Friendly, good lighting, great ambience, comfortable, quiet enough for easy conversation. Very good service, enough but not intrusive. Excellent food, (generous portions too). We were a party of eight, everyone very happy. Although I don't live in London, will go again when opportunity arises

I recently visited this establishment to celebrate my sister's birthday, and I can vehemently say that this was one of the finest dining experiences I have had in recent years. Dina, the waitress who served us, was extremely attentive and kind, and had a good sense of humour too. The food was nothing short of sensational and the atmosphere is as peaceful as one could ask for. A visit is highly recommended

I recently dined at this restaurant with a couple of friends. While our waiter was undoubtedly friendly, the excessive talking became rather overwhelming and sometimes annoying. Moving on to the food, the Chicken Shawarma we ordered had a pink colour and a rancid smell, known as "Zinikh" in Arabic. Although we informed the waiter, the manager's response was disappointing. Instead of addressing the concern, he defended the chef and offered a dessert we declined. He noticed we couldn’t eat the food. It looked absolutely nothing like Shawarma which I was really looking forward to. Regrettably, the manager's approach did not come across as friendly or professional. The food is very expensive there which we knew anyway but we thought we will give it a try. Overall cost of the meal felt unjustified given the negative aspects of our visit. I’m sure the management is aware that when you visit a restaurant first time and you have a bad experience, you’ll never return and never recommend it. I argue visitors not to judge the food as Middle Eastern food. Thank you,

My family of 10 really enjoyed Noura restaurant - growing up in the middle east we are quite sceptical when we try Lebanese or other Arabic cuisine in London, because its not nearly as good as we expect. BUT Noura has changed that for us , we went through quite a number of their dishes and Loved Every one of them the Kibbe the Hummus the Fries and The Grills all were just really on point the - Oh the Garlic sauce and the Chili sauce was really fantastic - don't get me started on the freshly baked Bread which was Just So delicious - taste wise it was just exceptionally close to what we always desire - the Desserts were also on point the Kunefe was Succulent soft and the Syrup was really well balanced and accompanied it so well the Orange and Rose water was very complimenting. The Staff were accommodating and attentive for all kids preferences and even went above and beyond on certain Requirements - Id Definitely visit the restaurant on multiple occasions in the future to satisfy my Arabic food Cravings ..and Highly recommend a visit at least once because this place surely does not dissapoint

I recently visited Noura with my boyfriend and has family who frequently visit the restaurant for delicious meals. I was blown away by the whole experience, the food was plentiful and so yummy - I LOVED everything I ate! Hat's off to the chef! The venue was also pristine, clean and had fab interactive decor. The staff were really fabulous - super friendly and it's clear they know their stuff and are amazingly hospitable. Will hopefully be returning again soon to enjoy some more delicious treats and great hospitality.

A lovely spacious dining room, a warm welcome when we arrived. Quick service, good food, nice wine. Overall excellent and we will be back - especially in the warmer weather to sit in their open air courtyard.

After standing on the terrace at Kingsmeadow watching Chelsea women winning a match in the cold, it was great to enjoy a light meal. We were at an unpopular time (4pm on a Sunday), so it wasn't exactly full, but I'll bet it was later. Great and informed service!

To be honest, I did not find an alternative to this restaurant. I came a month and a half ago and had a wonderful reception from the staff and the chef sitting at the table. The food was wonderful and clean. I came today and the food tastes the same and delicious. The grills are very good and the yellow rice is. I recommend visiting this restaurant and I thank the staff and the chef for the good food 👍👍👍 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

10/10. Without a doubt one of the best and most authentic Lebanese restaurants in London. Service by Maunir was incredible. He was so helpful and patient. The menu has so many great options, every single dish was delicious and flavourful. They make everything in house, even the dessert (which was also amazing) thank you for having us we will definitely be back!

We often order from Noura restaurant and we are never disappointed by the quality of the food, and I have recently had my little one’s first birthday in Noura restaurant. The food was delicious and the set menu price was appropriately priced. The terrace hall that we rented was very cozy and served as a beautiful menu. The staff were absolutely lovely and they were very kind and polite with everyone. This restaurant is a 100% recommend from us!

We always have a wonderful experience at Noura. Mounir was taking care of us today and was friendly, attentive and welcoming. The chicken in the lunch special was outstanding, tender and moist with fresh garlic sauce. Delicious!

Decided to test out a local restaurant and had an experience I won’t forget. The food was to die for with a range of different excellent dishes. To top it off the homemade ice cream was exquisite. I would 100% recommend.

Great quality food that you can tell is fresh and made with care. Went with friends and family and everyone loved it! The service was outstanding, even though there was a wedding party or something going on at the same time. Mounir was particularly helpful and friendly, making sure we were all satisfied with the food and any other questions. We visit this place regularly and I only gave five stars because thats the highest rating I could give...

Noura is basically a little gem in New Malden. Hidden in a quiet neighbourhood it's a pleasure to visit. It has a completely separate section that can be hired for private functions which accommodates some 50 guests. The restaurant itself is quiet, welcoming and beautifully decorated, great for smaller gatherings or a family meal. There's a good number of parking spaces across the street. We live locally so we go to Noura every 2-3 months and it's always been a great experience. Mounier, one of the waiters, is usually there to greet us with his professional and friendly personality. A family favourite is the lamb shank, cooked to perfection, it melts in your mouth. The complimentary flat bread, freshly baked in the premises and served hot is simply wonderful. The size of the portions is very good, service is fast, we've never had to wait long for the food to arrive. Last time we were there it was Monday of October half term. It wasn't busy at all, which was lovely. The quality of the food and drinks never disappoints. Warmly recommend it!

We had a lovely meal for 16 people for a birthday party, and they accommodated us really well. The atmosphere was great and the staff were lovely. We could see them making some of the food with the open window which was great and one of the chefs even came out to give all the kids a little hat. Ordered the Family Grill which was for 4 people but could have probably filled 5/6 people's bellies!

Odd one out, food 3 stars service 4 stars. Have had plenty of Jordanian and Lebanese wine but this bottle is just not worth the money. Starters were OK, prawns good size portion, mains failed to deliver, rice was tasteless, chicken dry and equally lacking as was the lamb. The pizza was ok but the cheese too salty. Overall disappointing given the five star reviews. Decor, could be anywhere, bland. Waited a few weeks before writing the review. Sorry guys, maybe Monday night best avoided?

Really good food, great service and an awesome experience with Halal food. We had the Beiruity Hummus with just baked fresh bread. The prawns, parcels of food, Arayees and salad were very good. Would highly recommend.

I would strongly recommend you visit Noura for their fairly sized portions of high quality food. I ordered the super brightly flavored calamari and tried some juicy, tender lamb from my mom’s plate, and beautiful, charred chicken from my dad’s. Even the roti served to us before the main course was excellent. I have a massive sweet tooth so the ice cream was my favorite part. Our server, Munir, took my family’s picture for us and was very patient amid our indecisiveness. He helped push my grandmother in her wheelchair outside down the ramp in the back end of the store and made sure we were all okay on our way out. Every time he spoke to us he had a huge smile on his face and was nothing but cordial. The place is super inviting with it’s cute decorations but the staff really solidify the friendly atmosphere. Definitely worth it to stop by.

This was our first time eating at Noura - we went to celebrate my sister’s graduation and we were pleasantly surprised at how welcoming & spot on the service was! We’d never had Lebanese food before and it was soo delicious, fro Starters, main to dessert! When the staff found out that we were celebrating my sister graduating, we were treated to complimentary Prosecco & dessert which was really thoughtful and such a lovely touch. Highly recommend this place!

I’m a big fan of Lebanese food, but I was stunned by the high quality of the freshly made meals, from starters, to mains to desert! All authentic, home made and full of flavour! I felt as though this was the first time I had really tasted Lebanese cuisine! This was our first visit, for date night. We asked to move seats, as we are sitting close to a very bubbly group of women. The staff made us feel so at home, nothing was too much trouble! Munir provided service with a smile from beginning to end, and because of this, we will surely make this a family local/regular! Thanks so much for a wonderful night!

One of the best Lebanese restaurants I have been to in the UK. The food is delicious cooked to perfection not a single complaint even from the fussiest eaters. They make fresh bread straight out of the oven and the smell is amazing, the bbq meats are delicious. I highly recommend. The atmosphere was lovely.
