2nd time of ordering here, all were really hot when we got them and very tasty just little bit greasy we enjoyed them though

So I got fish and chips, fried chicken and a beef burger. I started with the fish and chips first and it was really good. Fish was crispy and tasty and chips were good. Once I moved onto the burger and chicken, oh my, it was bland, dry and just really weird tasting. Stick to fish and chips and leave the burgers and chicken to someone else is my advice. Would definitely order fish and chips again from here, nothing else. Also maybe you could seperate the drinks and food as my soft drink was hot…

Arrived early very hot absolutely beautiful! Skinless boneless haddock cooked to perfection.cannot fault it.

Kebab was spot on. Very tasty but chicken was inedible overcooked and left under a lamp for hours I guess

Chips were awful, were cold when we got them, tasted like they have recooked several times and the grease soaked through 2 sheets of paper. Not good.

I either have burger & chips or chips & cheese salad - absolutely spot on!

Ordered online. Paid and order was accepted. Then 50 minutes later as we were expecting delivery, they cancelled. Dont accept orders if you cant fulfill them. Its now 9.20pm and we have to find other arrangements after waiting on your incompetence.

Very bad quality on all the items. Greasy and very disappointing.

Food is usually nice, but the men who serve you really need to improve. They often make mistakes, forget what you ordered less than a minute ago, you often have to repeat yourself because they don't understand - and even then get the order wrong. It's really frustrating sometimes. As said the food is usually nice.

gorgeous food, superfast delivery, would have been better if the chips had salt and vinegar on as requested but other than that cant fault it

2 important items from my order were messing. I have applied for a refund. I am going to another chippy. The driver almost banged the door down after I had noted to ring the doorbell.

The food was stale. The battered sausage was disgusting, definitely re cooked and the chips were the same, stale. Not enough sauce on kebab and the oil needs changing. Awful and in the bin

yet another great meal from ocean the stack burger was brilliant and the small fish and chips was fantastic i hate to think how big the regular fish and chips is but i will certainly give it a go keep it up guys

Ordered dinner for me and my family, one thing that I Ordered was a Ocean tower burger with salad specifically wanted the salad to be there i have pregnancy cravings! no salad ☹️😒disapointing at 6.50 for the meal.

Friendly staff but was charged £3.90 for a portion of chips that were so dried up that they were inedible and went in the bin. Friday evenings chippy dinner will not be bought here again.

The fish had a funny taste and smell , it went in the bin I didn't want to risk it .

Usually we collect from ocean and kebabs are spot on. Tonight we had a delivery and very disappointed. Hardly any salad or mayo. Meat was very dry and hubby's mixed meat was ninety percent one meat only.

The food was nice but forgot the drinks in the burger meals :(

Our first time ordering from here very nice but, we ordered 2 large cod & got 1 large 1 small chips very tasty although a big mix of very small chips?

Has fish chips fish cake and pie, absolutely disgusting fish smelt awful ,fish cake and pie was horrible too took the fish back as it smelt so bad and got a refund didn't realize the ret was so bad as would of took it all back

Ordered 2 kebabs with chips they come with no chips just meat tried to ring the shop they answered us until we said items was missing then hung up tried to call back numerous times and they kept ending the phone. Will not be returning again scammers.

Food was missing items like jalapeños and cabbage in the salad.. ordered large Chicken Tandoori but looked more like a small.. use to rate this place a bunch but last couple orders have been poor

Chios were crappie, looked like yesterday's warmed up.

Missing half of the order and when I phoned them about it they told me to come and pick it up or reorder. And what we got was cold

Always great here and service with a smile. Only reason I didn’t give 5 was because in the past when we’ve ordered fish and chips, we’ve always had too many and couldn’t eat them. So this time we ordered a small fish and chips, and a steak pie, because we were going to share one portion of chips, but there weren’t really enough for one. Ah well, we live and learn. Always arrives hot! One of my favourite take aways. A little disappointed with the portion control being so hit and miss. Large.... Should be large! Sometimes the portions are meger at best. Never the less, food quality is good and all the delivery drivers are pleasant.

The chicken was solid and over cooked and totally inedible. The can of coke had been pierced by something and spilled over the bag. So disappointed as I use this place often and never had an issue.

Might have to start ordering from deliveries cause everytime I order food it’s no good happend the last 3 times now 😭

Jacket potato with very little beans, they were placed on the sides so what little beans there were was all spilled out. Also kebab meat and chips, might aswel of been a plate of chips, which wasn’t very warm & tasted like the chips had been cooked an hour ago. Waste of money & probably won’t order again

Ordered a kids wings and chips got spicy wings, ordered a chicken kebab burger, was 10 small bits at most, ordered a pie, pie wasn’t with the order. But had 4 bags of chips that wasn’t ordered. This is after waiting 35 mins. Avoid!

Enjoyed the battered sausage.and chips. Cooked well and properly. The delivery was also fun with the delivery driver all smiles when he delivered it
