I went to this Fish n Chips store yesterday. The food was absolutely amazing and the owners (I assume) were super kind! The portions are huge and it's very affordable! Will come back any day!

Best fish and chips in the North East. Crispy batter on white flaky fresh fish and portions that would be hard to match at any price. Run by most friendly owners unlike some other establishments that I could mention. 3 years later and still visiting on a regular basis. Quality of the product and the service still of the highest order. Why go anywhere else!

Have to share this. Moved to Darlo 8 weeks ago. We have had Fish& Chips here 5 times now, and I cannot fault it. Extra bit of fish per portion, excellent chips. Cooked in Beef Dripping makes the Batter taste so much better than in oil! Awsome flavour with their own secret recipe. If I could give it 6 stars I would! Just got fish and chips from here oh my word the fish was swimming in grease and oil absolutely horrendous £15 pound down the drain had to throw them in bin will never go back be warned if it was the fact i don't live close to shop would of taken them back Not even worth 1star

Fabulous fish and chips shop, with good prices, a small portion of cod and chips £5. There's children's portions too. Also available is spam fritters, battered jumbo sausages, burgers and so on. The only downside is they don't have debit or credit card facility, it's cash only.

Never seen such big fish before. Normal size was massive so hate to think what the large was like. Staff were very nice and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed by all the family. Only negative is it's hard to find somewhere to park when visiting. Well worth a visit

The Best Fish & Chip shop in Darlington. Ordered Fish and Chips for 30 people, with curry sauce and peas, on a Good Friday for 5pm. Everything was on time, and cooked to perfection, everyone was happy and full. Portion sizes are filling, and everything is cooked to order, proper chips and pure white fish in a crispy batter, Staff are lovely, and helpful. The place is immaculate clean, certainly recommend without hesitation.

The best F&C !! The fish is always fresh and the service is great. It's run by a lovely couple who are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Large portions of freshly cooked f&c. Can't recommend them enough and we use them weekly.

Really good chippie, with fish cooked to order, but watch out for the portion sizes. A small chips is more than enough for one. Medium is OK if you've worked up a massive appetite. If you can single handed put away a large portion you are probably a competitive eater!
