Food was nice but wasn’t hot at all didn’t help the delivery driver was stood at door trying to put the code in for ages before giving me the food in the rain

Ordered a delivery so can't comment on atmosphere...cod chips mush peas and gravy....absolutly beautiful...was not greasy at all and chips were cooked well. Mushy peas and gravy delicious too...my partner had the same and agreed.

The food was very greasy to the point that the wrappers were dripping in fat. We couldn’t eat the onion rings as just too much grease. The chips were only lukewarm too so not somewhere we will return.

Rang the shop after it said it had been delivered at 7.05 I rang at 7.15 as it hadn't arrived... For the lady to say it had just left the shop 30 minutes later it arrived which the shop was already closed took over 2 hours for receive our food...

A lovely young lad brought it very polite, meal was hot , freshley cooked, and beautiful .i bought it for my sister as a treat who is housebound , and she loved it , highly recommended, beautiful meal .fantastic service

Best chip shop in town large cod is massive staff always friendly the owner is spot on also have just spent a fortune on new windscreen and doors looks miles better and still doesnt hike the prices up to pay for it highly recommended you switch to this chippy

The food was warmed up from lunchtime it was cold and a total waste of money normally lovely food but this was the worst from there

Waited over an hour for delivery when it came it was stone cold had to warm it up in air fryer

food here is amazing but they are so busy it's always little late but we now just order for earlier than we would like so when it arrives a bit late it's fine

Food came in 20 mins piping hot and tasted lovely

First time at the shop lovely people food was excellent would definitely call again 👍

Cannot recommend this shop enough my mum get her fish and chips every Friday always on time always makes sure she gets it even when they so busy they always squeeze her in they also always go above and beyond for us as my fiance has allergies to fish so when we go in, he always cooks my partners burger or sausage separate and it’s the only shop in the town that do it for us so I highly recommend this place!!!!!!!!!!

Fish and chips were spot on, really fresh. Would recommend. Bf had pie and pineapple ring the pineapple ring was good however the pie was microwaved and too much salt wouldn't recommend.

Chips were soggy batter on the burger was practically falling off but curry sauce was alr and sausage was nice

I get fish patty and chips at least 3 times a week i call after i finish work. Service is second to none.. Always freshly cooked. While you wait Still hot when i get home. They are the best fish patty i have had.. Also very reasonably priced as well

Having previously used fish bar before was surprised when items were missing, contacted fish bar and was told would redeliver in 5/10 minutes but after waiting 20 minutes items had still not arrived, so do not know about anyone else not prepared to warm up fish and chips whilst we were waiting for missing items. Spoilt our takeaway 😡😡😡

Food always great from here. I usually order Fish Bites which are 4 big chunks of lovely white fish, Spam Fritter, Small Chips and a large Curry Sauce - which is not too sweet or runny like some other chippies. Batter is good, not greasy. Excellent portion size and value for money. Only issue tonight was delivery driver couldn't find my address so food was late, but these things happen. Won't put me off ordering again.
