Very poor experience here for lunch today! Soup was boiling hot and served in a red hot bowl! Coffee is from an automatic coffee machine …weak and tasteless! Very disappointing as we had a really nice lunch previously. Has this changed hands???

Went to Ice Cream World and was so excited knowing there were 40 flavours on offer. Came here with my partner. I chose white chocolate, black cherry and amaretti, and toffee and pecan. At £4 for 3 scoops and a waffle cone it is good value for money. All the flavours I had were delicious but I think the black cherry was my favourite especially with the white chocolate. My partner chose different flavours and enjoyed all of his. We told my parents who were on holiday with us and so my dad decided we were going to go again so he and my mum could try the ice creams. Both my parents enjoyed the ice creams, on this occasion I had apricot crumble, and fudge, and another flavour. They were all very good but I preferred my first combination that I had originally, especially the cherry flavour. My partner had blue banana which was good and very bananaery and he also had water melon and ginger, which was unusual but very good. Overall, the ice cream was delicious and I would happily visit again to try some more flavours. I think perhaps the place could be a bit more geared to it being an ice ream world though because really it was ice cream trays behind a counter next to a cafe rather than feeling like a world of ice cream or having any wonder to it.

Car park is chaotic. Customers seemed to dump their cars all over causing double parking and boxing in. Good range of icecream flavours. Had to wait a while to be served due to lack of staff. Maybe somewhere to revisit on a quieter day?

I wanted to treat my daughter after a good school report. They had a great choice of beautiful ice Cream and the young lady behind the counter had a lovely personality and did customer service the way it should be done. We enjoyed our ice cream whilst walking round the garden centre.

This is a great little ice cream shop. Lots of choice and great service with a smile, and very good value for money. I always have an ice cream here when passing.

We popped in last weekend on our way home from Llandudno with high hopes of yummy ice cream but left disappointed, at least two ice creams had hairs in them (one a white hair and one a dark hair animal or human I couldn’t tell you) so we avoided those and pumped for some of the none hairy options. My partner went for creme brûlée but this was the scrapings of the tube so was all chewy and full of ice I went for the forreo rocher which was also full of ice and tasted like chemicals. The lack of choice was also a let down with almost empty tubes filling the freezer unit and nowhere near the 40 choices advertised (our visit was early afternoon) We all left feeling very let down and won’t be returning again

We had a lovely hour looming around the garden centre. We then bought some of their delicious ice cream . (There are so many different flavours, it's hard to decide.) The staff are lovely.

Well... what can I say. This is a fantastic place to experience some absolutely delicious ice cream! On a recent trip to Betws-Y-Coed we drove past Ice Cream World and were hooked by the name! During our week-long stay we visited twice just to experience the variety of flavours! On the first visit, I tried lemon meringue and it was amazing! On the second visit I tried Malteser and Jaffa Cake, and they were a dream too! The staff were friendly and the prices were low too, especially in comparison to prices that are charged in other ice cream parlours within the vicinity. £2.50 for a small waffle cone with two scoops of ice cream was an absolute bargain, and it is only £4 for 3 scoops. What more could you want! This is a hidden treasure that should not be missed on a visit to the local area. It has many different flavours and the ice cream is nicer than that of other local competitors. Will be definitely back on our next visit in the area.

Spotted this little gem on our way to Llandudno . What a fantastic place. Ice cream is amazing and lots of choice. Staff were friendly and happy. Going back again soon to experience some more flavours . My daughter's loved it far better than some of the well known ice creams from the local area. A must for ice cream lovers

I have to say that the ice cream at this newly opened ice cream parlour is just about the best I've ever tried and even better than Parisella's in Conwy. The rum & raisin didn't disappoint but the peanut butter was absolutely amazing. The parlour is located within what was until recently Tal Goed Nurseries but is now North Wales Garden World and is just off the A470 a mile to the south of the village of Glan Conwy. Garden centres aren't the most obvious places to go in search of ice cream so I guess this place qualifies as a genuine hidden gem.

Visited this lovely little garden centre today with my hubbie, sister and brother ( plus 1 very old doggie). Had a lovely lunch, portions were large and lovely, we all struggled to finish our meals. We had already seen the homemade scones and cakes on our way in, so decided to ask for them as a takeaway. The scones were massive and so nice, struggled to eat it 3 hours later. Lemon drizzle cake and Victoria sandwich also got great reviews from the others. The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit to this dog friendly cafe and also to potter around the garden centre, so glad we stopped here.

2 of the main courses were unavailable. The vegetables for the lamb course were unavailable. Alternative vegetables were given which were undercooked and cold. Potato was tasteless and cold . Did mention it to waiter whose response was sorry. £24 for a piece of lamb is unacceptable as I didn't eat the vegetables or potatoes.

Staying overnight in Llandudno a date at Dylan`s and Menai mussels from the outset had always been top of the agenda. Having been unsuccessful in the past in securing a table at their Criccieth restaurant I took the opportunity to make an advance reservation. Arriving with my wife for an early dinner we were warmly welcomed and shown to our reserved window table with its lovely views out to sea. Relaxing in the comfortable seating on the ground floor we ordered aperitifs of a refreshing South African Longbeach chenin blanc and the excellent local Wrexham lager. To start the proceedings we chose seafood chowder (salmon, haddock, king prawns and clams), and plump Anglesey seared scallops. The main course selection being Dylan`s roast chicken Caesar salad and "The House Speciality" fresh Menai mussels, the principal ingredient of the delicious moules mariniere. These sweet and smaller version than the rope grown variety were absolutely first class with no hint of grit. As an accompaniment they were served with sourdough "Pan de Campagne" with a portion of skinny fries as a extra. The food was well prepared, nicely seasoned, visually appetizing, and most important fulfilled our taste expectations. An efficient and quick service from the friendly staff made the occasion even more memorable To conclude, a thoroughly enjoyable meal to complete our stay in Llandudno.
