The food was cooked perfectly, it was full of flavours and very tasty and delicious

the food was Chinese yet everything was curried or over fried the batter on the chicken balls was thicker than a roll chicken poor quality and generally not Chinese food in taste or look it was awful 😞

I can’t eat it because too much salt waste of my money

Firstly, I would like to mention that I have been ordering from this place for a while and have had no issues. Unfortunately yesterday my experience wasn’t pleasant. Reason being is that half the food I got was overcooked and too dry to eat and the crispy “chilli beef” was not what was sent. The box contained no beef, it was strips of batter with no beef inside and it was not chilli at all. It was very sweet and I still have the food if photos need to be sent.

Duck wasn't fried, was incinerated. I couldn't tell if it was duck or chicken to be honest. Wontons and pancakes where fried in very old oil. And the chow main was dry and unbelievably overcooked. I've never had mushy noodles before... Disappointing

Same the food was cold and my food should be with me at 7pm then 7:15pm then 7:50pm I got it at 7:59 I was so not happy at all with is

over fried chicken balls, so crispy and almost burned, the stir fry had hardly any chicken or prawns, just noodles, wont use again

honestly I love the food and the delivery driver is great. I just wish they either turned on their GPS or mark when they're delivering the food as the page was showing the delivery time was between two times but it gave the impression that it was taking a very long time to get made instead of on its way; other than overall really tasty and filling food and very friendly and helping delivery guy :)

I never received my delivery, I called the restaurant and they said it will take time, not sure what I should do?

The food arrived on time which was great. Unfortunately the quality was not great. It was all very hot but the sweet and sour tofu was dry and tasted a little off and the mushroom rice was definitely off (I think it was the mushrooms that were off and not the rice). Apparently the noodles were ok though and the curry sauce was ok but just more sweet than curry. Sadly we could not eat the 2 dishes that were off and these have went straight in the bin :(

Only one thing letting down the whole meal was the Crispy Seaweed. Awful taste, mainly down to the oil it was cooked had gone over! Don’t let this let you down next time!

Not only was the delivery incredibly late, they marked it as delivered and it hadn't yet left the restaurant. Not a good experience.

The service was very poor. I had to call the restaurant directly 2 times to check where my order was. It wad 40mins late and when it arrived it was cold

Delivery was due to take 25-40 minutes but took almost 2 hours. Made upwards of 5 calls to the restaurant and each time was given a timeline that came and went. When the food eventually arrived any fried items were clearly double fried so I assume the food was old and then refried. The quality of the food was poor to the point that the majority of it went into the bin. I will never order from here again or recommend to anyone else. How they’re still in business is beyond me if this is a regular

Worst Chow Mein I ever tried. Delivery was quick.

Food was very oily and batter of the sweet&sour chicken was not very nice.

Am concerned the chilli prawns smelled very strongly and didn't seem fresh. Batter was tasting of old oil Food on the whole not nearly the best I've had. Very expensive for not being able to eat it. You must check your prawns you could kill someone. I didn't want togive stars but form wouldn't submit.

I order from this restaurant every so often & honestly I’m never disappointed. ( I hope I don’t jinx it). Delivery always on time, foods hot/ warm & tasty. My partner thinks it’s alright but today he seem to enjoy it more than other times.

Over priced under cooked mediocre tasting food, would not recommend the dumplings, prawn or chicken dishes (thats all i had n regretted) venture into this on ur own. They used to be good i dont know what happened. Spent nearly £40 n such a waste

I ordered 2 Sweet & Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style, it was really nice and Juicy cooked perfectly with lots of flavours and it was still hot when I got it. I ordered 1 Crispy Shredded Chilli Beef it was amazing cooked perfectly with lot's of flavours not really Spicy or Crispy maybe it's was because I ordered and had it Delivered to me at home? I ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls with Sweet & Sour Dip it was amazing Fully cooked perfectly and so Crispy when you bite in to the Chicken Bill's amazing job there I have to say thank you and it had a lot of flavours as well. I ordered Beef Chow Mein, Large that done 4 of us it was Perfectly cooked and full of flavours and the beef just Melt in your mouth and I ordered 1 Special Fried Rice, Large that done us 4 as well it was nice cooked perfectly could do with a bit more Flavor. The Prawn Crackers was really nice

Ordered two 'fried rice' dishes supposedly containing chicken, pork, shrimp etc. They were certainly not fried & barely contained any traces of the above ingredients in them - that one looked & tasted just like plain white boiled rice!

The thai curry chicken was awful, freaking too spicy and salty.

The food as always is on point we ordered chicken chow main, sweet n sour Hong Kong, grilled chicken dumplings, boiled rice, Thai green curry and chicken soup. Everything was so good but I didn’t like the soup it was too salty and way tomuch sesame oil no veg that was the only thing other wise when ever I order the food is on point.

Driver was late food was cold The food should be sealed in a bag for customer reassurance very bad service to hand someone food that can easily be tampered with

The food was very late but food was good

Kept changing the time on just eat. Was over one hour late. Called 3 times and each time they kept saying it’ll be 10 more minutes. Said they’ll call back but didn’t so I had to chase them. Food was cold and bland after I reheated. Ordered pizza straight away. Ridiculous “service”. They did this last time I ordered but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Should’ve trusted my previous experience.

Whilst the food is okay, I've ordered from here a few times now, but they've been delivering really late every single time. I had to call them every time to check if my food was still coming.

Everything we ordered was great, portions were big, chicken chow Mein and prawn balls especially good. Curry sauce was a generous size too, chips were good (pls add salt and pepper chips to the menu!), the food came on time and was piping hot even on a Friday night. We will order from here again, it will be our go to! Highly recommend, don’t let the reviews spook you our experience couldn’t have been better

This was really disappointing food

The Szechuan noodles didn't have their ingredients written on them, I got prawns and I wasn't aware that there were prawns in those noodles, disappointed!! I requested that they add spice to my noodles and they didn't, another flaw! Why don't you use GPS,it's so much more equivalent. Much improvement needed.

First time I ordered from this restaurant and will use again. Nice food and good portions. Only thing sweet and sour chicken balls were very greasy. Food could be wrapped better considering using delivery method. Most places these days have bag tightly sealed.
