Wow! This place is a must if you’re in St. David’s! It was a really tough decision in terms of flavours as they all sounded so delicious! We would definitely recommend the caramel crunch (that had lots of pieces of caramel in it!) and the banoffee (in particular if you like that foam banana flavour!). Other good flavours were the Oreo and mango sorbet! We had double cones which were piled a little dangerously high and not particularly cheap but a nice treat!

Nook ice cream is truly THE best in St David’s! Post morning coffee and Toby’s ice cream - just a fabulous start to the day … … so creamy and delicious … and lovely big portions! 🤗🤗

Very delightful place. Made me feel at ease due to my allergies. The gentleman on shift even washed his hands and utensils before starting my order. Then he also took my partner's ice-cream outside to him ( due to having 2 dogs with us, also so I didn't have to handle the cone due to having celiac's) cross contamination is a pain. It's the best raspberry sorbet I've tasted too :)

We discovered this ice cream shop had taken over after the bookshop left . The icecream is delicious and the gentleman who serves it is funny and interesting. We always go to Nook when we are visiting St Davids . Great place and great tastes

The ice cream sold as ‘artisan’ ice cream ‘made locally’ suspiciously tasted exactly like ‘Marios’ ice cream. It was so expensive too for us as a family of 5. No food rating to be seen anywhere either. Very suspicious. Would not return to fund an unethical business.

Delicious ice cream to finish our visit looking around St David’s. Ordered the coffee crunch ice cream and my partner the coconut ice cream in pots, plus a doggy ice cream for our dog 🐾 all delicious! Found a nice spot to eat in the corner of the parking area before you walk through to the cathedral, nice and quiet with fantastic views of the cathedral.

First visit to Nook! Delicious ice creams and sorbets available in either waffle cones or tubs. Extremely generous portions but these are not cheap treats! Very friendly customer service and clearly a popular spot. Doggie ice cream available too which went down a treat!

The Nook serves the finest ice cream in St.Davids. Our family of 7, ages 6 to 85, tried three ice cream places in St. Davids: The Nook, The Bench and Chapel Chocolates and all agreed The Nook's ice creams were the best. the flavours were delicious, portions were generous, prices reasonable and the staff terrific, offering a tasting option if you were undecided. The Bench came a close second with great flavours, generous portions and similar pricing, but the ice cream melted quite quickly. Staff were friendly but there was no tasting option. Chapel Chocolates' flavours were good but portions seemed smaller than at the other two and the service was not as friendly.

We tried all the ice cream parlours in St David's and this small owner-run business was the best. The ice cream is delicious and home-made nearby. There is a good choice of flavours - I recommend the blood orange. The owner is extremely friendly and deserves to do well. There is a bit of a queue in the afternoon but it is dealt with quickly. This is a bijou business of local artisan ice cream that is worth the wait.

We visited The Mill Café in St David’s and were seriously impressed. I had the Welsh breakfast and honestly—it was the best I’ve ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavour. My partner went for the eggs Benedict and said it was absolutely delicious too. Great food, lovely setting—we’ll definitely be back!

Fab village pub run by the community. Food served only on certain days. Because of this... we were even allowed to get fish & chips from the village and eat them in the pub by the roaring fire!

Great food, generous fillings in the sandwiches we had. Reasonable prices. Helpful friendly staff. Well worth a visit, it's quiet and remote, lovely drive here. Welsh speaking staff, as well as English speaking. Large car park nearby as well as the cafe's own car park
