Nonna Maria in Lewisham

¡Sólo delicioso! Muy raro que encuentre un auténtico restaurante italiano a este nivel. El personal era encantador y la comida era increíble. Absolutamente nada que culpar. Nos fuimos con platos vacíos y la barriga llena.

Busy, popular restaurant with great range of choices and particularly amazing breads. Had three courses, including meat and cheese platters for starters, which were lovely. Specials board a little difficult to read (light in way/behind me) - would be nice to have a printed version. Excellent mains, but disappointing tiramisu as sponge fingers were quite dry, which made them chewy - could have done with a Tia Maria poured over them. Overall a great, tasty meal with lovely staff giving a very warm welcome. Bit of a draughty as the front door is opened frequently for customers, and especially delivery bikes picking up collections, but no way round this really. Will be very happy to return again.

Our favorite local italian restaurant. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and the food is great and not overpriced. The takeaway pizzas are great too.

Una delle migliori pizze mai mangiate, più buona anche di molte pizzerie napoletane. Impasto leggero pizza ottima e di qualità, i sapori e gli ingredienti rimandano a Napoli. Notevole il servizio e la gentilezza dello staff. Da provare assolutamente se si è a Londra. Consiglio vivamente di fare un salto per provare la squisitezza

Great service and food. The pastas are homemade and beautifully al-dente. There’s a great selection of pizzas and everything is really well made and flavoursome.

If food is the way to the heart, I’m in love! Wonderful cozy spot in South London, led by a great and hospitable team. Delicious dishes, wonderful wine and great desserts. I would recommend Nonna Maria’s to anyone looking for London’s best Italian! Can’t wait till our next visit!

Love this place! They have a lovely little garden at the back, very family friendly with some great pizzas and main courses. Relaxed, laid back and good food.

My family and I visited for dinner. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. The restaurant had an inviting family feel. Our waiter David was very friendly. We shared the aubergine parmigiana and the Burrata to start. The aubergine dish was a decent size and enough for three of us to share. It was full of flavour, I would recommend thus dish! The burrata was nice and came with home made focaccia, rocket and cherry tomatoes. We all enjoyed our main dishes. The mushroom pasta was lovely and was a good portion, I was very full by the end! All pasta is fresh and made daily. The chicken special was also highly recommended. The goats cheese salad was nice and the portion size big. We also enjoyed the special pear cheese cake for dessert. We had the house red wine which was £16 and very nice, great value! Nonna Maria is a lovely little local restaurant, I would definitely return!

Cozy restaurant with great home made italian food. Very nice parmigiana, tasty focaccia and delicious pappardelle. Lovely atmosphere with soft italian music and nice waiters.

Five start restaurant! My partner and I went to Nonna Maria, for dinner to celebrate his birthday. The food and wine were all amazing. The service was spot on and the attention to details and knowledge provided by the waitress was impressive. Excellent

Great little local family run Italian restaurant with daily specials and a good selection of antipasti and pizzas. Also a really nice choice of wine with many available by the glass. The service here is lovely and definitely a new local gem amongst the choice of restaurants around Honor Oak Park and Forest Hill.

Pizza are absolutely delicious and we can't recommend more of Nonna Maria. We go to eat here almost every week and have never had one bad experience, always hot and fresh. Thank you for opening the restaurant so close to us and serving fantastic Italian pizza!

The pizza here is excellent! I have yet to try the other food. The place is very cosy, and the staff seem lovely. Price is also good for the value of food.
