"I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the behavior of the employee Zakaria during all my visits to this place. His actions were inappropriate and disrespectful, showing clear racism and a lack of respect for customers. He works in a field that requires politeness and good customer service, but he displayed the exact opposite. His behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional, and he seemed intent on creating problems for some specific reason. Based on this negative experience, I strongly advise against dealing with this person to avoid any issues

For tge 1st time in my life in the UK ive eaten a rea kabab without any spice spicy like indian people do it . I really like the dinner was very delicious . I thank all the staff who were very kind and profesional team especially the marrocan and the eguptian guys . This 2 have excellent custumer service . Felt like im in my country . I recommand this restaurant highly and of course it will be my favorite in kingston . I will come everytime i go there. Wish them al the best

What an amazing experience we visited chick & chick for a friends birthday on saturday and the staff were absolutely amazing the food was brilliant and the atmosphere was amazing too will definitely be going again and recommend to friends and family

My fiancé and I fancied a very quick bite, whilst in Kingston and we stumbled across Chick & Chick, and I have to say this is our new lunch spot in Kingston. We ordered one falafel wrap and one haloumi wrap and I cannot tell you how good and fresh this tasted. Fantastic food, keep it up!

Good quality food and fairly priced

I ordered a lamb shawama meal for lunch. There was plenty of delicious meat. The sauce was a perfect match with the meat and bread. The potato chips were hot and crispy. Very good! 👍

Worst service I've ever experienced. After ordering lunch, they brought the dishes to everyone but me. After 40 minutes, when everyone had already eaten, they still hadn't brought me anything. They just said the chef forgot about my order, but don't worry, he's already started cooking. After 15 minutes I still hadn't received anything. When I asked for the bill, I was told it was almost ready and offered to take it with me. I sat in this cafeteria for over an hour to take my lunch with me? Are you serious?

I have ordered a shawarma meal as a takeaway. There was no bread, no fork, no spoon. The test is not bad, but I couldn't eat just a little peace of bread like on bite. The chips are good. Price 15 pounds

I had the best dining experience today I can remember! 😊… I ordered the mixed platter for one and it was absolutely delicious 😋. Watching my chicken and lamb kebabs being prepared over hot coal was incredible and the smell of the spices used was simply mouth watering. The afternoon was topped off with the staff preparing a surprise “Happy Birthday” dessert for me and playing “Happy Birthday” on their wall TV and even singing it too. Excellent food and at a very reasonable price (when you consider the preparation that has gone into it 😉)… I cannot fault this restaurant and if you enjoy authentic Lebanese cuisine 🇱🇧, then you must try Chick & Chick 👌.

MO IS THE BEST! not only does he supply shisha concoctions but he also makes you feel at home. the food is also delicious and definitely get the Moroccan tea because it’s SO delicious. thank you for the good evening, we will be coming back !! if you want to try Sisha this is the place to do it, a very welcoming atmosphere and everything nicely explained. i would say salad was slightly too tangy for me, but overall it’s minor.

We got sent wrong item. Instead of Charcoal Chicken Whole with Rice, we got a wrap soiled with hummus and salad juices (which we looked up and seems to be Combo Special Wrap, which is also a cheaper item). Not an appetising view and juice soiled portions of the wrap and the chicken wings were not delightful to consume.

Amazing experience, the food was absolutely delicious and the mood was great with great music and a really nice ambience. We had shisha and it was the best shisha I’ve had. We had a double apple and mix made by the managers recommendation which was great (very experienced staff). All in all I’m definitely coming back and I would recommend it to all family and friends.

Very polite staff and their shaorma is an absolute delight. They always go an extra mile to accommodate their customers which also includes the background music and the different menu choices, so I'll be happy to come here every day for lunch when I happen to be in the area!

Quite a nice restaurant and there is Outdoor sitting area. You can do shisha there too. We had a lunch deal which is £6.5. - they don’t normally give you lamb but they gave one of us one. It was nice but there is better one nearby with bigger portion and salad. We enjoy the take out lunch. Recommended.
