More salad than kebab meat go charcoal grill

Food ok ,Do not order on just eat as it takes nearly two hours and forty-five minutes to arrive .

I was charged nearly £13 for a small pizza and chips when it was only ment to be £7.38 please be careful when ordering apart from that the food here is lovely

Pizza could have done with longer cooking and the pizza sauce didn't taste all that great. Donner meat and Fries were okay but we've had better from other takeaways

Myself & my husband haven’t had a kebab for a long time. We were recommended oasis and extremely disappointed with what we ordered so needless to Say we won’t be ordering again

Far too much sauce. Couldn’t eat most of it. Maybe decant so it suits customer preference.

Can’t judge service or atmosphere as I ordered from just eat, food was ok I guess wouldn’t say fantastic as it’s not great value or great tasting, chips were a bit over done, and also took longer than estimated time to deliver the food. Definatly won’t be ordering here again

Absolutely disgusting pita breads stale. Pizza looks like it’s been cooked on a radiator. Got the mega kebab about 4 bits of meat in it. Last time I use them

our order came super quick... the food was fresh and hot.... the chicken kebab was so tender and tasty... salad was super fresh too...

EDIT- tried again after a year or so. Ordered on just eat at 7:30 estimated time 8:10-8:30 - 8:45 it turns up. Cold garlic bread, lukewarm sweaty fries and a large double cheeseburger with just onions turns up as a single cheeseburger with an awful sweet tomato sauce that was just above cold. YOU ARE AWFUL!!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IT IS THE WORST!!! Again ordered again over an hour ago - just had a text going to be another hour - - it’s a damn burger - absolute garbage!!’ Won’t EVER bother again! Your order will be 45 mins to 60 mins - you ring up after 95 mins to be told it’s left 10 mins ago - we are 5 mins away - say cancel it and the response we won’t take any orders any more from you - pathetic customer service - you lie to the client and then say you’re busy rather than saying or ringing and saying sorry it’ll be a little bit late - don’t worry we won’t be using you again. Pathetic business model - don’t use if you want it in a certain time

Will collect myself as usual- where it’s very good if you can be specific to what you want. Delivery was 30+ mins after advertised time, had hardly any salad, only 4 pieces of chicken. Was just a naan with a mound of Donner meat

Something has changed,Ive always used oasis but Had a kebab The weekend before last which was not up to the usual standard then ordered one in the week,2 hour wait and Rubbish kebab, time to look elsewhere.

£1.50 for about 10 chilli peppers and no chilli sauce on the kebab very dry and bland never again

Call into the shop but they wouldn’t accept card. We had no cash and didn’t want to go to the cash machine so we used just eat, to be collected. Quick thinking. Food was great though.

Won't be ordering again, even though I normally have deliveries often. Fed up with drivers failing to read delivery instructions, cause most have a sat nav that sends them to the wrong house. Meaning they spent 15 minutes trying to find me, before phoning meaning my food arrives cold.

I have ordered from you for awhile so consider my review to be fair. Overall the food is inconsistent apart from the pizzas and garlic bread with cheese which are really nice. The kebabs however can arrive in a variety of different ways either very good, okay or rubbish. I ordered last night a large mix you sent me a small mixed with 3 pieces of shish and a battered Pitta bread which had not even been put on the grill slightly to stiffen up. The chips can only be described has shocking. I even put fresh chips on the note and you deliver for the second time limp, burnt warm ups. It’s worrying you can’t get making chips right, serving a sad kebab with no effort so on that basis I won’t be ordering from you again for awhile but please take note of the review and train your staff to make decent side orders like chips because your onion rings, hash browns are poor as well

The food was absolutely disgusting! Had to ring and chase my order twice! Was assured the food would not be cold, however the food was freezing! The chips was soggy and tasted like cardboard! Will definitely not be ordering from here again!

When food arrived my mixed kebab with salad had no salad. The 2 portions of chips were soggy probably very old Garlic bread nice Called oasis and they promised it would be 20 mins due to breakdown of vehicle delivery driver said no breakdowns they were just too busy. The promised 20 minutes was 40 minutes and arrived at 10pm too late for us Poor experience from just eat and Oasis so will not be using either again

Burger didn’t taste right too grecey kabab was ok meat wasn’t Cooked totally and chilli sauce was like water salad wasn’t fresh either use to be great but not this time

This pizza was beautiful I even had to ring them and tell them my self defiantly recommend it if you want a pizza 5 stars for me

I’ve ordered from here in the past and I’ve been happy every time. But the food I received on this occasion was freezing cold and for that matter inedible.

Took 2 hours to come the driver turned up and it wasnt in his car so then he had to go back to ahop to get it and come back by this time is was freezing and 10pm at night i ordred ar 7.49pm very upset and disapointed

Asked for yoghurt, recieved houmous. Asked for naan, received 2 pitta. Asked for a chicken pizza, recieved a cheese garlic bread. However they did leave the pizza on the step 20 mins later

Not a good experience from here the order was very late and the food was poor wasn’t nice at all.

Ordered at 8pm and food did not arrived until 10.30pm. Apologised for being late but do not think should ever have to wait this long. Food wasn't even that hot when it got to us. Disappointed!

Been going to Oasis for over 30 years with only an odd time when the food has been ‘well done’. Tonight I had the special and the Shish Kabab and Chicken Kabab were so burnt they were inedible. Some Shish pieces could’nt be cut into, they were rock hard and when a family member tried a chicken piece it was bone dry. Come on Oasis, your better than this….

It took an hour and a half to arrive and we'd spent enough to get a free garlic pizza, but this was not included. The driver said its over £20, but it says £15 on the site. Last order from there.

Really disappointed. Donnar was pretty much inedible- pitta was soggy bread underneath a pile of pale meat and lettuce

UPDATED REVIEW - I had previously given this place a 5* review and spent over £50 per month there but I now refuse to buy anything else from Oasis and will spend my money elsewhere! I have been a loyal customer for 30+ years. In the last month, I have been 6 times to the restaurant but after today, I will never go again. I placed an order for delivery (4 orders delivered in the past month) and they had the nerve to phone me to tell me that I lived too far to deliver (even though it accepts it on their website) and it was up to me to phone their website operator to get a refund. Even when they realised who they were speaking to they refused the delivery. It just shows you that being a loyal customer for over 30 years means nothing to them and that is why I will NEVER order from Oasis again. It's such a shame as the owner Zak is a really nice guy but you do not treat loyal customers that way!

Delivery quality of toppings was bang on but the cheap tomato sauce just absolutely ruined the quality of the food itself the free garlic bread ended up being the best thing to arrive through the door

I shouldn’t be able to give a review before the foods arrived. I could be horrible here because I’m starving and annoyed but I won’t. I trust they deliver and it was worth the wait

Took a hour and 20mins for delivery ordered at 11 10pm didn't arrive till 12 40 am. Food was only aired very disappointed. Not worth the money . Will not be delivering from there again

Never usually disappointed and I order from here quite frequently but the food arrived right at the back end of the delivery time and absolutely stone cold. Pizza box was squashed and wet. Also missing the free garlic bread when you spend over £14 which was mainly why I ordered. Understand it may be busy today but it’s not an excuse to drop quality.

The pizza was undercooked, the base was like tomato soup. By far the worst pizza I’ve ever ordered, I decided to bin the pizza and order from Hollingsworth food spot. Spot on.

Ordered at 7.10 arrived at 8.50. Ordered a large mixed kebab and a piece of chocolate cake. Kebab was only a small with only donner meat and the dessert was some sort of chocolate mousse

Food was disgusting. Chicken wings were rock hard and tasted off. Cheesy chips had a sprinkle of cheese on only one side. Waste of money!

Ordered given time went in couple of minutes early and it was waiting for me. Pleasant staff and when I got it home it was spot on.(as it always is)

My order was missing the garlic bread and cheese and the chips and also the kebab was not fresh meat was burnt and hard did call restraint last night and they told me to call back tonight but apparently the lad isn’t on today not happy at all
