North Shields in North Tyneside

I asked the girl if they do chippy chips, she's like what's chippy chips, she said yeah and when received them defo wasn't chippy chips. Disappointing.

Curry sauce is far too spicy but other than that nice food!

Pleased to say this is one of THE best takeaways in the whole of N.Shields. I only had a limited opportunity to use their services, as the place was shut until Friday. But their sweet & sour HK style chicken with rice is one of the best I've experienced in many years. I've had very bad experiences with this dish from other outlets (mainly a MSG reaction hours after eating it) which makes it a gamble. Here? No issues at all, having eaten it 3 times in 4 days. The bonus is that you get plenty of food for £7.80 (10x big chicken balls & a decent portion of rice). Strongly recommend, the staff are extremely patient & you don't have to wait very long, especially ringing ahead & allow 10-15mins Worth every one of your 5stars & thank YOU for enabling me to enjoy Chinese takeaway food again..

Don't understand how they never get the order correct. House special arrives with only one meat, or wrong dish entirely.

Good Chinese, Singapore fride rice quite good

Good service, but food is not as good, in my opinion, as some others in the area such as New Spence Terrace. We had the beef in black beam sauce and HK style S&S chicken. Issues...chicken bites not true HK style batter more like what you get on chicken balls. ( I think not freshly made but from the freezer) Veg a bit too raw for my liking. Beef was a little chewy and again veg almost raw.

Superb! Ordered salt and chilli crispy chicken, fried rice and chips with curry sauce. Easily fed both of us, delivery was super quick, the food was tasty and piping hot, love this place!!!!

Honestly the worst Chinese I've had in my life. I ordered about 6 months ago, and it was disgusting, ordered again to see if there was any change and there hasn't been. The chicken is always slimey and chewy, making me worried about if its properly cooked. There are loads of great Chinese places to eat around North shields, this unfortunately is not one in my opinion.

Quite a nice chinese plenty of meat, been here many a time and had a few deliveries. Not impressed today on a collection, delivery guy was quite rude to young girl on counter , no manners whatsoever, quite intimidaring for young girl. Think he needs abit of training on how to talk to people.

Poor quality. Chicken dish didn't contain any breast or leg meat. Was cut from underneath near the bone, tough and tasteless. A pity as we'd been told to expect better

First time I've ordered, fast delivery very happy and food was amazing. Was nice seeing a school friend that I haven't seen since school too.

Quality is good but they recently changed our favorite receipe which was Black Pepper Chicken. Unfortunately they added Chinese curry to the sauce and made the dish taste disgusting. I don't think they deserve a low rating for it but we no longer order that dish and it was our absolute favorite dish from any takeaway. Otherwise the food is great.

Had yet more quality food from here recently, the lass who answers the phone is brilliant !!! My food has been consistently good from here, it tastes so very fresh and is not greasy, delicious. Delivery staff have been good and polite. I have given the menu to friends and encouraged trying this chinese delivery opposed to other ones more local (West Monkseaton) in my opinion it is better value. Keep up the excellent work!!

If you like your Chinese food fresh and made with quality ingredients then this is the place for you. I tried a house special chow mein and was pleased to find they had not added one of those generic sauces that other places do. The meat was tasty and low in fat, vegetables where fresh and had a crunch. I also ordered salt and chilli ribs which were long, loaded with meat and moist. Payment options are limited, so you need to take cash.
