New Park Manor in New Forest

We had a lovely afternoon tea at New Park Manor. The setting was beautiful as we were sat right next to the window overlooking the grounds on nice comfy armchairs. We were lucky that it was very peaceful when we attended. All of the staff were friendly and attentive, especially the lovely lady who served us (I think her name was Maria but apologies if I have got this completely wrong!). Food was delicious too! We also used the spa facilities in the afternoon and it was nice that the outside area had been done up since we last visited; there are now two hot tubs and more places to relax. I also greatly appreciated the new adults only time slots they have brought in as this gave some much needed peace and quiet.

Went for a spa afternoon and had the cream tea and a massage and everything was lovely! Nice and clean, friendly staff, outdoor hot tubs a great bonus

Expert customer service. The staff were so incredible in going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable including overhearing I was unwell and gifting me with tea and home remedies.

Had an afternoon indulgence With a 25min treatment. Was amazing just what we needed. Very welcoming staff. There is 2 outside jacuzzi. 2 sauners and a steam room. Nice indoor pool. Be advised this a family friendly so expect kids in the pool. But still a great place to visit.

I came to this lovely estate for my company weekend away, it was amazing to say the least. Friendly staff, luxury rooms and amenities, great food - all round an amazing time, couldn't recommend enough and will definitely be back for a girls trip

I cannot thank the New Park Manor team enough for their incredible welcome and service throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, to being driven to the train station when leaving, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone understood that going the extra mile with a smile really does make all the difference.

Excellent family friendly hotel, with lots of amenities, activities and very helpful and friendly staff. Stunning spa and clean well refurbished rooms. Delicious food and nice touch to have cookies and milk for kids included. Outdoor pool is warm and sets it apart from other places! Play area a kid’s dream.

Spa only visit What an amazing spa. My 7 and 11 year olds had the best day and can’t wait to return. My 11 year old had a manicure and facial. She loved every minute of them and felt so grown up. The staff and atmosphere are the best we have encountered at a spa. We Will definitely be returning. Thank you all for being so friendly and happy!! You made my daughter’s birthday so memorable and fun.

Lovely spa day - incredible value! Setting and views are gorgeous and tranquil. We had use of spa facilities, Somadome treatment and lunch included in our package and we enjoyed everything. The newly refurbished facilities are excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few children about but families were considerate and it was nice to have the adults-only patio and hot tubs as a quiet space. Will definitely be back soon and may bring our little ones along next time!

3 Star hotel?! No way, this reminds me of the 5* Coworth Park (a Dorchester hotel). The staff are fantastic, and the facilities are fab! The food is excellent! The kid's facilities are brilliant! We're now in the bar after going to the spa with the kids (3yr & 5yr olds) in the supervised Den club. It all feels a bit naughty 😆. They also have a great additional kids room / cinema room. The only very minor issues are just the attention to the small details, we found two socks in our room, signs everywhere but most not very useful and missing things like how to switch on the outside jacuzzi pools, although it was quite amusing to watch people trying to figure it out and give up. No baby changing in the loos but there is in the spa? No family changing so my kids made noise trying to find mum and were told to keep quiet in the spa, no hooks on the loo doors, but all very minor and a FANTASTIC stay, can't wait to back.

We didn't stay but went for dinner. The food was outstanding. The service incredible. I didn't catch the managers name but he was great! Would go back to stay!

Fantastic hotel, best spa in the area, very relaxed location, ate in restaurant the food was delicious and service was excellent. Nothing is to much trouble very attentive professional staff.

Recently visited with our newborn to the newly renovated hotel and couldn't rate it more highly. Fantastic facilities with an amazing spa, excellent childcare and child friendly activities. Brilliant staff who were very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location.

At risk of doing myself out of a room, I can't recommend this fantastic hotel enough. There's not one thing I can fault. I was lucky enough to have a spa day booked, a birthday treat. I had a fantastic full-bodied massage & facial with chloe 😊. Also, I swapped a treatment for the somadome. Wow! What an experience ( Google it ). Overindulgence came in a form of afternoon tea, perfect. Dinner was good, pea & chilli linguine. I asked for chicken to be added which wasn't a problem. Breakfast the following morning was spot on. All staff were fantastic. Fab location, comfy bed, room spotless. I think I deserve a discount for my next visit for this wonderful review! 😉 Seriously, go, you'll love it!
