Can you leave a minus review?? People don't waste your hard earned money ordered at 6.20pm tonight waited an hour and half for the food to arrive stone cold. Rang up to tell them to be told they would send the driver to collect the food and they would do a fresh order sat waiting over an hour again for fresh food not arrived tried to ring the shop to see where it is for nobody to answer piss take don't bother.

Order value 16 pounds on just eat for collection. Arrived at the shop 10 minutes after i received confirmation on just eat that my order is ready. At arrival i was completely ignored by staff until i asked them i arrived to pick it up. Nobody seemed to speak English language so I was left waiting another 10 minutes being completely ignored when i was the only costumer in the shop. I left and asked for refund from just eat. I was called an hour later that my order is ready for collection but refused to pick it up anymore since were already nearly 2 hours since i placed the order. Just eat won’t refund me because it’s a collection that i missed. Careful guys, to be avoided. I am losing 16 pounds but will never order from them again and will permanently delete my just eat account.

What an absolute joke of a restaurant, honestly don't order frm here. Waited over an hour for my food when I specifically said no sauce. My lamb shish turned up drenched in chilly when I'm allergic to it. I called them and they said nowt can do and then put me on hold to end it 5 minutes later. When now trying to phone back they have closed. worst place I've ever been to by far. Don't waste your money here.

So unprofessional, speak in their native language infront of customers, yelling in the kitchen. The place is long overdue a deep clean. The grill looks dirty and is stuck with old grease, floors look like they like they haven’t been cleaned in ages. I usually order online, but today I thought I would go in and see where I have been getting my food from. Not impressed, seating area is disorganised and full of unpacked stock.0/10, would not recommend

Regularly ordered here through just eat. Placed an order and 20 minutes after they confirmed it, it was cancelled without explanation. I ring them three times with no answer, on the fourth attempt the woman rudely said that I live too far away didn’t even apologise, despite me ordering from here regularly to where I live. They also remained on just eat after this, very unprofessional. From reading their reviews, they are very rude to anyone who has criticism and accuse customers of lying, luckily I have screenshots of evidence. But I won’t ever be ordering again.

Read all reviews, not just Google* I'll be an honest reviewer, their food is absolutely beautiful, full of flavour and great portion sizes. However, their customer service skills are absolutely disgusting, and their behaviour is even worse. On the 14th December 2024, me and my partner ordered via Just Eat and never received our order. We tried calling numerous times and no response, I sent messages via Facebook group and they ignored me, so we rightly left negative feedback and requested money back via Just Eat. Their response, which I urged all people to go and view was “Food was delivered and we have proof, don't lie” and that wasn't just to us. I finally got a response via Facebook Where they continued to call me a liar. Their evidence was a ticket saying it was dispatched! My evidence that it wasn't delivered was continuous 24 hour CCTV and Ring Doorbell. After sending them my CCTV footage, they then just flat out ignored me because they knew they were wrong. I believe they would have improved their service after the helpful advice I gave them which is treating customers well, and investigating issues as just because you dispatch something, doesn't mean the driver is delivering which I'm sure everyone will agree with as it happens quite a lot be it major business like Amazon or take away businesses! Nobody is exempt. No! The feedback via just eat is just as bad as before with more people not receiving orders, and one person claiming he received but food was cold which they responded, “Our phones ain't working properly and we sent order and you received it” no mention of the customers issue! Or my favourite one where someone put a one star and Nosh replied “Why, because we send extra food” Nosh! As a customer, I am disgusted with how you continue alienating the customers! Without us customers, you have NO business and the first rule of running any business within the catering industry is don't piss off your customers. I myself will NOT be ordering from you ever again! Period! Based solely on the fact how rude you guys/girls are at that place. If you continue on this path, you will lose more and more custom, ultimately closing down. You are not the only local take away outlet. I will happily remove this review if you and prove you are improving your customer service. Great food, best around! But let down by poor and rude customer service.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered last night on just eat. After a hour from being sent out for delivery notification tried calling them multiple times no answer and mail box full. Sent a text message just eat no response. Left negative feedback as another customer put a review last night having same problem as us. It then changed to been delivered when it hadn't and can prove this with CCTV. Then did a money request to get my money back. Just eat confirmed been multiple issues. Then they had the cheek to reply saying your order has been delivered your a lier!!. Absolutely disgusting humans and doing it to another customer aswell as us. Don't deserve a business especially calling us liars. Disgraceful

Nosh is our go to takeaway in Doncaster, the food is excellent and you receive good sized portions… the lady behind the counter is always so nice, welcoming and friendly. We have over the last year ordered most of dishes on the menu and have never been disappointed with the presentation or quality, not to mention good value for money. We never order online preferring to just turn up at the counter,order and wait which could be 10 minutes or up to 25 minutes before the food of choice is ready but we don’t mind. All in all I would not hesitate in recommending Nosh to anyone so please at least give it a try

Ordered at 8pm, food arrived at 5 past 10.. was told on the phone at 9pm that it was only just being boxed up, 5 mins after the delivery time was supposed to be. Tried to call again but was cut off then just engaged for the next hour. When it finally arrived it was clear it was boxed up an hour ago. the chips were cold and tasted stale and the mixed kebab was basically donner meat with a few bits of weird rubbery kofte, pulled chicken (not shish) and a few tiny little cubes of burnt lamb that I think were supposed to be lamb shish. Kebab also half cold, a plain garlic bread ordered came with cheese on and also cold. Will never go back here again. Worst experience I’ve had from a takeaway

I ordered my food at 10 past 11 and it’s now arrived at 1:15 then to open it and it wasn’t my order had to wait longer for driver to come back and when he did bring my food it was cold no heat at all I will never eat from here again Doncaster needs some good takeaway. all of takeaway in Donny are shocking

I always like to try a place a few times before I leave a review to make sure I haven’t struck lucky then start getting bad meals or that I’ve not caught somewhere on a bad day when usually they would be good. So I enjoyed my first meal and so started ordering from here whenever we wanted a takeaway and can honestly say every meal we have ordered has been really lovely. Today we had family round and put a big order in, 9 meals in total and every single one was enjoyed! That doner burger is to only be ordered for big appetites because woooowww! My favourite has to be a simple mixed kebab with salad and rice though! Lovely food and friendly service over the phone too! Will now continue to order from here for future takeaways! Highly recommended

Absolutely awful!!! I ordered from here on Saturday night through Uber eats, was told there was a 40 min wait for deliveries. 2 hours later and I was still waiting. Called the restaurant which was engaged for ages then got through to a woman who said the driver would be about 20 mins. After 20 mins still no food it was 3 hours in total before I got my food and when it finally came it was salty as hell and the chips were cold. The woman at the restaurant was very apologetic and told me she would send me the same again tomorrow night for free as an apology and throw in some cake too. Guess what? It never arrived, I will definitely not be ordering from here again it was my first time and my last. Clearly not reliable and the quality wasn't worth the wait!

We come here a lot as it’s close to work. Staff always really friendly and welcoming. The food, is great and reasonably priced, and I reckon it’s the best pizza in Doncaster. Never gone wrong here.

Nosh Doncaster is by far the worst take away I have had in a very long time , hardly any toppings , both pizzas was different but tasted the same, when I spoke to the woman on the phone she was the rudest person in that line of work I have spoken to , the woman’s reply to the the lack of any flavour or toppings ( you got what you paid for) I then perked up and said I would like a refund I don’t even want to stomach this , the reply was you can try but we will just refuse it !! never again

I have ordered regularly from nosh street food and have not had any issues until recently. My daughter and I ordered kebabs and when they arrived (late) the chicken was pink and raw in the centre. We contacted nosh and they said that it was not raw and was just the marinade? It was definitely not cooked. We decided to give them another chance as I understand sometimes mistakes happen but once again after late delivery (took an hour and 30 minutes from time of order) the delivery driver told me that he had delivered my food to the wrong house but would go and get it and be back in 10 minutes, I explained that this was not acceptable as I did not want food that had been in someone else’s house that I don’t know and did not want my order. I have had no contact from nosh and neither have I even had an apology! Needless to say I will not be ordering from here again!

Went here after a day out in Doncaster as my was Iftari time. Went for the grilled family platter. A bit of a wait as everything was being made fresh, and omg. Was worth the wait. The food was very tasty. The lady even gave us a free bottle of Pepsi

Can I rate this 0 stars? I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. Ordered food at 23.20pm and arrived stone cold at 01.03am when we were all in bed trying to sleep and after a refund had tried to be issued, which they declined. They just take your money.

Absolutely horrific. Under new ownership and unfortunately gone down hill massively. Waited over 2 hours, despite the driver being 2 minutes away for over an hour. For context, address is less than 3 minute drive. It arrived cold, incorrect order and inedible some of the things. Manager offered a full refund, which did not materialise, and is now avoiding all contact to process this.

We ordered a takeaway donnor kebab and quarter pounder meal the food was cold and we found black hairs in the food totally disgusting will not order from here

Ordered a takeaway. It arrived 50 minutes late after chasing it up. It was cold, part of the order missing and the kebab ordered with no sauce, was covered in bbq sauce. First and last time using this place.

Even though this place has recently changed hands they’re doing well in keeping things authentic. Ordered a chicken and halloumi burger, with loaded fries (with a drink and dessert for delivery) wasn’t disappointed, freshly cooked, no other place locally that offers the same menu and for me personally it wasn’t all slapped on together, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Pizza quality under new management is affected by quality compromise. Previously they had tremendously qood taste pizza but this is not the case now.

Here from California visiting family and had this place recommended to us. The food was amazing, freshly cooked and piping hot. The staff were really sweet and very accommodating, super polite and helpful, great prices for such large portions. We’ll definitely be back.

I ordered from here on 3/01/24 from the just eat app and it never arrived. I requested a message from the restaurant and emailed just eat but have heard nothing back from either and got no refund. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here😬

Food took over 2 hours to arrive, (common from what I've read) Lady who answers the phone is rude, (again, common if you read the reviews) Food was not hot, and fairly average. Its a risk ordering from here, I wouldn't recommend, take your money elsewhere.

its been 1h30 minutes still no delivery when i live 2 miles away

The 1st and last time we will be ordering from here. We left a note for the delivery driver not to knock on the door as it was a 12:30am delivery and we have sleeping children. The kind request was to call instead so we could quietly collect the order from the side door. The driver thought it was necessary to bang the front door down like an absolute clown. Food was genuinely terrible, bland and of poor quality. The order was missing - no apology. Rang to simply express our disappointment and got nothing but rude service. The lady on the phone thought she was King Kong. Absolute joke of a food establishment can't follow basic instructions so won't ever be ordering from here again. Looking at the other bad reviews, it looks like this is a regular trait from these amateurs

Meals cooked fresh to order and of very good quality - really reasonable prices. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was brilliant. The lady who served us was lovely, I can see why my son loves this place.

Ordered food took about an hour for delivery, then the cheesey chips were not included in what we had. After phone call i was told they would speak to the driver nd get them sent out. After a further 30mins and no food had to reuest refund through the just eat app. Not happy we didn't get a call back or the chips delivered. The food we had got was nice but not much portion wise. The kebbab had very little meat and the Hallumi was very thin. Wouldn't recommend

Recently moved to doncaster, and this is my favourite place the food is a 10/10. My favourite is currently the pizza 🍕 the cheese has a amazing pull to it and the garlic dips are to die for...

Came in tonight to try for first time. Server was so rude. I got served cold chips and cheese (he agreed when checking telmp), asked politely if I could have some fresh warm ones to be told I’d have to wait a long time for them. The staff are so rudeeee I’d never step foot back in there again. And to make matters worse after the visit I’ve checked the food hygiene and to my surprise they have an almighty 1 🤮🤮🤮

1st time bought meal deal 2 consists of 2x med 🍕 and 4 dips and 🍟 for £18 Outcome worth : every penny Taste quality : excellent Service for pickup : excellent For the muslims : Halal Average meal is approx 7-10 each person Small place with few seating arranged No menu to take away as they were finished but took the pics of the menu displayed and he gave me this handout if i want to order online. Parking will be a issue as the road as disable parking plus pay for parking but the time said 8am till 6pm

By far the best takeaway in Doncaster. Amazing selection of food and desserts, great value for money and always on time with delivery. The pizzas are always fresh and I prefer them over Dominoes or Papa Johns. Love this place 5 stars.

Till is so far away from the desk, the guy has misheard our complete order “all salad but no onion” however what I have received is just a bed of onion on top of chicken with no salad in sight! I asked for pitta bread and he said it’s a wrap not pitta, I said no worries that’s fine. So he just gave me neither!! Everything tastes like dirty oil like the chips and wings. Go to another takeaway. Not worth it. Left 70% of all of it. Don’t bother with this place.

Ordered from here twice now the buffalo chicken wings are just amazing. Had a mixed kebab tonight and all the meat is fresh and well flavoured. Think this is the only takeaway that you don’t feel horrible after eating 😂 extra points for the pot of buffalo sauce that’s not even on the menu cause that sauce is just the best. Can’t wait to try a burger next time with a side of wings

Elite level food, never greasy or leaves you feeling heavy and horrible great service, buffalo wings are just stupid good can’t speak highly enough of how clean tasting and nice to look at their food is, all the meat on the special kebab cooked absolutely mint and soft and tasty also went out their way to give us a pot of extra buffalo sauce as you can’t select on menu, foods always hot and delivered in a reasonable time, honestly best takeaway in donny for me hands down the one we just had tonight nobody in my house spoke a word until there was nothing left 😂 elite level tucker
