not turned on after the film finished, making it difficult for some to find the way out carefully. Seats comfy.

Went to watch red one. It was fun going not been there for ages

Love taking my children to the cinema here, can't go wrong with 5 tickets. Treats from the Pound shop and then we're sorted.

Almost always a good experience at this cinema, usually quiet. We have even had the screen to ourselves a few times which is fun. Clean and good waiting area. Overall we really enjoy coming here, especially with the £5 movies at the moment :) Staff were very very helpful today, they were waiting for milk for the milk shakes we had ordered so they offered to bring them to our seats once they were ready. Really appreciated, thank you!! 👏☺️

Absolutely by far the MOST expensive cinema I've been too. Film was supposed to start at 9. Still waiting through Ads for another 20 odd mins. However it was clean and chairs comfortable. I would go back but defiantly would search for online pricing and not buy any food or drink

Nice, clean cinema and lovely staff. I left my phone on the seat, and because they clean in between films, they were able to keep it to one side, which meant no one walked off with it. Thanks all!

It's a nice little nook for a family meal and cinema etc. Everything is very close together and conveniently next to the car park.

I had taken odeon limitless .but such a bad decision.I couldn’t cancel the membership.they doesn’t respond to you in mail or call.so i had to pay fir it even when i didn’t need it. Such a horrible service i must say

Great price, lovely staff, good facilities .... but why were the houselights on right through the main movie? Very distracting and spoilt the movie (which was quite dark). Most cinemas have them on through the adverts and trailers and then fade them out. This is the fault of either bad management or poor programming. I would happily pay a bit more for proper darkness.

Clean, modern cinema, nice staff, decent prices and comfortable seats. But the sound of the movie could be a tad louder, overall close to perfect experience and therefore deserved 5 stars.

Now that it's £5 a ticket will be back soon. Food and drink were very expensive so remember to bring your own.

Had a drunk guy ruin our showing for Longlegs tonight and the staff did nothing to intervene. Poor. If the ticket wasn't just a fiver I'd have demanded money back.

£5 ticket - brilliant! Makes a family cinema trip affordable! Pre-book seats, plenty of space.

To be clear, I do have multiple prolapsed disc, so I am in pain normally. However, I always book the premier seats to gain a little more comfort. On my visit today, I found the new premier seats to be horrendously painful. Rock hard and bolt upright seating. I cant/wont be able to watch movies in odeon anymore and will need to travel to vue cinemas.

Best place to watch movies cuz why not and it's cheap but the food isn't

The cinema is clean and tidy and the staff are helpful. The tickets for a standard seat are only 5 pounds which is definitely good value all in all a good way to spend a few hours.

I was given a milkshake with 2 scoops of choc brownie, and 1 scoop cookie dough when I had ordered 2 scoops of cookie dough and 1 scoop choc brownie. Otherwise it was perfect. :)

It's easy, went to watch a film, enjoyed it, food prices a little steep but I guess that's to be expected.

it's a local cinema with the usual sale items. comfortable and the staff are great. always try and make an effort to go. it's sadly a case of use it or lose it.

I'm a frequent visitor to Wrexham Odeon and it's always a good experience. Efficient staff, good screens and prices. Also a surprisingly good range of films - all the latest major releases but they will also put on special screenings around events (eg they played all the Lord of the Rings films recently, and all the Christopher Nolan Batman films on "Batman day" this year).

Like the odeon, but 2 kids running around and parents did nothing to stop them.

Great for film choice, tickets online are only £5, food and drink are still a little pricey, but the actual cinema we visited looked like it needed a really good clean, the seats were stained and on looking at others they were too, I completely understand it is used many times a day everyday but it put me off wanting to go back, could do with a good steam clean. Staff were very nice and helpful too.

1st time going to this venue & it will be my last. Bought tickets & snacks online prior to visit. When we arrived they had sold out of the merchandise I had already paid for as they do not account for online sales. This led to a disappointing start to my 5 year old surprise! Then I had to pay for more snacks & wait for the refund from the 1st order. Seats are too cramped even in priority seating for the same price you get a recliner at the vue.

On the 8th of October I went to the cinema to watch saw x at 21:10 and they already had everything closed before close time. Told me that I was not allowed to get any food and that I could not go into the movie. I feel racially targeted as I seen people get drinks and being let in. If check the cctv cameras around that time you will witness everything

Won’t let me put how late it actually was, I had to wait 2 hours for it as no drivers were available and they wouldn’t let me cancel my order, absolutely disappointed, food was also cold when it did arrive! Refund is needed!

Not everyone can use the ticket mc at to help to old lady's who wonted to watch a film. Because they didn't know wot to do. It would be good to have someone ther to help .overall a nice clean place and a good price

I think they should convert a couple of screens into one big IMAX, i don't think the venue needs as many screens as it does. Also could do with lowering the price of snacks they are a rip off. Great place to watch a movie otherwise.

£5 ticket, easy check in straight at desk to go in! Easy booking, drinks and food as we've overpriced but not hard to prepare and take your own! Was pleasantly surprised by amount of people in there! Saturday night well spent!

Great offers on at the moment, perfect for rainy days. Very large cinema venue.

It was really easy to book our tickets online, which made them even cheaper. Paid a little extra for premium seating. They were worth the extra money and really comfy. Prices for food was really reasonable, and if you booked them using the screen, then you could just collect vs. Waiting in the long queue. Great service.

Loved the cinema experience, was my 3rd visit here,usually I take my own refreshments, but on this occasion we decided to buy our popcorn and drinks there to give it a try. Big mistake,wait was 20 mins which was annoying in itself, but then wen our number was eventually called they had no fizzy drinks on tap paid for a lrg and was offered a bottle from fridge, which was not wot I had wanted,but i waited so long I just took it as didn't want to miss the beginning of my film..... Also no tango slush so had to get refund,again waiting???? Come on Odeon, step up your game, these treats cost enough so at least get the stock in.... or get staff to communicate with each other on order desk and collection desk,simple if none available, let customers know at order desk,not let them wait then tell themat collection desk!!!!!! Ridiculous and rude!!!!!!! I will definitely continue to take my own snacks fraction of the price and no waiting in long queues to be disappointed at the end and seriously out if pocket......

The cinema was lovely and clean, great price for the film. However the queue for the food and drinks was ridiculous! A better system needs to be implemented, all I wanted was an ice cream and there was a queue of about 30 people who were buying drinks and hotdogs.

Need to up their game , messaged them twice about our experience last week, Hoover left in the middle of the floor in the cinema room , and they don’t check on the rooms as 3 youngsters were allowed to just mess about the whole time during the film, when we left all staff were just talking together

Incredibly rude staff, spoke direspectfully to customers and refused to serve myself and other people then walked off away from the food and snacks area

Freezing cold chips and hotdog and showed up late, wouldn’t of minded but it was too cold to eat.
