Noce in City of London, Westminster

I am so sad that this restaurant has closed!!! I loved it so much! Westbourne Grove is such a difficult place to open a restaurant! They keep on opening and closing... Noce was one of my fav! Sad sad sad

Visited this restaurant a few months ago and had a lovely experience. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Food tasted fresh and flavorful, with simple and authentic ingredients. Interior is very quaint and charming , all around a great little place for lunch or dinner.

Noce ha estado funcionando por menos de un año y es un área con mucha competencia para los restaurantes locales. Frente a Westbourne Grove, Noce ocupa un espacio largo y delgado con una sala privada muy agradable en la planta baja con capacidad para 20 personas. El restaurante principal es luminoso y moderno, con la cocina abierta en la parte posterior. Hay un amplio menú con especialidades semanales, la comida italiana moderna bien cocinada con sabores agradables es la característica aquí y en una húmeda noche de viernes la burrata y el atún eran excelentes. Ambro tiene un pedigrí de vinos y, como era de esperar, la lista de vinos es excelente, con contenedores de toda Italia a precios justos. La hospitalidad fue excelente y sin duda volveremos.

Abbiamo scelto questa ristorante per l'ultima serata londinese, scelta che si è avverata azzeccata. Si trova a Notting hall,una zona non così turistica, infatti il ristorante è elegante ed intimo l'impressione è che forse più adatto a cene romantiche che altro. La qualità dei piatti è stata eccellente delle tagliatelle al ragù veramente squisite Il servizio è risultato molto attento i prezzi in linea con quelli di Londra.

Después de 8 años en Londres, finalmente encontré un lugar italiano que combina ingredientes perfectos, atención a los detalles y amabilidad. ¡Gracias al señor Ambro que ha dado la bienvenida a todos!

Obviously they do not like people on their own. I had my gnocchi surprisingly quick within 7 minutes. It appeared to be a badly warmed up leftover. More a porridge with a few brassica leaves.Aafter I was finished It took a while for the waitress to ask if I wanted anything else. I asked for an espresso and I would like to pay. It took 45 minutes of ignoring and drawing attention before I could settle the bill. It was my turn now. In three goes I pais with as many coins as possible. Other customers were met accurately and friendly but this was my first and last time. Jos Blom

Simply superb in every respect.. A most impressive addition to London's top quality restaurant quorum. The quality of ingredients, detail in the preparation and the subtlety of cooking yields a superb outcome. I have visited only 12 times in the 8 months it has been open; excellent every time. I have not eaten any dish which I have not found to be a superlative example of its type. The menu is refined and revised continuously, with requests from customers considered. There is a weekly menu, a fixed-priced lunch menu and a full, a la carte;- all are fantastic. There is something for everyone. Then there is the wine list: 18 wines by the glass! Too many exquisite regional delicacies from all of Italy and it islands. Also, top quality grower-producer champagne for variety (!) I have no reservation in recommending this restaurant, highly, to anyone. The staff are friendly and efficient. The interior is spotless.

Delicious, good service, unpretentious and authentic North Italian food. Very pleased! Will be returning.

Siamo stati in questo locale il primo giorno a Londra, accolti in italiano da Ambrogio (un vero Signore e intenditore) abbiamo mangiato due antipasti e 2 primi (ravioli cucinati con sugo di datterini gialli e un delizioso cacio e pepe con bottarga) preparati divinamente. Per dolce una fantastica torta di noci e un tiramisù ben fatto (da estimatore l'ho trovato buono). La cosa più bella è la scelta dei vini, personalmente mi sono fatto consigliare ed è stata una scelta top. Coccola finale con due liquori agrumati e un pò di chiacchiere con Ambrogio. Sicuramente da provare se siete a Londra.

I had an amazing dinner in this lovely restaurant, where you can find the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a real italian meal. The high quality of all the products, combined with the courtesy of Ambrogio and of the whole staff, made my Friday night simply perfect. Bravi!!! P.s. I highly reccomend the cacio and pepe pasta with bottarga, the taste Is something special.

We had a wine tasting event here from a wine producer from lazio region of Italy. The food was superb, as was the service. The decor every modern and stylish... Ambro is a super host and I highly recommend this Italian restaurant @ 115 Westbourne Grove. And the wine wasn’t bad either... see you again soon noce... Suite au avis publié sur différents sites, nous nous sommes rendu au restaurant Noce dans le but d'y passer une belle soirée en mangeant de bonnes pâtes fraiches. L'endroit est très joli et très accueillant. Service sympathique. La cuisine est ouverte sur la salle. Malheureusement, nous avons été un peu déçu par les pâtes dégustées. Elles étaient certainement fraiches, mais les sauces proposées manquaient sérieusement de goût. On avait pas l'impression d'avoir dans nos assiettes quelque chose de spéciale, mais plus de ce retrouver sur des produits industriels. C'est vraiment dommage. Point positif, en entrée, nous avions pris des calamars qui eux étaient très bien présentés et très bons.

Tavolata di vero gusto dopo le delusioni delle cucine internazionali assaggiate nel soggiorno londinese, su suggerimento di un amico abbiamo gustato sapori e vino italiano in un contesto elegante ma non eccessivo condotto con charme dal gestore e dalla brigata di cucina ( a vista ) e di sala. Tutto molto buono dagli antipasti ai primi ai secondi ai dolci!! Anche la passeggiata di 15' circa per la metro è stata piacevole. Unico neo... carta dei vini fornitissima ma sbilanciata su etichette del centro nord Italia con scelta ristretta p.es. di vino pugliese ma... Ambrogio signori è un eccellente intenditore, lasciatevi guidare.

Noce is an excellent restaurant with a sumptuous menu and a top class wine list which seems to cover every inch of what Italy has to offer. Ambro is an very affable maitre de with a knowledge of wine to boot. Well worth a visit.

We had a lovely evening at Noce. From walking through the door to leaving, we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome by Ambro, the owner, and his staff. Food was beautifully cooked and tasty, recommended wine was delicious and reasonably priced, great service...
