Waited over an hour for a meal that was cold and inedible. Will not be ordering from here again.

I rarely say excellent service but these guys are just awesome. Easily among the best Turkish kebab restaurants in the manor. Highly recommended.

Doner meat was gone off and smelling, had to go straight in bin, Chicken doner was all little bits of dry meat Best thing was the chips to be honest Wont be ordering from here again

I ordered a pizza and it was in a worse condition. I haven’t eat a pizza which is so bad in quality before. I was so disappointed 😔.

Only good comment I have is the delivery service. The food arrived on time as per the notification. Disappointed with the lamb doner. Both the meat and pita bread were off, tasted out of date. A report has been made to food standard agency as per JustEats advice.

Everything i ordered was wrong !!!! I asked for no salad on both kebabs and there was salad on them. Me and my sister are allergic to tomatoes and they was on there. We couldnt even eat it!!

The shop is 10 mins max from my home address and the meal was 34 mins late. When it arrived the driver was rude and refused to hand over meal as we were I. The fone to shop. Once got the meal I refused to pay and the food was cold

The food delivery service was really Good and onetime might i add. But the quality of the chicken kebab was awful worse kebab ever. I asked for chilli and mayonnaise which I didn't receive the mayonaise at all think they pour chili over my food which they should have put the chili in a tub and mayonaise. Honestly worse kebab...

Burgers and the garlic bread with cheese was very nice !!! Was disappointed last time ordered kebab so I was definitely pleased to see this was better in food quality.

Chucked food in the bin. Kebab was deep fried. DISGUSTING!!! Pita bread nearly broke my tooth. Shush kebab had no seasoning-TASTELESS. and don’t get me started on the chips!!! Very disappointing because the food is usually edible. :-(

My local, usually the food is great but today my pitta bread were rock hard, the chips were dry and the coleslaw was watery and vinegary. Appalled tbh.

The reason it was early, was probably because they had used meat that was over cooked or from earlier in the day. The meat was sooo dry. Quite disappointing

Normalmente, Newham Grill es muy bueno pero. . . No sé si el propietario se ha visto afectado por COVID - 19 y ha afectado sus habilidades. Lo explicaré. . . Conseguimos cuatro hamburguesas, cuatro patatas fritas grandes y una porción de carne de doner. 1. La carne de doner no llegó. 2. Las patatas fritas grandes definitivamente no eran la porción grande. 3. Cuando llegó el donante después de llamar para decir que se había omitido yo. Tuvimos que pagar de nuevo, no discutimos con el conductor, simplemente no valía la pena. ii. La porción de carne de doner era apenas una porción. Newham Grill ha estado abierto durante todo el cierre sin distanciamiento social, he visto a tres personas esperando en el mostrador, por lo que no está tratando de recuperar los ingresos perdidos, ya que ha sido un negocio normal. Cuando llamamos para hacer el pedido, la primera persona no entendió nuestro pedido y la segunda persona no fue mucho mejor. Hemos comido comida para llevar de aquí en muchas ocasiones anteriores, en persona en la tienda, con raciones generosas. Creo que saben que no llamaremos para quejarnos, así que reduzca el tamaño de las porciones para llevar. Definitivamente NO usaré Newham Grill nunca más.

My kebab meat was hard and bad. I ordered my food at 15:55pm the shop opened at 16:00 my food was said to be ready at 17:10 which made sense due to it just opening and they will need to actually cook the food fresh. But no my food came 15 minutes after the shop opened which is why my food wasn’t at all fresh!

Doner meat was very bad this time, it had a very strong smell which really put me off! The amount of crease was ridiculous! Didn't enjoy!

I will never order from this guy again, there donna kebab is disgusting. They forget your order, When you asked to get your drinks which you paid for they suggest that you maybe lying about it, I am so disappointed their pizza is gross but the only thing I did find was okay was the quarter pounder a bit tight with the salad.. After spending almost £20 with them I am so disappointed what a waste of money most of it went in the bin.

I must say the quality was exellent...just no sauces and no bread with hummus...i would be really embarassed not giving to a costumer some bread for eating hummus..

They did not give me sauce so I had to have dry food even though I requested sauce.

Meat and Chips absolutely disgraceful, literally just dry meat and dry chips, no sauce no salad nothing. You pay all that money and for delivery aswel to get dry food that you after really regret. Not good at all

Cold food. The quality of the food is so poor that my dog didn’t even come near it. I wouldn’t recommended. I also wish I checked their food hygiene level online before ordering.

Nice kebabs but the guy who delivers them doesn't speak ... he is really RUDE. If you can ignore his rudeness, the food is good. We order because my partner really likes their kebabs but he can't stand the rude delivery person ... so I go to the door. I say hello and thank you (habit) every time and am ignored every time!

This kebab shop is on point. Everything fresh and clean looking food. Usually early delivery or on time as they're close to me. And kebabs taste great. Big portions as well. I hope they keep up their good work. :-))

Food was dry. Veg pizza had massive chunks of tomatoes and hardly and sweetcorn and mushrooms. Pizza had no peppers and dough was undercooked

Plenty of food and tastes OK, only criticism would be one of the plastic containers was slightly melted on one side, probably microwaved before hand?
