The new refurbishment of the bakery is stunning it’s so nice and the staff are wonderful

Food is always great, our apology to the lady who called us about a replacement item, ( bad line ) This to us is 1st class customer service ! Please could someone pass this to her manager to once again pass on our thanks for going above and beyond

For us Birds equals freshness and quality this and our previous order was indeed both fresh and of quality. Plus the cold and warm items were in separate bags which not all do and there were napkins again not all do provide these. Driver was pleasant and on time.

Fast delivery, tea lovely and hot. Cakes tasted amazing. Very pleased with the service.

Food arrived after an hour and my latte was missing from my order

The bacon was over cooked and rock hard! It was also cold!!! Very disappointed with it and this was the first delivery order from birds! .. it hasn’t gave me confidence to order again from you!

The food was nice But unfortunately it was cold the tracker showed the driver in a completely wrong area on the other side of town away from the cafe.. so looks like he was making another delivery before ours..

Ordered a sausage cob, sausage roll and a caramel doughnut. Order was missing the sausage cob. The most expensive item on the order…

Delivered well within the time frame given. Carefully packaged with hot food separate from the rest. Sausage cob was delicious and the double wrapping meant it was still warm enough to eat straight away. Will def. order again!

Didn’t arrive again. Second time ordering from here. Second time not turning up. Not happy

I ordered tea cakes @ £3.15 a pack, i got a note in the delivery bag that the tea cakes were out of stock so they had replaced them with a bag of rolls costing £2.60 yet had still charged me £3.15! Why didn't they just refund me for the missing items instead of charging me more for something that cost less???? Talk about daylight robbery!!

This is the 2nd time I've used birds delivery service. Once again service was perfect. Would definitely recommend birds

My order was missing items once again, the coffee order was incorrect and too strong and had spilt in the bag and on the sugar. I tried to telephone Birds they said it was a mistake, however, they cannot do anything and refer you to the just-eat telephone number which advises you to use the online help. Therefore, I will receive a refund for the missing items. not any replacements or the delivery/service charge.

Hi i didnt recieve my order even though it says its been delivered this isnt the first time its happened im not happy at all

Did not get what was ordered. Ordered 3 rolls only got 2 and one was not what I ordered also ordered 2 cakes and only received one. Really poor I am afraid

Not had such a fresh cake in a long time - very nice! Wasn’t impressed with the substitute cake! Least there was a substitute cake put in the box and a lovely note! Thank you!

Very rude delivery driver I came down only 2 minutes after he arrived as I’m working and he told me “next time come quicker”.

Delivery took over 2 hours and was incorrect when it arrived. The second time this has happened.

The tuna and cucumber rolls arrived without any cucumber or Mayonnaise and butter on roll. £3.15 is expensive for just a bread roll with tuna.

Says delivered but was never delivered - two hours later now and still no response form just eat or any food! Disgusted

Although delivery was within the estimated time I feel that 90 minutes is a bit too long. Food was outstanding as would be expected of Birds if delivery time was quicker would have been a 6 star review.

Everything was delivered, no missing items and delivered on time! Disappointed unable to order all items as you would in the shop i.e. couldn't order pork pie, sausage rolls or beef paste online. But happy with what i could order :)

Items missing from bundle. Called the number on just eat for the business and it was an incorrect number. Had to go through online to request refund, not heard anything back. Not good enough, really annoyed.
