I love it, when you go into an empty place and want to sit at a big table, but they tell you that you can only sit at a small one. Incredible lack of customer focus, we would have called in half an hour and left and the restaurant would have made money. But now there is no money, no customer, and a negative review.

Very good Italian restaurant. I went there two times with my family. Pizzas are the best I ate outside Italy. Pasta also very good. Waiters and managers friendly and helpful. Excellent pizza. Came here for lunch. I had the Primavera with extra Capocollo and my friend had the Diavola. Both were super tasty, especially the pistachio pesto on the Primavera! Service was friendly, professional and efficient. A hidden gem in the overly touristy Borough Market.

Came here for lunch with my colleagues, and I tried the salciccia e funghi pizza, which was delicious. My colleagues all enjoyed their meal as well. Friendly and efficient service.

The sweetest and most cheerful ladies are in charge of service here. We came in just before the kitchen was closed and they still treated us kindly. We ordered pizza 5 formagi, green salad and octopus salad and it was awesome. Specially the pizza, it was insanely good. It’s a must to stop and visit if you really love pizza.

Lovely spot with incredible pizza. Perfectly cooked classic Neapolitan style pies with a slight modern, sophisticated spin on a few elements, but not in a pointless trendy way. Super chill, casual vibe you can walk into and get some absolutely exceptional food. I can wait to go back.

Excellent Italian restaurant. Quality food, top staff and service, out of 5 evenings in London, 4 of us went to dinner there. The pizza is also excellent, really good. Highly recommended if you want to feel at home.

I recently dined here and it was a letdown. The food was okay, but the service was really unprofessional. Our server wiped the wine bottle with his fingers after pouring, which is just gross. Utensils were placed directly on the table without a napkin—another hygiene issue. To top it off, they added a 15% service charge, which is more than the usual 12.5% and definitely not deserved. Limited wine options too, though the Primitivo we had was a-ok. Overall, the place is poorly run, and I wouldn’t go back or recommend it.

Brilliant service, amazing food and really wonderful event space. We had a work social in the basement room last week and it was perfect. The food was so good, huge portions and of such high quality. The service was outstanding, so attentive, friendly and efficient. I booked the event with Soliyana and I have to say she made everything so easy; very clear in her communication and adaptable for our needs - she made me look good to my colleagues. We will be back!

We had a really good dinner here but the standout were the staff. They are amazing, so friendly to us with our 2 daughters. Couldn't do enough for us. The food was great, good size portions and very tasty.

We had such a great time: it was a special occasion and O Ver really put a cherry on top. One of us was late due to work commitments and whilst some places would have been disgruntled at that, the staff was so accommodating and never mentioned anything or rushed us. We ended up being the last ones in the restaurant and even then, they let us take our time and offered a shot at the end of the night. It was a perfect dinner, I couldn’t recommend this more. Oh and the food is incredible, so really 10/10.

The staff is so nice and they treat you with a lot of respect and most of all they’re very sincere and welcoming. The food was excellent and i would recommend this restaurant to everybody in London who is looking for a romantic dinner or just a really nice place to eat.

Came here again on a Friday evening and everything from food, wine to ambience was excellent. Don’t miss pizza Ostuni - it’s totally stunning we all loved it. This was originally recommended to me an Italian friend who is from Campania, the birthplace of Neapolitan pizza, and the best burrata and buffalo mozzarella. Having been here twice, their pizzas are exquisite and generally better than the pastas. The wine list is very good and reasonably priced. The Lugana (a medium body white) we had last night was lovely and perfect with pizza and pastas.

We've been to eat at Over UK, and I was truly impressed. I hadn’t eaten a delicious pizza like this in ages. We had the Ostuni pizza made with Fior di latte mozzarella from Monti Lattari, yellow cherry tomatoes from Vesuvio, basil, topped with organic burrata from Apulia, and artisan Capocollo ham. We also had the Diavola, made with Fior di latte mozzarella from Monti Lattari, San Marzano DOP tomato sauce, Spianata Calabra (spicy salame), N'duja (spicy pork sausage paste), and basil. Both were delicious, and I must admit, in London, I have never had a better pizza. I’m definitely going back to try other things from the menu.

I loved the food, I loved the atmosphere and the very friendly staff. Now why I give it 2 stars: because they charge you the tip no matter what, no one asks you if you want to leave or if you know what it is, they see that you are a foreigner and they put 15% in your ticket like SVC. If they force me to pay for it, the waiter should tell me. In my country, tipping is voluntary and you leave as much as you want. I'm sorry but I am a salesperson and I am kind to my customers without receiving, my only goal is for them to be happy and buy again. I'm sorry but I can't recommend this site. A shame 😞👎

Amazing food! We love it when the food has so much complexity in flavour and when is something you do not expect. Highly recommended for those who love Italian food and try something special.

Italian restaurant. Possibility to eat outside (on the street side). Aperitif has just been served and the food is already being brought. The main course (£32.5) apparently does not include pasta/potatoes… Food is tasty but I have eaten better. Price/quality I think it is too expensive. The menu includes an Aperol for £8 (+15% service) with the aperitif. Apparently it is only the Aperol itself, for an Aperol spritz (on account “Santoni Sprizt) you are charged £12.95 + 15% SVC. I kindly made a comment about it at checkout and immediately received a very short and very unfriendly answer and was immediately sent away. A very bitter aftertaste. Not recommended.

The food was delicious. We went for the pizza as we had heard that it's one of the best pizza restaurants in London and they didn't disappoint. We were also impressed by the service, the staff were so attentive to our needs. I highly recommend it.

We 'discovered' this restaurant when walking the river bank looking for a place to eat. This hidden gem is close to the river but worth the small walk. The atmosphere is excellent, the customer service was great, and the food was excellent. Our table was in the basement and it was a nice, interesting, experience. The pasta was amazing!

I personally believe Over is one of the best italian restaurants around London Bridge. The ambience is really nice and relaxing, service done by smile and kind people and pushy at all (it was Thursday though) and the food... italian ingredient coming from Italy (and you can taste it) perfectly cooked. Pizza is just amazing, very tasty, and easy to digest. I have been a customer in Over since the beginning, and I will keep being one as the quality is superb

2023: 5 stars. Parmigiana di Melanzane was delicious, and the pizza was a masterpiece. We will come back! Edit: 3 stars. We came back. Unfortunately after a year the quality of the pizza has greatly decreased. By all means, it's still a good pizza, just not what it was a year ago.

Top pizza. Better than in many places in Italy

I had a wonderful meal here. I had the arancini starter, which was fresh and savory. For my main I had the Raviolo Amalfitano, which included lemon zest and noticeably very fresh ricotta cheese. It was delicious and I could have have eaten two of those plates. Service was attentive and friendly. I sat outside, and my waiter proactively turned up the heating lamps when he noticed it was getting a bit chilly.

If you are in the area...try this place....the pizzas are excellent...for the prices...they are in the London average...a margherita is £14...a icnusa of £33 is £6.50...unfortunately this is London!!!!

Good service. Good ambiance albeit gloomy in the basement. Over priced and only slightly above average food. One starter was served way later than everyone else.

High price, small portion, hardly any veg options, slice pizza on your own (they will help by giving a sharp knife, and expect my 12 year old to cut the whole pizza into slices by himself) Taste was ok, but will not go again. Not a good value and sitting in clostrophobic basement paying high price with mediocre service is not my priority.

Totally recommendable: a small, very pleasant, charming restaurant. Great service, fast and professional and very delicious food!!

Best Italian food I’ve ever tasted!

The place was very cold, the pizza was ok but salty, and the gnocchi pasta made my partner sick!

I happened to be passing by and found that the brought market store had already closed at night. There were so many people making reservations at the restaurant next to it that the waiting time was very long. I happened to walk towards the London Eye and discovered this hidden restaurant. In fact, there are a lot of people in the restaurant itself. It happens that two people can sit on the high table on the side. They eat without high expectations and find that the quality of the handmade pasta and pizza provided by the store is very high. His handmade pasta has a lot of choices and rich flavors. The one we chose has a fresh taste, with a very good blend of tomatoes and spiciness. The quality of the handmade pasta is smoky and chewy without being too hard. As for the pizza, the seasonings and the texture of the pizza match just right. The waiters in the restaurant are very friendly, don't charge extra, and have plenty of smiles. This is a rare British experience. Because of this experience, I especially wanted to see if there were other delicious handmade pastas in London, but I found that the restaurants rated higher by it may also be of lower quality and are worth recommending!

A long weekend in London at the Novotel London Bridge, well received in the second part of the evening in this Italian restaurant. Upscale cuisine, attentive staff, cozy setting and normal prices for London…

In addition to the extremely delicious food, all the waitresses and waiters were also super nice and accommodating. We felt really comfortable!! 😊

Was traveling alone for work and had the pleasure of dining here. The food was lovely but the service was outstanding. Delightful staff and a perfect balance of attentiveness and space. Very good menu selection, some nice wine choices.

Small venue in the flat Iron Building in the Southwark district. Personally a mediocre experience. Excellent service, acceptable decor and atmosphere but still accompany the dinner excellently. I can't say otherwise for the food, modestly topped gourmet pizza and above all an extremely overpriced one for the place. €38 for half a starter, a pizza and a coffee. I wouldn't repeat the experience.

Exceptional service and great drinks.

The food was tasty enough, just really very very expensive. I know we're in London, but the pasta was nothing special for £24 it was essentially bolognaise, no real depth of flavour and the pasta wasn't listed as homemade either. There calzone was very nice, extremely gloopy, but I think that is normal. Pleasant people, service a tad slow and I hate service charge being added automatically, but that's a pet peeve

They say it's the sea water they use for the crust, but I'm convinced someone sold their soul to achieve this level of magical perfection. Great chew, great texture, great flavour. In Canadian terms, it's the Gordie Howe hatrick of pizza crust. Stick taps all around.

We needed a break from hectic London and thought pizza would satisfy our anxiety. Though we hadn’t left the city, the atmosphere inside was calming - candlelit tables and good music at a comfortable volume. I mean, who uses candles anymore? Fantastic! The hospitality was accommodating, but not rushing even though it was the end of their night. We started with a zucchini flower stuffed with what I can only describe as a ricotta anchovy mousse. We ordered 2 pies, the first Tropea that reminded me of a puttanesca sauce with tuna - that is one of the top 3 pizza we have ever had, and the second Delicata was so good. Perfect crust and attention to ingredients. We feel fortunate to have experienced ‘O ver.

Really great food! Kiara, ‘O Ver’s manager greets you with the biggest smile and kindest heart. We enjoyed a glass of wine outside while we waited for a table. Kiara was so attentive and kind. We ate downstairs, which is lovely and a very comfortable space- well done ‘O Ver! Fia, our server knows her menu well and was ready with suggestions and answers to our questions. Kiara & Fia are exceptional and make this restaurant a winner!! The raviolo with Sorrento lemon essence was extraordinary as was the fusilli with sausage. Pizzas are perfection!! The weaknesses? The size of the wine pours were very small, VERY small! I had 4 ‘glasses’ of a lovely Italian white and I believe all 4 might equal a 1/2 bottle! The same goes for my husband’s red wine pours. I suggest you save $$ and order a bottle! You are to order all food at once. This is fine but our main course showed up 1/2 way through our starters. Fia very kindly sent the mains away until we were ready. They were freshly made and presented when we were ready but it made for an uncomfortable moment. The service staff was overwhelmed with the busy customers tonight. Perhaps some complimentary wine during the long waits would’ve helped? Long waits but great food. 3 hours for a simple appetizer and one course meal. All in all, very, very good food, great atmosphere and lovely Kiara & Fia!

Shiva from the bar is A SUPER bar man and made me (on my own ) feel so comfortable and safe.... Chatted to me all night and was a what we call a "good bar man" back home... I'm Irish xx

Ordered online through one of the major delivery services - some confusion with the delivery (not the fault of the restaurant at all) - O'ver went above and beyond to rectify - superb customer service and top notch food - really appreciated guys!

In this place we found excellent food, light and digestible pizza dough, helpful, affectionate and competent staff, a welcoming place. We had a great time!

Disappointing! This place prizes aesthetic over taste unfortunately especially in the pasta department, the pizzas looked ok. The only good thing was the nice waiter who took our order, who was very polite.

We have been coming to this delightful restaurant for a few years both before and after participating in the London Landmarks Half Marathon. It is encouraging to see the same staff each visit which is unusual in the hospitality sector these days. The food is always lovely as is the service. The prices are reasonable for the area. The wine menu is probably a little more restricted than previously and a little pricey but they do have a good selection of wines by the glass so you can try before you buy. It was wonderful to see Fia and Chiarra again plus Soli this visit. If we survive a rather blustery half marathon in the morning we will be back for some pizza in the afternoon!

Very good family evening in this restaurant last night and in particular thanks to the waitress, Fia, who took care of us. She is very professional, responsive and knows how to be supportive with these clients. The atmosphere and quality are there but it is clearly the quality of Fia’s service that deserves a 6 star!

Very rich! Very good service and delicious food

Nothing bad can be said about this Italian restaurant. They have daily specials, excellent wood fired pizza. Lovely pasta dishes and a very nice variety of starters. The restaurant is small, so make a reservation. BUT!!! As small as the restaurant is, it isn’t noisy at all. The wait staff is knowledgeable about the cuisine. The dough for the pizza crust is made with sea water. (And no, they don’t bring a bucket back from the Thames everyday.) 🤓 There is zero parking close. So take a taxi or Uber or hey, why not walk. The prices aren’t bad at all. Check out the menu, but do not leave London without trying this pizza or pasta.

Came here for dinner with family and had a fantastic experience. They had no high chair but the gentleman offered to go grab one from the restaurant next door. They were so accommodating to us and weresuper kind throughout! The pizzas were delicious!!! Will come back another day to try other things on the menu!
