We ordered a take away from this delightful restaurant. The food was really superb however the portion sizes were a bit on the small side!

The service, staff, and atmosphere are excellent, but unfortunately, the food didn’t meet expectations. It’s quite pricey and doesn’t feel like authentic Thai cuisine, making it not worth the money spent.

Nusara delivered to us on NYE. They mistakenly sent us an incorrect dish, however how they made up for it on one of the busiest nights of the year is next level. Not only did they replace the incorrect dish with the correct one, they also cooked the entire order again as to allow me and my wife to have hot food at the same time. They also sent one of their waitresses to deliver the food direct, bypassing Deliveroos lack of drivers. Absolutely faultless, food is great, and customer service above and beyond. Have booked in to visit again this month.

My company held our Christmas party here yesterday. I must say the food was amazing, the staff were exceptional. Nusara is by far the best venue we have used In the past 30 years. Thank you to all your staff, we will be back.

Nusara offers some really nice food. The service is always really good too. I think the price is also quite reasonable as the quality is great. Worth a visit, I also highly reccomend their Pad Thai.

4 went for dinner, decided to share small plates as they all looked delicious. Ordered 12 small plates between us which was plenty. The ribs and beef dishes were my favourite and so tender. Prawns were huge and the springrolls particularly tasty as were the thai fishcakes. I would definately go again. 4 beers, 1 coke lge glass of wine and 12 dishes came to £177 which included £16 service charge which was optional. The girls that served us were lovely and very helpful when choosing our dishes so really didn't mind the £4 each service charge. Atmosphere was pumping for a Wednesday night which speaks volumes and the interior design tasteful & elegant.

Me and my wife entered the restaurant yesterday. I could see that there were empty tables and some tables with people at them. We stood at the entrance and one of the staff kept moving back and forward and no body said anything to us. My wife went to talk to the women behind the bar and she said “we’re busy”, no just give us a moment. Really rude and this is something they need to grow in, being polite. I would highly suggest to the staff working there. Please be kind to everyone.

The food is really nice. The chili broccoli was too sweet for us, hoped it would have a bit of a kick with it. Agree with other comment about tables for two being too small for the plates. Only issue, there was a 12% service charge added for only 2 people. I get adding it for more than 6 people, but for 2, we both found it wrong. I know it can be removed, but we only noticed it after we paid - and left a 10% tip.

This place has really nice food, lots of delish options, my favorite is the Chicken Penang, but we've tried quite a variety! Good service, good atmosphere.

My family treated me on Father's Day, and this fantastic restaurant never fails to deliver sumptuous food and drinks. The service, as always, was excellent and attentive. I am looking forward to our next visit and to trying something new from the menu.

It was our first visit to this restaurant, which had been highly recommended. On arrival, the restaurant was fairly quiet. We were shown to a corner table facing a wall with a black partition to one side. We asked to be moved, which we were. Before we sat down, we were asked if there were any allergies, we said no and asked if we wanted prawn crackers. We had just sat down, and the crackers were there. We were not offered any drinks at this stage. We asked for the wine list. The wine came and was lovely. We ordered our started and main course, and the starter was on the table in no time at all. They tried to clear our table before we had finished our starters. When we had finished the starters, I asked if we could have 10 minutes before the main course. A few minutes later, the food arrived. The food was very good. As the restaurant filled up, it was extremely noisy, to the extent I had to take off my hearing aids. There was little time for conversation, we felt rushed from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The staff were very young and inexperienced. The food was very good, but we will not be returning to this restaurant.

Went for weekday lunch. Nice options on the set lunch menu (2 courses for £15), but we didn’t fancy it so chose off the main menu - green curry with prawns and massaman lamb shank. Both cooked to perfection. Fragrant and lovely flavours. It was our first time here. Very nice decor and atmosphere inside. Nice spaces outside to sit too with umbrellas for shade. Service was brilliant. Lovely friendly staff, especially Ash! We look forward to returning and trying more delicious food.

Wow! What a place! The food blew our minds. It was the best food I ever had. Starting from the starter and main was top tier. Some amazing skilled Chefs work there.

First time dining at Nusara and thoroughly enjoyed the food, and would especially commend the service. We were served by Ash who was particularly charming and helpful with a vegetarian and a dairy free diet. Absolutely recommended.

Great friendly service, table/chair and seating arrangement of low quality. I ordered the roast duck but it was like eating a bowl of sugar… far too sweet and I couldn’t continue eating it.

Love the place although becoming overpriced. Spent the evening watching men not knowing that their toilet is downstairs. Toilets need to be clearly labelled!

Came here for a Mother's Day dinner and it firmly secured my spot as the favourite child. Food is next level, the colours, the taste, the presentation and not to mention the service from Ash was the perfect level of attentive mixed with a fun & bubbly personality. This is a delightful hidden away restaurant. Food is authentic and very good across a number of options. Staff very attendant and pleasant. Good ambience with a few round tables too! Value satisfactory (I never say good tbf). Recommend this place!

This was my first visit and I have to say it was a delightful experience. The standard of hosting, the ambience and the food did not disappoint and were all of high standard. In addition to this the food was authentic with a very good menu of options. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Finally went to this restaurant last Saturday - previously only had Takeaways! It has a lovely atmosphere, staff are great, very friendly , providing excellent service. The food was delicious, there was four us and we ordered a few starters to share and all of us had different mains - excellent.

Really disappointed. Visit or order from this restaurant several times a month and they encourage takeaways. Called tonight to place an order and they are too busy to take orders for takeaways. Told yo call back in an hour which I did and was then told yo call back after another hour. Appalling service. Not great when you invited friends over for a Thai takeaway and have recommended the restaurant to everyone in the village.

Showed up here for lunch. Place was a bit dead to start but quickly started to fill. The lunch deal is great value. Delicious food and great service. Entrees were on the spicy side for my mum and wife, but I enjoyed the challenge.

Very disappointing takeaway and overpriced for what you get! Because of good reviews I ordered prawn thad Thai. Not all worth £16. Didn’t taste Thai but more like a pasta dish. Will not be returning

We visited as a couple recently, the restaurant is beautiful and the food was simply delicious. Staff great and very attentive. Warning to others...the table next to us did get curtly told they had 5 mins left of their 90 min slot so drink up!...

Ordered take away and fancied spending the extra money to have Nusara over other local Thai restaurants. The portion sizes are absolutely disgraceful. I'm all for quality over quantity but I feel like I've just been robbed. Twice the price for half the amount of food from anywhere else locally. The food was nice but no where near worth the money.

Having eaten in Thai restaurants before I was looking forward to the experience, ethnic atmosphere,Thai music at a pleasant volume in the background. What my party got was anything but. The music was loud western country rock and although asked to be turned down was not. The food was good and the service fine, but conversation had to be so loud to be heard it became tiring. Such a shame.

The food is fabulous. Nice selection of cocktails at sensible prices, really well presented too. The menu choice is good, not lots of pages of random dishes, but a good selection of great Thai dishes. My only minor negative is the tables for 2 are very small, so when you order multiple dishes and wine that had to sit in a cooler on your table you have very little room left. We will visit again for sure...

Great food and really friendly service, but... Not wanting to sound too Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen but the place is in desperate need of some soft furnishings. It is so hard to hear in this place with all the hard surfaces bouncing the noise around. Having a conversation over a lovely meal was almost impossible.

The restaurant was near our hotel, in the town centre, but tucked away. It was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but very busy the rest of the week, so might be best to book. Staff were friendly and efficient and food looked and tasted great.

Went Friday evening. With allergies, eating out is often tricky. The staff at Nusara were absolutely amazing! They provide an allergy menu, which you can see in advance if you call up. We recently discovered Nusara after not realising it had been open in the courtyard since August last year and thought we would check it out. So glad we did! The food was amazing, some of the best Thai food we have had in a long time, would highly recommend the ground chicken salad parcels starter. Service was great, food was quick to come and the atmosphere was great upstairs. Will definitely be coming here again. Now one of our new favourite places to eat in Wimborne.
