Lovely Italian Pizza and Pasta restaurant, food was good as was the wine, service is fast and friendly.

Music was a little loud but otherwise everything else was great!

The food was nice. Service was not bad, but they forgot about our birthday girl. However, I asked them a few times before.

Had a lovely meal here mid week. Staff were helpful and poilte. Meat platter starter for two was delicious as was the main course goats cheese salad. Tagliatelle was good. Recommended

Absolutely amazing! Stumbled on this place on our first night of a weekend trip to Belfast and just dropped in, even though it was a busy Friday night they did everything they could do accommodate us. The food was perfect, the staff are a great team and overall feel is fantastic. This will be my first stop next time I'm in Belfast

Been to Nico’s many times and every time the food and staff are incredible. The lasagne and garlic bread is a personal favourite of mine. They have a great range of cocktails which are all so nice and strong! The atmosphere is always amazing and the staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Actually I liked the place and the atmosphere as well…The food was good but it wasn’t filled enough with pasta (I got lasagna) it was delicious but as I mentioned not enough pasta inside…Drinks are good the staff was lovely overall 4/5

Terrible slow service. 2 hrs for 1 course!! Painful wait for food!!

Unfortunately having to change my initial glowing review due to my experience this evening. Firstly was called asking for a £25 deposit to be paid for a table of 2 kids and 3 adults at 4.45pm. Also had to confirm the reservation a day before via email and remind them I had paid this when given the bill as it wasn’t deducted. Seemed excessive considering I had 2 kids. The music was loud dance music which meant we struggled to hear each over even though sitting next to each other. Again, this is at 5pm not late. I asked if this could be turned down, just a little so we could hear each other and was told no. The manager says it’s a set level and won’t be turned down. Then 2 minutes later I was told it had been turned down. If it could be turned down, why the first response? Not great customer service. The bruschetta was like a rock and the lasagne was inedible. Super salty! It was taken off the bill but not a great experience. Food service was much slower, even though not as many tables. Again the dessert was amazing but not good enough to make me go back I’m afraid.

The staff was really kind and got our group of 4 in. The food was so delicious I want to go back and try more off the menu

So only reason I am giving them a 2 for atmosphere for this is cause although my food was amazing it was hard to enjoy it as I was sitting out in the what I would call green house bit as we had a big table and I got sun burnt I had to be rude and wear my sun glasses when having my dinner and it was so hot.

We had a great meal and found the staff and service amazing. I will be back 😁

Really nice place - just a bit noisy and busy for me (our table was booked in the conservatory type space for 6pm). Food was delicious and service was exceptional. I couldn't take my mum as she is gluten and wheat intolerant. They do offer gluten free options, but with some cross contamination. Would def go back, but when it's less busy/noisy - worth a visit

The food was amazing, the atmosphere was brilliant and the service was superb apart from when they cleared the table while some of us were still eating. 3 courses and a couple of drinks for less than £50.

It’s meant to be a reputable Italian but the atmosphere is like a bar when they let drunk men shout and kids run about it ruins the whole expensive experience

The staff were friendly. I had a pizza which was ok. My rocket salad was drowned in far too much balsamic and parmesan. The ambience wasn't great because of the hard core dance music blasting in the background. Made it difficult to hear people talking. Maybe ok place for late night takeaway or for a quick bite before heading out.

Went for a last minute dinner. The service was lovely and the interior is gorgeous. I was lucky to be seated in the glass part of the restaurant. For my main I got pasta with meatballs. It was okay. I wish it had more flavour, and the meatballs weren’t so burned. Other than that, my starter and drinks were very nice.

Me and my girlfriend went here three weeks ago for the first time. Food, service and atmosphere was top notch! Will definitely be going back.

Absolutely lovely ambient and staff. Great atmosphere overall with good taste of music btw. The only complaint was that the food was not the level we were expecting. Me and 3 friends ordered pizzas and pastas and nobody of us really liked the food. We were not pleased with seasoning and some ingredients were not the way they should be according to the Italian meals. The carbonara apparently had traces of curry or something like that and the ham on the pizza didn't feel fresh. Great place but the food was not on it's best form during our visit. I still recommend the place

Very friendly staff, great ambiance. Good selection of pizza and pasta. Only slight gripe is the standard choices are very meat oriented. They will happily swap out a meat item on a pizza though. Will come again.

This place was fabulous in every area! Five of my family went in for a double celebration and we weren't disappointed. Upon arrival, (we were early),we were greeted by a member of staff who explained to us that our table would be available soon, which immediately put us at ease. When we were brought to our table, even though they were very busy, there was always a member of staff checking with us. The ambience of the place was perfect. Full marks to the people who tastefully decorated. The food of which we got plenty was cooked to perfection and we didn't seem to have to wait very long.We were talking about the place whilst having our meals and we all agreed that there was nowhere - staff, decor, food, where we would come down from a ten out of ten. It was my son's birthday and the even gave him a sparkler and sang happy birthday at the end of the evening ( to his utter embarrassment) which we laughed about it rising to an eleven. Well done all involved!! We will definitely be back!!!

Went for a business dinner with colleagues, and we all enjoyed the meal. Fantastic service even with the place being so busy. Would highly recommend for anyone who enjoys authentic Italian dishes. The pizza was thin and crispy, just the way pizza should be 😁

We arrived without a booking and where facilitated in a very busy restaurant which was excellent. The pizza was the best I have experienced in along time.The service was superb.I will definitely return. The restaurant manager/concierge and staff know how to provide a excellent experience.

Great pizzas and pasta dishes. Super wine selection at reasonable prices. Staff friendly and attentive. Arrived on a Friday without a reservation and they squeezed us in. Would definitely recommend. No longer open for lunch. Parking can be difficult as it it on street and spaces limited; if you find one it's currently free.

A great little spot offering many pizza and pasta options at a reasonable price with friendly, attentive service in an environment with a groovy vibe, A pizza can be made or lost by the calibre of the base and Nico's pizza - fantastic pizza base! Light, thin, tasty, the exact right texture - perfect! Add on well seasoned sauce and generous amount of toppings and you are in for a winner - pizza highly recommended!

Food was ok. Staff were really lovely and it's a lovely setting. Music was blaring though. Bill was 61.90 and we paid 70 cash. Asked us did we want change. We were tipping but not 8.10 so we said yes. Kinda feel staff shouldn't ask this as it puts pressure on customer

Went for a family party, the food was delicious and my girlfriends grandparents were in love with the al fresco seating.

Great food and lovely atmosphere in the outdoor covered eating area.

Pizza was good.Staff were nice and the decor is also well done. But the side of 'sautee' garlic mushrooms was brown mush sitting in a wet puddle, more like what you would expect in a hotel breakfast buffet. Goats cheese salad had barely any goats cheese, and more of the same mushrooms.

My favourite Italian restaurant in Belfast. It’s always consistent and so tasty. The menu has a lot of options but not too much to confuse. The cocktails and drinks are super good. The food is always delicious.

Nico's was amazing my daughter Laura has just moved to Belfast we went on Saturday night the food was amazing we had a wonderful time I have never been to a place were the staff were so attentive and friendly we will be back ☺️

Food was amazing, plenty to fill even the hungriest diner. Staff are very friendly and always ready to get whatever you need, water was topped up throughout service without needing to ask a simple but we'll received gesture. I recommend trying Nico's it's definitely one of the top Pizza/Pasta eateries in Belfast, well done guys 👍
