Costa Coffee in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Key main staff. Sophia, Megan, Amid & Michael. Are excellent. Great customer, service can't do enough. If asked. Well. Done bedworth,having been to many Nuneaton/ lacks quality of drinks & service Bedworth. Provide. I can only put it down to the named staff, I've tried London. & many others. It's. Bedworth staff that make. It, my only concern. Is the high turnover of staff, I can only put this down to management. Support & staff relations, from. What I've seen & heard.

Any Costa you visit is understaffed and far too slow. Seldom visit the Bedworth one in all fairness,but the majority are as mentioned above . Expensive too.

Great place to chill at the end of a busy week

The staff were lovely and friendly with wonderful smiles. I recommend trying the café latte with oat milk instead of regular whole milk, as it has a natural sweetness and can be enjoyed without adding sugar.

This is the Bedworth branch of this chain. It is fairly small with a couple of tables outside. The food and beverages are the same as all the other branches pretty good if expensive. The service was fine, but when we went in there was only one young man serving everything. Should have been 2. Even though it was Sunday morning they were quite busy. Disabled people can access but it would be a little tight for a wheelchair. They have toilets but I didn't use them so can't comment. Overall not a bad place to visit.

Like having a giggle with staff.. just wish they stayed open for longer... They need to state way before the time they are closing as tend to close earlier than times on the website... Frustrating as only get set times with family I don't get to see often. Please change times if closing earlier...

Waited a long time to be served and then when I went to order the rolo hot chocolate but they didn't have it... shame when all the posters are up. Place was dirty and no sugar in stock either

I love a Costa, the staff are always so stressed out though. They don't have time for the customer and you queue for ages!

My husband waited behind 7 customer for a coffee. Today 23 January's 2023. There was 1 girl serving and a dark guy on a computer out the back. 1 cooking. And it was very busy. Not good enough.

Additonal visit ,friendly and clean as usual! Lots of selection in offer. A lovely Costa lots of seating available and very clean. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and accommodating. Toilet available. Sadly had ran out of soap but we had the sanitisation station at the door to use which was better than nothing. Lots of snack available but no hot food as they had ran out. (This is quite common for this store which is a shame) they need to bring in a bigger stock of food really.

Coming here (4x now) has been unpleasant as the counter people have been unpleasant and unwelcoming. The first time I came to patronise I thought their behaviour was a one off thing but the ladies (esp the older one with blond hair) has been rude but terribly nice to other older, white customers. I am black and you can see the difference in the service. I took my time to notice how she treated other blacks (I managed to witness 2ppl in the 4x I visited -I stayed for over 30mins for each visit) and it was unpleasant. They are unwelcoming. On my final time here ( as I would not be returning) the woman SCREAMED my order out. And I mean SCREAMED it out bc the whole coffee place (85% full) turned their heads to look at who this order belongs to. Meanwhile the staff with her over the counter were snickering and laughing. This would be my last time here.

I really don't know why we come back here, every visit the coffee order is wrong and never tastes good. The cashiers seem very friendly to the older regular customers but not to any spontaneous visitors.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Rude customer service. The cashier was nice to all the non-ethnic people, but was very rude and disrespectful to me and my black and brown friends for no reasons. The same exact thing happened to my brother on the same day and he told me about it. I was shocked. Her name was Gemma. The manager did absolutely nothing. Don't spend your money here.

Management need to do better. On Friday 12th of February I came in to store to get a coffee on my way to work, it was around lunch time and there was one member of staff on her own, I was at the back of a very long queue waiting outside, the poor girl had multiple deliveroo and uber eats orders as well as the long queue. During my wait some customers started shouting and screaming at her and you could see she was visibly upset and stressed. She ended up having to excuse herself to get in touch with her manager to ask him to come and help her in which he refused. When I got to the counter I asked if she was okay and she was on the verge of crying me along with other customers told her it was okay and comforted her as best we could. I have been a regular in this store for years now because it's my local, and in the last year or so it has gone so downhill and they treat their staff awful, you never see the same member of staff for very long and they are all unhappy when they are there. They are left by themselves all day long with no help from management in a very busy store. Along with many other customers I will not be returning until management learn how to treat employees.

After being a customer here for a few years now, after my last couple of visits I will never step in that place again, if I could give minus stars it would be maxed out but I had to give it 1 to post this. Over my last 4 visits I have had to return drinks because they are cold or had milk put in instead of lactose free. Walked in to the shop floor covered in bags of rubbish and boxes everywhere. Now for the worst bit. The so called manager not speaking and not asking what I would like, I had to ask, while all the time he was talking to someone one the phone. When I finally got my drink I had to ask for another one because it was luke warm. This place as became a disgrace and something needs to be done and quickly.

If I could rate this place a 0 i would, I've been a regular here for a few years and its been becoming progressively worse. They have such a high turn over of staff now, and since the new manager Conor started the feel of the store has vanished. I go in sometimes on my way to work when he's in and he's always got his air pods in, making personal phone calls while serving people and he even told me I would have to wait to be served because he was busy on the phone. All of the above made worse due to the fact that there is only ever one member of staff in at a time. He is so rude as well and the quality of drinks has gone down the drain, I never get the drink I order and when I mention it he huffs about it. I have heard many people say they'd rather go to Greg's for their coffee because the quality is better.

I have just had my first Uber Eats delivery, it was very late being picked up the driver Mohamed seemed to be sat at McDonalds. It arrived very late and everything was stone cold. A latte, a Hot Chocolate and Toastie. Plus no Marshmellows or Purple one Sweet. I have tried and tried to ring the store can not get through. I expect a full refund as it was all totally inedible and drinkable. The driver never even apologised, but the store should never have sent the items out like that when they had been ready 35 minutes. This store is always disappointing, the staff are never good I was hoping the takeaway would be better but it’s not. Just a catch up, no refund, no apology nothing. Uber just totally ignoring my complaints. I do accept this is also a shop issue as the items were obviously sent out 35 minutes after they were ready for delivery.

Ordered two hot chocolates and gave me a coffee for one instead.Not happy.

Took a 9 year old for a hot chocolate which she thoroughly enjoyed! Good, quick service. While I was there I heard the staff offering to take an elderly gentleman's drinks order over to his table. This suggestion came from the staff not the customer. I thought it was a nice touch.

Need new management here the very tall woman behind the counter looked miserable shouting a lot at the staff. She needs to learn about customer service and making customers feel like they want to come back again! There was a whole area for customers to sit that had jugs plonked on the seats and folders piled up. Not a great look at all and not what I expect from Costa. Do better!

Great place and good coffee - such a shame that Paige (the manager) has left as she has turned the place around with great help from Sophie (the assistant manager)! Next manager has a hard job replacing Paige - let's hope it stays as good!

Have been there twice, both times with 3 people working, had to wait for awhile to get my coffee. As I prefer just black Americano can't say it was good unfortunately.

Had a coffee in the above shop in Bethworth. As like All the rest I've been in the air condition is full blast blowing freezing cold air. You come out with a chill .

Always enjoy a visit to Costa coffee for a latte when I'm in town

On the whole, visiting here is ok. However the last two visits have been disappointing as there has not been a clean table available and at times the staff can appear standoffish. My biggest complaint has to be those that sit at tables for no reason and with no drink as if they own the table and chairs 😕

They have a good range of drinks the food is good staff are very friendly and it is a good place to go and be yourself .

Most of the staff are very friendly, I have been served by one young grumpy girl who gave me a wrong size of coffee, no customer connection. Not seen her since. Always clean, always well stocked food deserves a 4.5 score.

Nice cosy place to relax. No one seems to miss do that you just sit and take your time reading or just watching the world go by . Staff friendly service good.

Long queues/waiting times, poor customer service, poor time management, only one of them makes a good coffee.

This is such a friendly Costa, visiting there is always a happy experience. Staff are very chatty and efficient and nothing is too much trouble, even when very busy, which it often is. Casey cleared and cleaned our table and she was smiling and cheerful - just the job! The place is very clean and, with its wall of windows, people watching, taking in the Almshouses and All Saints Square, is a very relaxing pastime. Three cheers for Costa Bedworth!
