Noodle King Milton Keynes (My Chinese) in Milton Keynes

Ordered a Chinese for delivery.. order arrived and handed over some cash. Delivery driver said he never had any change on him, But had some in his car. 5 minutes later I got a telephone call from the delivery driver saying he didn't have any change and he'd left. Great way to get a tip from every delivery made. RIP off merchants. The food itself is a average Chinese Takeaway. I would have left a 3 Star review for the average food I received. But if ordering a Delivery Be WARNED these are scammers. Never Been Back or Odered again, lesson learned...

This is our 2nd order from noodle king, and it somehow exceeded our expectations yet again. The food is so fragrant and flavoursome. The portions are amazing. We are are so lucky to live up the road from this gem 🙌🏾😍 (Shrimp fried rice is a favourite of ours)

Lovely food. Chicken balls are big. I got the dish with 10 and simply could not finish them. The rest of my family also enjoyed their food.

We used to order regularly when it was ‘my Chinese’ but since sold to noodle king the quality of food and service has gone down hill. I have tried noodle king twice and on both occasions were very dissatisfied and disappointed. The crispy duck was cold, the chicken balls were undercooked, and the portions were tiny considering how expensive the menu is. We will not be coming back for certain. We now use St Mary’s in Oxley Park. Would highly recommend. Don’t be fooled with the high star reviews, They have an incentive in store where you leave them a five star review, they give you money or a dish for free which explains why it’s rated so high.

Really disappointed. Placed an order via Online company and ordered Vegetarian dish but received chicken. Contacted them via app and they didn’t even respond or apologise. Won’t be using them again.

Amazing food great fast service

This was the first time of eating here and I must say the food was lovely I will going back there for my food always now and will recommend to friends and family.the food was hot and very tasty..

We had a takeaway from Noodle King last night and it was really good! It was so easy to order online and the food was delivered really fast. The dishes we ordered arrived hot and tasted freshly made. Highly recommend.

Really sorry but have tried this place twice in the last couple of months and not impressed with the food , had the Chicken chow mein first but not a lot of chicken in it. Tonight I had the chicken curry and again not much chicken and very wet sauce. £11:40 is expensive for chicken curry and plain rice, it's a shame as I can walk to it but in future I will drive to my usual one on the saints.

Went there at almost closing time thinking it was too late, but to my surprise, they took my order with no fuss, I was actually amazed at the portion sizes and quality of the food, will definately be returning!

Came home from work and asked my son what he wanted for dinner, he mentioned a new noodle place has opened up and we, being avid fans of all things culinary, should try it. Superb food, fantastic service and a great atmosphere. Large selection of specialist snacks and a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Highly recommended.

I used to live for a few years in Milton Keynes and it was the best Chinese take away in city called Whadon Way. I occasionally was in Milton today and was so excited to have food from this place. Unfortunately the name has been changed and it is not same place what used to be. Food tasted horrible, szechuan beef style was very sweet, chicken satay sauce taste like gravy. I am very disappointed and wasted nearly £30. Will not come back to that place anymore!

I love the Chicken Balls at Noodle King. Never disappoint. And always a generous portion and great (cheap) price. Try them!!

Last time I ordered for delivery Chicken Satay and noodles , I got noodles and something in a spicy sauce. Today I ordered Chicken Satay and duck noodles and I got chicken Szechaun style and noodles and because it was raining cats and "ducks" , I did not check the order . 18.10.23 Thank you for the reply, about the Satay order , i like to refer to something I found . "Peanut sauce, satay sauce (saté sauce), bumbu kacang, sambal kacang, or pecel is an Indonesian sauce made from ground roasted or fried peanuts, widely used in Indonesian cuisine and many other dishes throughout the world. Your Chicken in Satay sauce is more like Szechaun or a gravy chilli sauce and it should be clarify in the menu ,like we offering a Satay sauce (peanut sauce) but instead you get a boring chilli sauce.

On my plate: Crispy Chilli Beef, Chicken with Cashew, King Prawn Balls, Mini Spring Rolls and Special Fried Rice. Definitely going back!!

I absolutely loved the prawn noodles at Noodle King! The prawns were succulent and flavorful, perfectly complementing the rich and aromatic broth. The noodles had a great texture, and the combination of fresh ingredients made for a truly delightful meal. The service was excellent too. I can't wait to visit Noodle King again for another bowl of their delicious prawn noodles!

Amazingly tasty food, from this place, as well as large portion sizes. Actually cheaper as well, and because I picked it up, was boiling hot, when I got home.

I was blown away by the quality of the Sweet and sour spare ribs. The menu had a great selection of dishes, and the portions were generous.

Had the most amazing fresh food from here .i reccomend the salt and pepper chicken and singapore noodles. The chicken was moist and flavourful and the noodles were fresh and tasty

Munchy Box is a great deal and you can find a variety of foods inside. I bought one from the restaurant before heading out on a trip, and it was just freshly made and crispy. You can see the chefs working in the open kitchen, and they are very skilled and professional. The customer service is also very thoughtful.

The delivery speed is fast and the driver is very polite. The packaging is eco-friendly and looks great. The Crispy Chilli Beef tastes better and better, which my girlfriend really likes. We order it once or twice a week.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was blown away by the quality of the salt pepper chips.

It is an unauthentic Chinese takeaway. After the change of management this year, the quality of the food is awful. It has a rotten smell from the dishes. The fried food are ridiculous, they are soaked in old nasty oil. The sauces are very artificial. Everything ended up in the bin. My son threw up afterwards. Very hard communication with the cashier to make an order, seems like I am communicating with a different world. She rolled her eyes on me after I asked her to please make a pardon which made me feel very unwelcome.

Soggy noodles and musty rice. The food must be put overnight. The taste of the food is weird and questionable. Finally threw all in the bin. A Waste of money and no next time.

So sad this has now changed from My Chinese, was fantastic before, now everything is below average. Going to have to find a new local 😟

I just got my first order delivery. King pawns are delicious! Portions are huge! Delivery was blazing fast. I haven't tried my soup yet cause I am full, but I highly recommend this place.

Really disappointed with this. We was really excited to try it as they do munch boxes and some quirky dishes for a good price. Photos and videos looked good. I am honestly quit shocked they are sending this food out and wondering if they have tried it themselves or just don’t care. The rice wasn’t fried, stodgy. Absolutely no flavour, literally tasted like water. Chips really greasy not crispy Sweet and sour source the cheapest one that just disintegrates soon as you pour it on. Chicken bits just dry and not tasting fresh same with the ribs. Chicken and plum sauce - again dry looked so unappealing - sauce not even visible. Everything just looked and tasted cheap to be honest and had no flavour. my chowmein rice and sauce at home was 10x better and I’m not Chinese or a chef. That’s why I am surprised. Eating our should be a novelty!!! I recommend that you perhaps try some other local Chinese takeaways such as St Mary’s as the quality and flavour is how it should be. Sorry wouldn’t order again. :( Also please stop insisting on cash payments, this is not always convenient for customers.

Not sure if it has changed management but was really disappointed with my takeaway. The chips were still hard in the middle and the pancakes rolls were stodgy and not cooked throughout. Also got chowmain which was OK, but not as nice as previous visits.

Very lovely staff who greet you when you come in. Place is very clean, the staff look happy and the lady who served me repeated my order back to me to make sure they got it right. They remember their regulars too, would definitely recommend this place! Food was above all very tasty and stayed hot on the way back home.

What else is to be said about this takeaway that other reviews hasn't mentioned? They're consistently good with their food service. Arguably the best Chinese takeaway in Milton Keynes!

As st Mary's was closed I tried Paul's sisters. Friendly staff. Clean. Food unsurprisingly similar to st Mary's and good quality. Oil was.probably.towards end of use so a slight twang. Would go back.

Was told about this Chinese by a friend, tried it and I can say it is one of the best I have had. Order by phone and you are told a time to pick up, go in and there is very little waiting time. If you are in that area i would try it.
