Noodle Plus in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Been twice now, once with family and once with feelings. Both times the food was absolutely wonderful. The staff were all very kind both times, really polite and helpful. Can be quiet in there at times, though, but that is probably because we go at odd times haha. Service is quick, and it doesn't tale long foe your food to arrive. The quality is so good, and it tastes amazing. The dimsum selection is so tasty, the noodles are my new favourite

I came with my son and husband as we saw an offer on Facebook and also wanted something more traditional. The man who met us was very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. We had a hot pot. By the time we left they were getting a bit busier and few more staff came on. We were honoured the offer and were treated well. The food was great. Thank you so much.

Very good experience, owner very friendly. Food taste good and portion is great. Had steam seabass and egg fried rice. A great way to have a taste of home for malaysian friends. Definitely recommend and will go again ;)

Popped in for some sit down food after the football. Steamed sea bass was fantastic. Nice little independently run place, friendly owner/chef, great food.

It was really nice here! The staff was really nice to us and the food was excellent!! We got the food very fast and it was warm. We even got tea on the house <3 I’m only staying in Berlin a few days but if I was here for longer I would definitely come here often!!

Friendly service and great food.

I'm not the best at the hairdressers I don't go to often, not only was I very impressed by the price , the lady didn't rush and did every thing asked , chatty and friendly and no uncomfortable feeling all through the cut very pleased with the cut and experience. I have already recommended to others , I will certainly be going again, 😊 .

Fabulous Chinese restaurant. One of the only authentic Chinese restaurants in Hull. The dim sum could be expanded, however the star of the show is the noodle soups. Their rich, umami profile, keeps you coming back for more. The décor is basic, however that is of no particular importance when one takes into regard the modest prices and wide variety of Chinese dishes.

Been going here for several years and always enjoyed the meal. A very small and friendly restaurant. Don't expect fancy decor but you can rely on excellent dim sum and the roast duck us not to be missed

Nice little café with very good fresh authentic food. Egg noodles seafood soup very nice especially with the smokey chilli sauce on the table. We were the only non-Chinese in the (full) place which is always a good sign. We must go again to try a lot more food .

This place is just great. It's not the place you would go out for an anniversary or some special occasion but the lack of expensive deco , fancy chairs & tables is more than well compensated by the quality of the food and the size of the portions. Worth a visit if you want something quick and fancy Far Eastern food

Excellent food. You know the food is good because the place was full of Chinese customers enjoying their lunch. Small , unassuming yet great quality food.

Friends took us there on a one fine day. Noodle Plus is a culinary gem of what i think is of Chinese origin. Apologies to the chef if its not 🙏🏻 It must be the only place (I know) which serves the starchy, translucent, soft, and charged with yummy ingredients dumplings in Hull. And once you taste them, there is no going back. And it doesn't end there. They've got a wide selection of main courses, which are also top of the top. My only suggestion is, that they make their noodle soups /ramen soups more authentic 🍜😍❤️

The food is fantastic and very reasonablely priced. Opening hours are a mystery! Despite advertising that they are open until 8pm, they regularly state they are closed well before 5pm, or turn customers away when open and there clearly is plenty of space. It is a shame as I would love to be able to give this restaurant more business

Dim sum is what you should really go for rather than their main dishes even though they are good as well. Their dim sum is freshly made and tasted just like the ones served in Hong Kong or even better. However, their dim sum menu has reduced quite a bit so there's not much choose from. Hopefully, when the Covid situation gets better then the original dim sum menu resumes.

Nice Dim sum + Chinese restaurant. The Dim sum are not bad. Not much sit inside, suggest call for reservation.

Nice selection of Dim Sum considering how small the shop is. Very good quality food at l reasonable prices. Great location beat the University. You need to go there if you're missing good authentic Chinese food!

We often eat here as a family with two teenagers. It suits our family to get there when they are serving dimsum as we all have our favourites,including the vegetarian, and we all eat well for about £30 total.

This is a cafe size restaurant serving delicious Chinese foody. DIm sum is often a good yardstick to compare Chinese restaurants and I have eaten in many around the world. Noodle Plus' dim sum doesn't disappoint and I found it better than many restaurants in more popular Chinatowns in Manchester or London. The fina big plus is superb value for money.

This is a traditional Chinese eatery , nice and clean and very very good food . No frills no alcohol , you may take your own which is good . I would recommend this place to anyone . Most of their customers are Chinese , that shows it is good .

I've been enjoying thier take-away meals since my last review, but on this ocaision took my friend (visiting from Mexico) to dine in. He expressed the desire to eat 'as authenticly as possible' so this was an obvious choice! Clean, totally minimalistic, popular with Asians & sporting a large round family table, all good signs! Truly wonderful food, efficiently served, but it was taken for granted that we could use chopsticks, not a problem in our case & another plus point for authenticity! Unusually, there was no drinks menu (so perhaps not licenced), but not even soft ones were offered. I considered deducting a star for this, but I'm inlined to accept things the way they are, my friend agreed. Maybe not the place for a romantic couple making a night of it, but definitely for those wanting a great dining experience. I do think they'd attract more business if they dislayed their menu, it would help newcomers to know what was on offer.

It's not the first time we had dinner here! It's usually packed with asian students. A good choice of dishes, and all great! Good portions and reasonable prices. Minimal service, not for a posh dinner out, but I still give 5 star!

Noodles prawns dim sum spicy rice ... all delicious served freshly made . Great family run business always friendly and polite . Can change dishes to your taste no hassle

We try in lunch for noodle plus the wasn't busy the food is okay we do love noodles from supermarket but here nothing special

This place is lovely . Have been 3 times .with my in- laws who are Chinese . We always order the same home cooked style food that is delicious. Stiff are lovely . Food is better than food that I have had in London and Manchester Chinatown restaurants . It's a small restaurant we always book.

To tell a good Chinese restaurant look at who is eating there Nothing flash or fancy about this place but always Chinese people eating in there and I have been several times The food is fresh and fantastic You can order and collect but has no delivery service if you fancy eating at home If you like Chinese food give this place a try you will love it

The restaurant is of a clean minimalist appearance & clearly geared up for a Chinese dining experience, as they have one of those round tables with a revolving section making it easy for groups to sample different dishes. This is often the sign of a good Chinese restaurant & seeing Chinese family groups eating there proves this point. However, I've only been on a take-away basis & whilst at first sight my meal appeared a little pricey (even with the take-away discount), the quality far exceeds any take-away Ive visited. The 'salt & chilli tofu' despite being moreish lasts me for two meals. I can't wait to have a sit down meal there with a lover of quality Chinese food! If only they were busier, for I'd like this establishment to succeed & stay! Sadly, I think they will struggle to develop their take-out business as there are already 2 take-aways nearby. Being a vibrant area popular with students a locals alike, maybe the new term at the nearby university will give them a boost.
