Great value for money, one of the best chippy around always fresh, I would not go anywhere else

Nice food but the staff are arrogant, they make it mandatory to order sauce on a meal but refuse leave it separate when requested, they could just simply give an option for no sauce, not everyone wants there food soggy and it only takes a little styrofoam cup

we had a mix meat kebab on Friday we had to throw it away it was disgusting jellyfish like texture very very disappointing and a waste of money not happy

First time and absolutely smashed it for me and my wife. Fish is fresh and flaky batter really light even my wife who doesn't eat batter is loving it. Chips are wow as well. The whole package. Thanks

I visited in April, the way they treat and serve their customers is quality and friendly, we had a very tasty visit with fresh fish and daily potatoes. It is right on the corner, easy to reach and easy to park on the road, I recommend it to you.

Had the special today for lunch ,I throughly enjoyed it fish was 😋 good value for money and the lady who served me was lovely too ,will be calling next time I fancy a chippy thank-you

Good service excellent value for money

This is the best Fish and Chip shop in Stoke on Trent. Everything is cooked to perfection. Everyone we know agrees with us, and a few weeks ago we were discussing the subject of chip shops in the pub whe 2 different groups of customers joined in , they all agreed that it's the best.

Love this place. Great food at great prices. I especially love the fish. The staff are nice and friendly.

I pass the Norton Chippy regular, however have never called before. I decided to call for a Fish on Tuesday 17th October 23 I can honestly say it was the Best Fish I can remember having. Absolutely Suberb! Price and size of fish was outstanding! I will definitely be calling again! Thankyou!

OMG, this is a belting chippy, wish I'd known about it sooner as I've struggled for 5 years to find a great chippy here !!!! The fish and chips were delicious, everyone was so friendly, plenty of parking out front so all round highly recommended I for one will definitely be back !!!!!!

To me it's one of two best traditional chip shops in Stoke Trent. The food is out of this world. The staff are really friendly also. I'd highly recommend the place

I know everything gone up. But small chips large sausage. And a chips sausage and gravy. Cost me £10.40. Its hard been a small business I understand but I don't have money to burn myself.

I had a special tonight and the fish was so hard they hid it under the chips and curry will not return.

I paid a fortune tonight for 3 meals all were disgusting portion size a joke think they must count how many chips you get and within 10 mins of eating had to run the loo so did my daughter not good won’t be using again

Always enjoyed food from here until tonight. Large fish usually enough for both of us, was a mini fish in disguise. Half batter covered a hard dried up piece of fish, the rest covered a huge hole with no fish. Batter hard and greasy, ended up in the bin. Ordered chips, none with order (weren't charged for). Ended up with peas and tiny hard piece of fish. Not happy, won't be back.

I wasn't keen on the cod in batter, far too greasy, and overcooked. Sorry, upset my stomach. Chips were OK in portion size, but not as fresh as I would like. The other meal ordered was for my son, no complaints from him as far as I'm aware.

Never again ! The batter on the fish was like rubber!!! Dont know how long it had been cooked for. But never again. !!!!!

Tried to place an order tonight and the woman on the end of the phone was the most rude and horrible person i have ever spoke to food isnt that good to put up with that. One long time customer lost would highly recommend avoid.

Bought a special.. Chips were mushy. Paid extra for gravy and there was hardly any.. Was given 2 mini fish which I thought was strange. Then I found out why. They were hard and dry and inedible.. Should have just bought a small sausage.. Rest of it went in the bin. Wouldn't even let my dog experience it.

Chips look & taste like they've been re fried about 12 times. Battered sausage had hardly any batter on. I really don't understand why people rave about this chip shop it's rank there's not one bit of decent food in the place .

Usually this chippy is the one to go but after tonight with my partner gaining food poisoning from your chicken burger we won't be coming again, let's just say the burgers gone down like a car crash as so did the chip shop.

Normally good but tonight I paid £36 and got home to find half the order was wrong no large chips and the chips we got were not up to the usual standard, shame really Terry and his wife has a good reputation but I think the potato stock this time is poor

If you've never tried here why not!!! It's one of the best fish n chip shops there is in Stoke. Everything always looks lovely and tastes great never had a bad meal ever. Must try it.

Probably the best fish and chip shop in the area. The choice is second to none, the prices very reasonable and the portion size very generous. The specials are an excellent idea (we are particularly fond of the small fish, chips, sausage special that comes with a choice of gravy, peas or curry sauce).

I used Norton chippy for the first time a couple of months ago and could not believe what good value you get not only did you get a lot of food for your money but it was the best fish & chips we have ever had.
