The best ingredients on freshly baked rolls are made in front of you by the best people. Everyone near here says the best about this shop. At busy times there may be a bit of a queue but it's well worth the wait. They now have tables so you can enjoy your food near by. The homemade carrot cake is worth a mention.

Great food, great location will be popping in again soon. if your ever in poole definitely worth popping in by for a visit.

I absolutely love this shop which is run by two bubbly, smiley faced ladies who are so friendly. The food is homemade, fresh with daily specials, all prepared as you wait and absolutely delicious. You really won't find better sandwiches and snacks in Poole and the homemade cakes are to die for.

Absolutely delicious baguettes, very friendly ladies behind the counter and VEGAN OPTIONS AVAILABLE (and not just one!!!!). We had the vegan marinated tempeh with sriracha and hoisin sauce and salad. It was amazing! 100% recomend this little gem!!!

What a great find on a visit to Poole. Lovely coffee and a great choice of breads and fillings to choose from all served with a smile and a chat. There are some nice table and chairs available on the main street to sit and watch the world go by. We got served straight away, due to the time, but when we left there was a queue, just shows how popular this place is.

We stumbled on this place and had one of the best sandwiches we'd ever had. Amazing bread and lovely fresh fillings. Top quality. The coffee was excellent too, and really friendly staff as well. Very glad we found this place :)

If you are looking for a great sandwich in Poole look no further! We visited a few times in the end to get lunch before heading out for the day. Each time the owner was really friendly and genuinely interested in what we were up to. All that would be for nothing if it didn't taste good and it didn't disappoint on that score either. Easy to find and well worth a seeking out.

I have called in twice recently and have experienced great service and lovely food. First time I got a sausage roll which was not only delicious but reasonably priced. Second time I got a beef, horseradish and salad roll. I chose a brown roll and picked the salad items I wanted. The staff in the shop are great and help you chose from the great selection. Highly recommended and will return.

Came here on a whim one day after forgetting to bring lunch to work and have gone back so many time since. Great vegan options but lots of non-vegan options too. The staff are super friendly and chatty and always happy to talk you through options. Theres a great selection of cakes too. The vegan egg mayo is my usual favourite but over Christmas the Vegan Christmas sausage sandwich they're doing is perfect.

Popped in Friday lunchtime and purchased a chicken avocado falafel salad box & tuna jacket potato, both delicious! There was a queue out the door and the girls were still happy & chatty with everyone! Will be a repeat customer 😌

We have visited this little gem of a sandwich shop regularly since the new owner,Katherine, has been running it . Freshly baked bread , filled with a large choice of fresh ingredients.... plenty of vegan options to choose from , and the cakes are wonderful!
