Just went to Nesso with my wife for afternoon tea which had been bought for us by our daughter for our anniversary. The experience was excellent. The food was lovely and the service impeccable. Would recommend

I like coming to Nesso for a quick light breakfast brunch with family or own my own to grab a coffee and cannoli's. Its a nice little place, with quick service and love that they have a points system so you can rack up the points the more you come to get a free coffee or tiramisu. The comment I read about the coffees not being 'hot' cant be right as I managed to buy a coffee, do a morrisons food shop and finish it at home and it was still hot. It's a shame reading some of the lower rating comments it seems you cant please everyone! also like how its open on a sunday as most cafes arent!

Hands down the BEST coffee (cortado & cappuccino) I have tasted outside of Italy. Absolutely gorgeous. The food was delicious too. There is not much choice in terms of dishes to eat but what they do have on offer is delicious. One slightly downside is on a couple of occasions they have been “too busy” and I’ve left the shop when noticing how long people are waiting for orders. However, I’ll always return for coffee that good.

We reserved a table online for afternoon tea for 3 no problem. On entering where told they only do afternoon tea for 2 or for 4. The cafe is really nice, has a lovely atmosphere and the staff member was warm and friendly. Ordering is at the till. Its definitely different with a choice of crostones. We ordered afternoon tea for 2 and then an additional 2 portions of bread, hummus and falafel. We picked our tea crostones, ham and salmon, we split everything by 3 - I think they are missing a trick by not offering it for odd numbers - they could have just added another crostone etc to the afternoon tea to make it for 3. The scone was dry. The cupcakes were gorgeous though. We didn't know the tea was unlimited and we had to ask for our tea pot to be refilled (I would have thought they should be asking if we wanted more tea). Overall, it was ok, but compared to some other afternoon teas I've had I probably won't go back but would for a coffee and a cake.

Called in to a relatively new coffee bar for an afternoon tea with a difference. Rather than the usual triangular sandwiches, we were presented with crostones. I chose pesto and Mozzarella, and Karen chose salmon. These are made on the premises. The coffee shop also supports the community: Locals get 10% off, and Groupon deals are available. It is wheelchair-friendly and vegetarian options are available. The owner was very sociable and informative, and Nesso had a relaxed ambience. We were both full by the time we left. Free wifi is available, so Nesso coffee bar is also a good place for working from home. 😀

Good evening troops, Today we are reviewing ice boujee in Leeds and let me tell you, it was extremely boujee (not icy though it was pretty warm inside) First of all, you are VERY lucky that we did not rate you 4/5 star as you had no waffles in stock which is crazy for a dessert place as it is the most requested item along with eggs on toast (according to the Harvard study taken in 1666 when dessert shop really rose to fame after the great fire of desserts!) but you redeemed yourselves massively with the overall quality of food. The inside of this establishment was like being on extremely strong acid (not that we would know, we have never heard of drugs before;)xx) mum if you’re reading this stop going through my sock drawer, please. There were colours protruding from every corner and also there was a mysterious door in the toilet which I can only assume takes you to Narnia as I heard lions roaring behind it, whoever said yellow and green should never be seen without a colour inbetween was right, it looked like banana bogies. And trust me I’ve tried these and they aren’t nice. But the seats were as soft as a hedgehogs back which if you don’t already know is extremely soft and cushiony. I don’t know if indoor living is a new trend but the garden furniture indoor really stood out to me. Onto the food, we had 4 cookie doughs, which worked out as 3 each and they were absolutely delightful. I cannot describe in words how good this dessert was so I will describe in numbers instead, 8362618204762749477. The ice cream was creamy like a cow and fluffy like a newborn hen, it may be the nicest ice cream I have ever tasted, but I have only tasted 1 before so this may not be a fair comparison. But it worked impeccably well along with the cookie dough. The cookie dough tasted like a cookie that was doughy which is strange for cookie dough however it somehow worked, this is not a combination I would assume to work but wow wee, it certainly did! Presentation was a 10/10, taste was a 10/10 and ya mum is a 10/10. Bossman 1 and 2 worked together like a ship and a big iceberg, which means perfectly and that would a great idea for a film by the way, someone should make that, maybe me, our son Dave Kebab likes films, he was watching one recently about people pretending to be a centipede, I don’t know it ended but he didn’t sleep for 3 nights because he was so thrilled with the film, bless him he’s only 5. We thoroughly enjoyed this place and I would recommend it to absolutely anyone except from my mother in law because I hate her and she doesn’t deserve the pleasure of these desserts, Sandra if you’re reading this stop going through my sock drawer, NOW!!! Over and out you crumbly centipedes.

Visited there for the 1st time yesterday. Got a selection of their bakery products. They were all amazing. They were not too sweet, just perfect. The gentleman who served me was super kind and even gave me a free goodie! Definitely will go again. Show this place some love!
