New Slawit Spice in Kirklees

Wouldn't let me give a zero rating been waiting 2 hours for food ordered on just eat kept getting told it was on way found out they didn't have it been lied to constantly found where my order went being delivered by someone else the rudeness disgusting behavior from these people is unbelievable would recommend you stay away and don't order from them

We have just had a chicken tikka Karahi chefs special and it was gorgeous. Nice and mild sauce, tender chicken with fresh tomatoes served with really light fluffy pilau rice and a garlic naan which unlike other takeaways wasn't soggy and we got a proper salad with sauce not the usual shredded cabbage or lettuce it had fresh tomatoes and onions. I would highly recommend.

Ordered vegetable madras, received chicken!!! When I rang I was told to “contact uber eats as it is not their problem” flabbergasted! Awful customer service, stay well clear (especially if you have dietary requirements! No refund given….

Food late, cold and tasteless. Obviously watered down the curries to the point where all taste was gone. Very dissapointed after a long wait will not order again

Mohammad was excellent he catered for 21 of us all individual meals all arrived bang on time individually labelled and all nice and hot. Everyone in the party enjoyed their food from pizza through to kebabs and curry. I would highly recommend New Slawit spice.

Worst experience, order over £60 worth of pizzas to be delivered, was 25 mins late, every single pizza was wrong, refused to give refund, hung the phone up on me over 5 times, in the end had to drive down to collect our order, avoid ordering from here!!!!

Fraudsters , do not order from this place , I have placed an order , rung them up and they said they are closed , I told them to cancel my Uber order which they didn’t , will be reporting to trading standards

Will not be ordering from them again, the food took a long time to come, food was very cold and was also told one price and when the driver turned up was told another price, then went rang up to complain, the guy said there was extra cost for delivery, I said if you told me that In the first place, I would of chanced the order, was also told they would send my money back, and still haven't got the money back, definitely don't order from this place, rubbish service, wouldn't of even given them the one star

Don't ever order from this place. Order on just eat they got my order wrong and said they would bring it back in 20 mins for them to ring back a hour later and say I gave them the wrong address. What an absolute joke!! Never again

Spent £32 on food for us to get the wrong food had to trail back 2 miles to collect the right food which had food missing and his excuse was his chef wasn't working and gave me a free can of pop what a guy food was terrible..

Good food was made quickly and taste good will be going to new slawit spice again in the future

Visiting from the US, discovering curries in UK. Ordered the chicken karahi, samosas, and a few other bits to share with family. Simply delicious. They even tossed in a free side dish. Nice folks. Great prices.

Delicious, authentic curries. Full of flavour and very generous portions. Never knew Slaithwaite had this little gem. It will be my go to from now on.

Food arrive late and cold, driver had left 30 mins before arriving and still had more deliveries, call would not refund just offered a discount for next order, do not use unless you like cold food.

Always delivered early and really nice people

Ordered food at 7:45 and was told it would be with us between 8:45-9:05. Got a message saying it was on its way at half 8 but still wasn’t with us after 9 so called them for them to say they’re just setting off and would be 10 minutes..20 minutes later it finally came and the chips were stale, food was cold & chicken in korma was pink! Really disappointing and will not be ordering again.

Disgusting cold food, very rude staff wouldn't re fund promised to give us food the night after then when we rang he said he didn't no anything about it. Disgrace

Well we ordered tea to be delivered at 6 still wasn't her at 6.30 r 6.50 then came at 7.10 without my sons pizza 😡😡😡 rung and wasn't interested! I know everyone is ordering but no need to be treated like that wont happen again 😒

The worst takeaway I have ever been to. Our food arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes late, items were missing off the order and the owner was verbally abusive down the phone. Avoid at all costs.

Staff are friendly, however went in and the guy was sat with bare feet on the counter, and the food was cold!!

ordered some food food wasnt cooked properly, the pizza was no where near ready picked a slice up litrelly fell to bits! Burgers had gooy stuff on them!

By far the best mixed kebab in huddersfield, beats kebabish, babaganoosh and awaisis in birkby is close second.

Rubbish Customer Service, Never On Time (Just be honest and say Over 2 Hours not Half Hour), Always Items Missing. Will never order from here again and will strongly advise others to do the same. Absolutely shocking place, Not even worth the 1 star you have to give!

Disscusting how they can take orders and not turn up

used to be lovely food went every week but it's been a bit poor for some reason staff are friendly when I frist moved to area would have given them 5* but now it as to be 3* :/

Absolutely rubbish service. The last two times they have missed things off the order. So we will not be going there again. Last order the kebab was so greasy the pita bread was soggy, and missed items. The order before that pizza had the incorrect toppings and missed items. Did ring them and tell them as I clearly paid for the missing items. But instead of offering to bring them asap they just say "we will bring them next time". That is obviously no good bring my tea with the next order in a week or two!!!

Nice food and usually comes sooner than your are told.

Really poor customer service ringing to place about my 6th order with them. Previous times no issues food great speed of delivery excellent but this occation was told I was too slow in ordering food was I asleep or something when I was suffering with bad cold systoms. I just said calmly I'll order somewhere else then. No future orders from here for us

Only popped in for a can and when I got in my car and drove away I realised the can had grease all over the top of it and on the can and it stank! Never going there for anything!

Sadly they don't course to display their hygiene... Wonder why
