It's a really nice store, everything you want under one roof, lovely restaurant, good food, I visit often.

It’s huge seems to sell a little of nearly anything you can think of needing plus to can take the dog in

Spacious store with large variety of items. Great that it's open until 10pm.

Staff not very helpful don't no where anything was and didn't have the time to try and help . Home bargains cheaper and staff a lot more helpful

The queue for the tills is always an issue in this store. Plus the configuration of the queue and the 3-second walk to the till means the whole service is just slow.

Fantastic place to get everything done n one place

Having just visited The Range, Wrexham, I was quite taken back by the response I received from a female 'supervisor'. When asked a question about three items I wished to purchase Which were not intact, was I feel dismissed by her response. She then went to the customer services and made 'comment', which seemed to be referring to the three items. On going to the checkout, I pointed out the intact items, she called over someone from the CS who then said to take 10 % of the cost. It has made me question customer interaction and the 'supervisors' ability to respond politly to a customer. AND adding insult to injury, all christmas items INTACT are selling foe 50% off. Sad, may not use again?

Good selection of house hold items and craft supplies, Christmas is well done. The cafe was a little slow , but the food was of good value for the venue.

This place has just about everything, deco, kitchen, garden, a cafe, food and a wc... love it here.

Probably one of the largest ranges I've been to. Absolutely everything on offer. The floor staff are very helpful and stop what there doing to assist or help you find something.

This place is a nightmare to get around as a wheelchair user. Staff are lovely though.

It was a very well laid out shop, prices were displayed clearly and staff were very helpful, lots of quality items at very reasonable prices.

Always clean and tidy and the shelves are well stocked, not the cheapest of these kind of shops but the quality of the products tends to be better. Plenty of parking means you don't have to fight for a space which is a big plus.

Went for tiles, which they have on their website. Spent ages looking for tiles and a member of staff to ask. Eventually found out they don't sell them!

Got a large wall clock today, what a waste of money, every hour is only 15 minutes long,I think it may have a fault, let's see if they will have it back

I called In the cafe this morning for breakfast it was rank bacon like cardboard, raw sausage cold beans, and the egg I can't describe Grandad in only fools and horses would be ashamed to put it on a plate never again.

Its a range, has everything you want, alot of what you dont, its never tidy, but it is disneyland for thise on a budget. Plus side, it has an iceland!

If it's garden stuff tools or cleaning this place has it all massive store with an Iceland and a cafe

04-06-24.....Disgusting person in customer services , Nicola ignored her colleague Sharon and then made out that it was the customers fault and wastes a lot of people's time trying to steer an arguement... Absolutely disgusting ambassador of the range. Sharon was excellent and deserves a bit more respect from her dreadful colleague ....Previous.......Both Clair and Nicole (Wrexham) went above and beyond to help save my Son's 10th Birthday. If any directors of the range are reading this, they deserve more than a well done 🍻🥳🎉

Visited to buy a plant. Unfortunately there was only 1 and it had been shoved onto an overloaded unit, snapping many of it's leaves. It was in a right state and as they didn't have any others we asked if they would discount the 17.99 tag. Supervisor/manager was called, she didn't look at us but whispered 10% to her colleague. Sadly the plant will end up in bin due to idiocy when they could have recouped something for it. A very disappointing experience that I'll not repeat.

Really nice new shop, nicely layed out and it has an in-store Iceland with Greggs freezer section, sausage rolls and steak bakes...

Everything was a jumble. Selling oils for oil burners, but only one option was on sale. Candles were all over the place. No cohesion within the store.

I highly recommend. Diversified range, quality products, very good prices. Polite staff.

Absolutely disgusting, undercooked chicken burgers. Could've potentially made us very ill if we didn't demand a refund.

It was post Christmas sales and very busy. However, many items weren't labelled with a price and it is a store packed with goods that I have seen cheaper elsewhere. It's a convenient place to shop and sells a large range of different goods.

Actually I don't dislike the range I was just disappointed and offended that I could find nothing that had to do with the real reason for Christmas...the clue is in what we call this season. At least a nativity ornament or set like you find all over Germany or Austria.

Went into the range today in wrexham. Wasn't feeling very well. So just picked a few things up from Iceland. Get to the till and notice there is a hole in the bag off frozen chips. I politely ask the young man would he be able to go and pick me another bag up , as I really wasn't feeling well. He said no sorry you have to go yourself. I then asked to speak to the manager he replied you have to go to customer service. At that point I was close to tears so went home. I will never go there again. Terrible customer service.

Well stocked store with reasonable prices. Some descriptions/specifications are missing. I bought a wall mirror to use in the downstairs shower room. When I opened the package, the product description leaflet inside said not suitable in damp conditions such as bathrooms. So I used it in the bedroom.

So clutterd makes a DIY shop look empty

Great store. Great prices. Plenty of quality stock chose from. Lighting, gallery,home decor, home furnishings, furniture, toys, arts and crafts, outdoor gardening, pets, Iceland foods. Christmas Dec's. Customer cafe and toilets. A must visit to explore.

Helpful staff but disorganised store. Had real difficulty in the wallpaper section as it was a mess - nothing where it should be.

Most of the stuff in here seems not quite as nice as you might hope. Still the staff are helpful so that's a good thing.

Love the range. A bit pricey now but everything is good. Coffee very nice and friendly. Disabled toilet is in need of refurb.or good clean.

Lots of Assortment but a bit Poundland except it’s a lot more than £1 but if you want a massive picture of boats a toilet brush and a frozen pack of Greg’s sausage rolls .. then this eclectic place is for you .. hope you find what your looking for 👀

Now I like the Range, i like to walk around have a good butchers maybe buy some stuff unless stuff that I don't need or the wife wants but don't need, bit of a food shop from Iceland. But I actually went in to buy something I wanted and need, homebrew empty bottles, they had them but not priced so I asked a very nice lady who worked there and off she went to the checkouts to find the price for me( thinking £7-£8 for a dozen) nearly £17 I nearly fainted £17 for 12 empty bottles, I could go to tesco and get 12 full bottles exactly the same for less than that

Largest branch of The Range that I have been to and it's fab! Also includes a garden centre and cafe, along with a lift between floors and free parking.

At the time we went in it was quiet and there was plenty of room in the car park. It does get very busy at the weekend. The level of staff could be better.
