I think the fish was warmed up after the courier was late picking my order up to deliver, the fish was over cooked, won't be ordering again

from order too delivery was about 80 mins when app stated 50 mins from order courier was waiting rang up too chase it was delivered 10 mins later order was cold was £35 so not cheap

Food was piping hot and really tasty , past delivery an item was unavailable and store called to replace item before sending order out excellent customer service would definitely keep ordering from here

I am very happy with the staff they do alot of me either if I want lunch or has a Scooter delivery driver I know it's the best chippy in town

Food arrived in good time but the fish we couldn’t really eat - really dry with chewy batter which was also really thick. Chips were okay.

Thought I’d try here due to recommendation from a delivery driver last week. Great fish and chips, onion rings are definitely fresh as packing was translucent due to grease. Food was delivered piping hot and by a polite and courteous lady. Great value and portion size.

disappointed there was no bun or cheese with burger.. who the bell wants just a burger on its own

I have never had some much oil drip from a bag of fish and chips the paper was that soaked through the paper was stuck the batter. Absolutely awful.

Chips were good…nothing special. Fish was chewy as if it was sat under a heat lamp for ages. Definitely not fresh

Been coming here for the past 3 years , hands down the best chippy in the town , all the family love it, staff are always smiling and talkative 😃 and the food is great.

Came at the top of the time stated. The delivery driver was friendly and efficient. The food was piping hot and really tasty and surprisingly not too greasy. This takeaway was worth the money and we will probably order again in the future.

Driver spent 7 mins chatting on phone outside my home before knocking on door , meal would be better if hot which it would have been if she got straight out of car ,

Shocking service complete wrong order delivered when I phoned shop was told there’s nothing they can do as it’s the delivery drivers fault and they work for just eat.

Fish delicious and hot. Asked for 6 chips, received thank you. I’m not marking the food down as it was lovely, but my large curry sauce wasn’t delivered, received 2 small mushy peas, I only ordered 1 small mushy peas. Small mistake far outweighs the fantastic meal. Delivery drive polite and friendly. Definitely will be ordering again and hopefully get my curry sauce. Peas are my last resort, always a curry sauce lass.

Ordered a delivery so can't comment on atmosphere...cod chips mush peas and gravy....absolutly beautiful...was not greasy at all and chips were cooked well. Mushy peas and gravy delicious too...my partner had the same and agreed.

The food was very greasy to the point that the wrappers were dripping in fat. We couldn’t eat the onion rings as just too much grease. The chips were only lukewarm too so not somewhere we will return.

Rang the shop after it said it had been delivered at 7.05 I rang at 7.15 as it hadn't arrived... For the lady to say it had just left the shop 30 minutes later it arrived which the shop was already closed took over 2 hours for receive our food...

Best chip shop in town large cod is massive staff always friendly the owner is spot on also have just spent a fortune on new windscreen and doors looks miles better and still doesnt hike the prices up to pay for it highly recommended you switch to this chippy
