Wanted to try this place after reading the reviews. First time night out in Uttoxeter . Nice location just off the main street. Good selection of beers, I had a wine. Good service. However the ambience was not as expected of a little craft beer bar. My first notice, was a smell of bleach in the bar area. Once we had found a nice cosy table the screaming of excited children running in and out, just being children , completely spoilt our experience. Didn't realise it was a "family type bar" so maybe I didn't research it enough.....

Good selection of drinks and a fridge with a good selection od special beers/ciders. Some times they have a pop up food stall which is always good

Cracking, quirky bar that brews its own beer, clean, nice staff and very welcoming. A great selection of different ales always available, highly recommended.

Lovely welcoming place. A few quality beers on a quiet Tuesday, and made to feel quite at home. Friendly staff and locals. Would recommend.

Cracking little hidden away place in Uttoxeter town centre, great beers by the local brewery very welcoming highly recommended.

Visited at 7pm on Sunday, they close at 8. 4 real ales from Uttoxeter Brewing company on tap, had halves of the mild & IPA - both great. Wad charged £2.50 in total so either incredibly good value or undercharged, either way I'm pleasantly surprised. Along with Horse & Dove probably the best Ale options in Uttoxeter.

Small, intimate place with good selection of drinks. The night we called, a Thursday, a good Tenor Saxaphone player playing smoe good stuff.

This small bar tucked away just off the market place is an outlet for the Uttoxeter brewery. Opens 3.00 pm on a sunday. Nice outdoor decking area. Had a lovely pint of Uttoxeter Final Furlong bitter. ( being old, a furlong was 10 chains: 10x22 yards. About 201 metres for youngsters.Tribute to local race course. Also had a great pork pie from the local butcher. Ic loved it.

Really like it here, great beer and felt comfortable because it wasn't rammed with people.

Always a great place to visit. All the staff are friendly. Always quality food and drink.

Sat outside and enjoyed a toastie and drink, nice what we had but portions quite small, pricey too but nice as a treat. Not a big choice but enough

Top venue. Superb wines and world class ale. Nice atmosphere both upstairs and down. Staff friendly and welcoming. I will definitely visit again.
