New Rainbow in Caerphilly

Called just now to order Salt and Chilli chicken balls off their paper menu as a proper portion so i can order a full portion of chips to go with it but was told they only sell them as a portion of 5 with chips which is a completely different item on their menu. The lady serving couldn't even honour the order as advertised on their paper menu. Will not be ordering from here again.

Great Chinese and good prices. Fast delivery. Best part is you can order direct through them and dont have to use the stupid apps.

We’ve recently discovered New Rainbow. Beautiful food, fresh and piping hot, so much so, we’ve actually ordered twice this week 🙈😂 Clean and tidy inside. Fantastic customer service, friendly, competent staff who go above and beyond. Definitely going to be “our” Chinese from now on! Thank you! ☺️

Ordered food waited the one hour for delivery, no sign , called , to be told the order had not gone thro, even though it was on the order history ,

We oredered from here last night just simple dishes which were 2 x meals for 1 we rung up after an hour of waiting to be told its on its way with the driver. 40 minutes later the food turned up so thats 1hr40mins wait for food, told by the driver he had not long left the shop so lied to on the phone absolutely disgusting service although cant knock the food itself, we rung to make a complaint and was told by the man on the phone we could not complain to him as he was just the cleaner (really) As i said the food was still just warm but the delivery and lies are not what i expected will definately not be ordering a delivery from here again , very unimpressed !!!!

Have ordered half a dozen times over last few months and their food has never failed to impress - my go to Chinese take out now 👍🏻😀

My absolute ride or die, I have been ordering from this Chinese since I was a child and it has always been amazing every time! The absolute best!

Had a big meal and everything was lovely. Crispy duck was very nice

Just had a meal and it was lovely, best Chinese Take out I’ve had in a very long time, staff were polite and friendly (including the delivery driver) wait times were spot on and it came when advised, food came piping hot, clearly made fresh, not greasy which I find is usually an issue when ordering Chinese food but not here, can’t recommend enough, thank you for the amazing meal!

Always enjoyed the food from here but the last couple of times it's been way too salty and not enjoyable at all. Won't be using you in the future sorry 😞

Absolutely disgusting will never order from this place again just phoned to order food for my sons baby and got screamed at by the owner as they reason I was pranking them how disgusting

The best chinese take away in the area by far. Superb food each and every time, really friendly staff and a lovely waiting area. very clean, It has a 5 star health rating, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Excellent!!!

Nice food. Never had a problem. But delivery is expensive £1.50

Food was delivered and the chicken in chow mein, sweet and sour and chicken fried rice was like rubber. Absolutely inedible. When I phoned I got told they were too busy to deal with it and that I'd have to walk my food back to them to het a refund or replacement after I had paid for the food to be delivered. Woman was plain rude and unhelpful on the phone. Disgusting customer service and would certainly never use them again

The new rainbow is a great place to buy Chinese. The staff are polite and friendly and the food is fantastic, the food is fresh and tastes very good, I would recommend it.

Food was terrible, undercooked and greasy, if i could leave less than 1 star i would.. not impressed
