Simply great and really nice people.

Food was good when it arrived. Hot and tasty however it came so late. Took over an hour and half to arrive. I would order again but very early in the evening so I’m not eating late at night.

Called three times promise Driver was 10 mins away never arrived marked as delivered

always on time and always hot and a very good service I have used this place a few time and always great hot food

I was unsure due to previous reviews but we thought the food was excellent and good value for money. The sweet and sour chicken was one of the best I’ve had. Also the starter platter was good. I would order from this company again.

The food arrived hot, but it was delivered an hour after the original order was placed. The portions were very good. I really liked the shredded chilli beef, and chicken satay (although pineapples?) the chicken chow mein was ok too, the schezwan rice was really nice.

The food was amazing but I really wasn’t hungry after waiting 2 hours for a delivery I understand it’s Friday and raining but if I had known I would have chosen a different restaurant

Not sure why this was late. But probably not ordering anymore, too risky to wait for so long when I have people around and waiting for food.

Food was later by 2 hours. I understand things happen, but, after waiting 2 hours, there were missing items. I called the restaurant & they said they would speak to a manager & call me back, they did not. The chow mein was extremely dry & salty, prawn crackers tasted old, same as the prawn & chicken balls. The only thing that was okay was the rice & soup. Very disappointing. I used to order from here all the time and then stopped. I gave them another chance & remember why I stopped ordering.

Order late I called restaurant they said 10-15min driver didn’t arrive then called again same 10-15 min didn’t arrive called again say 10-15min. Finally when driver arrived he said to me he only picked the food up 10 min ago. Restaurant had lied that driver was out.

I ordered my food at around 18.30 and was initially informed that the food would be delivered between 19.05 and 19.20. Didn't arrive until 21.37. Food was bad - no flavour

Made my order at 9:20pm and was given a 10:15pm delivery time, my food was actually delivered at 10:53. I didn’t feel the restaurant really cared about my experience. A small act of kindness would have gone a long way for me. Won’t be using again as the food was good but not worth the wait

I ordered some noodles at 6:23pm and they did not arrive until 7:53pm. The restaurant is very local to me.

I've ordered from them many times so for my birthday meal tonight I chose to preorder at 2pm for 8pm delivery. Call the restaurant after placing the order to confirm 8pm arrival as I would have guests and was promised 8pm arrival. Call again at 7:30 to confirm it would still be 8 and was told it would. 8pm comes... no meal... things happen... 8:30... no food. Just eat says it will be here for 8:40 which it was but still this is unfair since preordering should ensure it's ready im advance.. sad.

Very nice food but took 2 hours to deliver, and they marked it delivered about 45 minutes before they actually delivered it.

The food had been reheated, was almost 2 hrs late, not what i expect from this place as i order often.

Good value for money & tasty food

I’ve now ordered twice from this food outlet. On both occasions the food arrived hot, although the driver arrived 30min after the delivery time but it was just after Christmas and can be forgiven due to it being busy as an example. The 2nd time was on time so I have no issues. The food was delicious and well received. I would recommend eating any dish you fancy, I personally have ordered a few different dishes and all have been superb. Have a night in with family or friends and Enjoy

I’ve been ordering from this place for a while now and this has got to be the worst meal I have ever had from them. Curry is watery, zero flavour. Gutted I spent £70 on nye and didn’t enjoy the food. :(

The food was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever tasted. I’m pretty sure they’re not even a proper Chinese restaurant. Please do not waste your money and buy from them. Go to a proper Chinese restaurant.

Absolutely Rubbish Customer Service, Waited 2 hours and still the food never arrived. Restaraunt said there's nothing they can do about it and to contact Just Eat for a refund and compensation.

I always order the beef and mushroom because thats what I like to eat. I was very disappointed to I receive a container with ALOT of other vegetables, very few mushrooms and beef. Next time I order beef and mushroom please just send me beef mushroom

My Order Never Arrived, What Should I do?

Delivery time kept changing. Then after an hour and a half 15 minutes I received a message in the app saying enjoy my order. The restaurants phone has been engaged for half an hour. This is disgraceful.

Our local Chinese take out closed on Pitashanger lane and we needed a quality replacement. This place is it ! Especially with the 40% discount. Reminds me of 10 years ago prices but with today’s quality, tasty food. Delicious ! Well done you guys !

Extremely late - over an hour! Was probably the worst Chinese I’ve ever eaten. Bland, tasteless and no meat! Really do go elsewhere.

the food was Chinese yet everything was curried or over fried the batter on the chicken balls was thicker than a roll chicken poor quality and generally not Chinese food in taste or look it was awful 😞

I can’t eat it because too much salt waste of my money

Firstly, I would like to mention that I have been ordering from this place for a while and have had no issues. Unfortunately yesterday my experience wasn’t pleasant. Reason being is that half the food I got was overcooked and too dry to eat and the crispy “chilli beef” was not what was sent. The box contained no beef, it was strips of batter with no beef inside and it was not chilli at all. It was very sweet and I still have the food if photos need to be sent.

Duck wasn't fried, was incinerated. I couldn't tell if it was duck or chicken to be honest. Wontons and pancakes where fried in very old oil. And the chow main was dry and unbelievably overcooked. I've never had mushy noodles before... Disappointing

over fried chicken balls, so crispy and almost burned, the stir fry had hardly any chicken or prawns, just noodles, wont use again

honestly I love the food and the delivery driver is great. I just wish they either turned on their GPS or mark when they're delivering the food as the page was showing the delivery time was between two times but it gave the impression that it was taking a very long time to get made instead of on its way; other than overall really tasty and filling food and very friendly and helping delivery guy :)

I never received my delivery, I called the restaurant and they said it will take time, not sure what I should do?

The food arrived on time which was great. Unfortunately the quality was not great. It was all very hot but the sweet and sour tofu was dry and tasted a little off and the mushroom rice was definitely off (I think it was the mushrooms that were off and not the rice). Apparently the noodles were ok though and the curry sauce was ok but just more sweet than curry. Sadly we could not eat the 2 dishes that were off and these have went straight in the bin :(

Only one thing letting down the whole meal was the Crispy Seaweed. Awful taste, mainly down to the oil it was cooked had gone over! Don’t let this let you down next time!

I have waited about an hour and a half for my food and the restaurant started 8gnoring my calls.

Delivery was due to take 25-40 minutes but took almost 2 hours. Made upwards of 5 calls to the restaurant and each time was given a timeline that came and went. When the food eventually arrived any fried items were clearly double fried so I assume the food was old and then refried. The quality of the food was poor to the point that the majority of it went into the bin. I will never order from here again or recommend to anyone else. How they’re still in business is beyond me if this is a regular

Worst Chow Mein I ever tried. Delivery was quick.

Food was very oily and batter of the sweet&sour chicken was not very nice.

Am concerned the chilli prawns smelled very strongly and didn't seem fresh. Batter was tasting of old oil Food on the whole not nearly the best I've had. Very expensive for not being able to eat it. You must check your prawns you could kill someone. I didn't want togive stars but form wouldn't submit.
